Demon Lord's Reincarnation

Chapter 764: THE ORIGIN

The original incarnation of the Strongest Mortal Soul alongside all of his reincarnations had arrived in the place where the ORIGIN has been sealed.

The ORIGIN the creator of all things, of all universes was trapped in a dimension created by the original incarnation using the power of the void. In this place, the original incarnation had fought against the ORIGIN and in the end, victory and defeat were undecided but the original incarnation was able to seal the ORIGIN here.

This place which was a separate dimension had no access to the power of the Void, there was nothing here. In this place, the ORIGIN should hold no power to escape. Unfortunately, things never go the way people want.

The ORIGIN despite not having access to any kind of spiritual energy was able to reproduce a tiny portion of the power of the Void which the ORIGIN used to cut a tiny part of the dimension thus gaining a small but steady flow of the power of the Void.

It took the ORIGIN eons upon eons to gain enough power to once again influence his creations and even send a projection of himself. The ORIGIN influence, his madness had spread and now they were at the end.

...

Right now the ORIGIN who was supposedly trapped in a different dimension was in his human form sitting down and drinking tea. The original incarnation and the other reincarnations of the Strongest Mortal Soul looked at the ORIGIN who was calmly sipping tea dumbfounded.

"My prodigal son you have finally decided to come and visit me. Come my children sit and have a drink with your father."

After the ORIGIN said those words hundreds of thousands of chairs and tables appeared, and the group who came here to fight the ORIGIN some of them were now sitting down without their knowledge. Of course, this trick only worked on the weaker reincarnations but not on the others.

"Sorry, we didn't come here to talk we came here to fight!"

The original incarnation shouted as he and all the reincarnations of the Strongest Mortal Soul showed a vicious-looking smile their battle spirit rising to an incredible level. The ORIGIN sighed as he looked at his creations, his children, the strongest of them all the one who had broken out of fate itself, the one who had reached a power that could rival his own, the one they call the Strongest Mortal Soul.

"My child even now after all these years you still cannot accept the reality. A battle with me is utterly pointless. Why is it that you wish to fight me? I simply want to create a better reality."

"A better reality by destroying our reality!"

"Surely you understand that to create that perfect place I need to destroy the filthy one first."

"You might be the creator of all things, the ORIGIN, but I cannot allow you to destroy this reality of ours! To you it might be filthy, it might be imperfect, with chaos and violence, but even so, it is the reality in which we struggle and hope. It is the reality where our hopes and dreams exist, it is the place were all our precious memories are, the good and the bad. This is the reality all of us fought to protect, our comrades, and our loved ones all live in this reality, and we do too!"

The original incarnation spoke pouring out all that he and the others with him felt. The ORIGIN sighed when he heard the original incarnation's speech.

"The same old speech my child. You have told me that same thing again and again."

"Aren't you the same always spouting the same things about filth, perfection, and whatnot?"

"My child, why can't you understand? The reality I will make will be a better place for you and me. In that reality I will create better beings that will never know hate, all they will feel is endless bliss. In that reality, there will be no hunger, no pain, no conflict, there will only be joy and happiness."

"... That reality might sound perfect in your ears, but it is not to me, it's not to us!" The tension in the air thickened as the original incarnation's voice echoed through the void, filled with conviction.

"You speak of joy and happiness, yet it comes at the cost of free will! You would strip away our struggles, our growth, our very essence as beings with hopes and dreams. Without the darkness to give light meaning?"

The ORIGIN's serene demeanor wavered slightly, a flicker of irritation passing over his features.

"You cling to the illusion of freedom, yet you do not see how it binds you. Your world is rife with suffering, and you choose to embrace it. I offer liberation from all that pain!"

The reincarnations of the Strongest Mortal Soul exchanged glances, their unity solidifying in the face of their father's madness. The original incarnation stepped forward with a great stride, his eyes burning with intensity.

"Liberation or imprisonment? You may call it freedom, but you would erase our choices, our very desires. You think you can build a perfect reality, but surely you should understand perfection does not exist! Every flaw gives rise to growth, every conflict leads to understanding."

A deep, rumbling laughter erupted from the ORIGIN. "You truly believe you can convince me? Your defiance is a remnant of your flawed existence. I am beyond such trivial concerns. My vision is grander than your small minds can comprehend."

The madness in the ORIGIN was becoming stronger. The aura the ORIGIN was emitting had even affected the other reincarnations of the Strongest Mortal Soul. Still, despite the pressure they did not feel fear but instead felt an even more raging passing for battle as the vicious smiles on their faces never disappeared.

The original incarnation, resolute and unwavering, faced the ORIGIN with a fiery determination.

"You may be the creator, but you underestimate the strength of our will. We are not mere reflections of your desires; we are the culmination of struggles, triumphs, and the essence of life itself."

The ORIGIN's laughter echoed through the dimension, a mix of madness and disdain.

"Life? Is that what you call this twisted chaos? I offer you a chance to escape this misery, to transcend beyond your limited comprehension. Yet you choose to cling to your chains!"

"You call it liberation, but what you offer is a hollow existence," the original incarnation retorted, his voice steady.

"A life without choice is a life unlived. You would have us exist as puppets in your perfect world, devoid of passion and purpose. We refuse to surrender our right to choose, to feel, to grow."

"Unlike all my other creations I have considered you above all of them. I have wanted you to witness the perfect reality that I was to create. Unlike the others, I was never going to deprive you of your choices. I simply wish to create a reality were omniscience cannot see through the people, a place were everything is just right."

The air crackled with tension as the ORIGIN's words hung in the void, an alluring temptation wrapped in a facade of benevolence. The original incarnation, unwavering, met the gaze of the ORIGIN with fierce defiance.

"A world where everything is just right? You speak of perfection, but perfection is a lie! It's an illusion that stifles growth, a utopia that crushes the spirit. We thrive in our imperfections, and it is our struggles that forge us into who we are."

The ORIGIN's expression hardened, his madness simmering just beneath the surface. "You cling to your delusions of growth while I offer you enlightenment. You wish to fight, yet you do not understand the futility of your actions. Do you not see? Even though you have risen to such a level I am beyond you. Your efforts are nothing but whispers against a tempest."

"Perhaps," the original incarnation countered, his resolve unshaken. "But those whispers carry the weight of our choices, our experiences. It is in the depths of despair that we find hope. It is through our battles that we discover who we truly are. You cannot take that away from us."

Hearing what the original incarnation said the madness in the eyes of the ORIGIN had strengthened as an even more powerful aura erupted from him.

"It is true that my omnipotence and omniscience do not work on you and your reincarnations. Still, my power is above all of you, the chances of you winning against me are so low that it nears zero. If we were to fight, then the outcome is set."

When the original incarnation of the Strongest Mortal Soul and his reincarnation heard what the ORIGIN said they could not help but laugh heartily.

"It seems that you have forgotten why we gained the title of the Strongest Mortal Soul. All of us have fought against all odds and we have won! Even though we had no chance of winning we fought and we won. Isn't that the reason why we were able to go beyond destiny itself and face you here and now!"

The ORIGIN's laughter rang hollow against the backdrop of the desolate dimension, a stark contrast to the fierce determination emanating from the original incarnation and his companions. Shadows flickered around them, a testament to the chaotic energy pulsing from the ORIGIN, but the group remained steadfast, their spirits unyielding.

"Very well, my children it is time for me to discipline you!"

The ORIGIN's voice boomed through the void, an echo of authority mixed with madness. The atmosphere crackled as he unleashed his power, the very fabric of the dimension trembling under the weight of his might.
