Delayed Transfer

Mark together with Hamil, Lorendo, and Nedertu arrived back where their RVs were parked. His friends were already there waiting for them. Donald and Robert had their heads together busy planning and he had an idea that it was about the items they would use for mana stone trading.

To be honest, Mark himself didn’t know which item from Earth he could use to trade for mana stones since the only things he could think of were gadgets that were useless without a renewable power source.

Besides spreading something like advanced technology could be dangerous. He himself didn’t spread his technological device outside of the circus and there was really no need to do so since all of the gadgets related to making life convenient could be replicated by magic which was widely available in this world. The only things that he could think of that would be desirable to people from this world were either those items used for entertainment or cold weapons.

Danielle and Elizabeth were speaking with Madam Luzviminda and Halinda while Albert was talking with the twins, Toby, and Deo while Liriel was being looked after by Norleen.

When Robert and Donald saw him and the other circus leaders, they stopped what they were doing and invited them for a seat.

“So did Hamil tell you our plan to let them come with us on Earth so they can give us advice on the best items that we can use for trading?” Donald asked.

“Is that a good idea? You know that Hamil and the others don’t have any identification and would be treated as aliens if for some reason they were stopped by the authorities.”

“Have you forgotten my and Robert’s identities? Those middling issues are not a problem for us.”

“Okay, as long as you will handle the possible issue that could occur in bringing unidentified foreigners, I’m fine with it. What I want is to bring my family there as well to visit Disneyland and the shopping malls so if you’re going to create identities for Hamil and the others, can you also do so with the twins, Liriel, and any of my employees who would like to join me?” Mark asked Donald.

“That’s not a problem. Give us a few hours and all the papers will be done. You know how powerful money is. So who are we planning to bring to Earth?” Donald asked.

Mark asked Donald to wait for a few minutes then he told Nedertu to go to Melina’s and asked her to return to the RV and close the convenience store. After a couple of minutes, Milena arrived with Nedertu, Lisa, and Connor.

“Do you need us for something?” Milena asked.

“We’re planning to go to my planet and visit some of the tourist attractions there. Who amongst you want to come?” Mark asked but he felt a little silly when he saw everyone clamoring to come.

Mark then turned to Donald and informed the man that he, the twins, Liriel, Nedertu, Milena, Lisa, Norleen, and Connor would go to Earth and all of them except himself would need identification.

“Hamil and his family would also need identification. Lorendo said that he wanted to come as well.”

“I recommend that we stop at that number to avoid possible issues,” Robert advised.

“When are we going to Earth? I prefer that we do it now so we can return here as soon as possible.” Donald asked.

“I would have preferred to wait for Sam and the others to come back and check with them if they want to return with us although once they’re done dungeon diving, they could always return to Earth anytime they want. Let me just go ahead and write a letter then and leave it here for them to see.”

Hamil and Lorendo then moved so rapidly that it almost looked like they were teleporting. Hamil shouted at his wife and his sons to prepare since they would be visiting Mark’s planet. Halinda gaped at her husband when she heard that and Toby and Deo became extremely excited. Albert was surprised but Robert then explained the situation to his son and his wife while Donald did the same thing with Elizabeth.

Lorendo explained the situation to Madam Luzviminda but when the madam heard, she expressed her interest in coming with them. Since Mark was a bit embarrassed to deny her, he told her to ask Donald and Robert and they readily agreed. Lorendo and the madam then moved rapidly as well to pack their things.

Nedertu, Milena, and the others moved rapidly as well and went to their RVs to pack but Mark stayed at the table together with the children since they didn’t need to pack. Everything they would need was already in his inventory.

“Mark, what’s happening?” Isaac asked, confused by the activity that going around.

“We’ll be visiting my homeland! We’ll go to Disneyland and we’ll shop for things in shopping malls!” Mark answered.

Isaac and Aaron became highly excited and Liriel, even though she was confused, joined her brother in cheering.

“Are we not going to pack?” Aaron suddenly asked when the kid briefly saw everyone was busy packing.

“No. I have everything we need in my inventory.”

The kid nodded when he heard that. After an hour, Donald and Elizabeth, Robert, Danielle, and Albert joined him and the kids at the table waiting for others to arrive.

“All of us will need to stay at your friend’s house for a few hours while my people are setting up everyone’s identities. At least, we’re good when it comes to communication because of your spell. Then after that, we’ll stay at a nice five-star hotel so everyone will enjoy their stay on Earth.” Donald asked.

“We’ll then give you credit cards that you can use to shop for all the things that you want and we’ll be bringing Hamil and Lorendo with us,” Robert said.

Mark was a bit embarrassed when Robert said that they would be giving them credit cards but he realized that the two men were extremely wealthy and however much they spent, it wouldn’t be a burden to them.

“Melissa, can you help me? After their identities are settled, can you bring the women shopping for Earth-appropriate clothes? I’ll be bringing the kids, Nedertu and Connor. Hamil and his family and Lorendo will be with Donald and Robert,” Mark asked Sam’s sister.

“Sure! You know that shopping is a hobby of mine!” Melissa enthusiastically agreed since she knew that she was included in that shopping spree.

The others returned in less than an hour and Hamil brought with him a couple of people who were assigned to look after the RVs during Mark’s absence and to wait for Sam and the others to return. Mark gave the letter to the man assigned to guard their RVs.

Everyone looked prepared already with their luggage so Mark activated the Warp Gate. When the portal was ready, everyone entered and at that moment, visitors from Planet Veltun arrived on Earth.

They arrived in the basement of his friend’s house where Mark set up the Warp Gate and when everyone was there, they all went to the living room.

“We need to stay here for a couple of hours to set up your identities so that we can go ahead and settle on a hotel,” Donald said then he and Robert both used the phones to call someone.

Everyone waited in the living room but since they knew that they were only visitors, nobody left the living room to explore. Even the kids were silently waiting seated on the sofa.
