Criminal X : Epitome Of Evil

Chapter 525: God’s Wrath in a Criminal’s Hands

In the Ashen Crucible.

In the sky, a thousand suns hovered.

They had yet to do anything but they already instilled fear in the hearts of those watching it.

Harlia and Draxus stepped forward, standing at Pablo's left and right respectively.

"Is this your work, Czar?" Draxus asked.

"Yes." Pablo answered honestly.

Draxus laughed and shook his head. He had nothing to say anymore.

But Harlia, for sure, couldn't believe it.

"How is this possible? How can you even do this? What is your Ego, Pablo?" She asked, surprise evident on her face.

"Didn't I tell you, Admiral? No one in this world knows who I am."

"If you would have done this from the start, we would have won." Harlia argued.

Pablo sighed. "I thought there was no need to do this. And we were winning anyway. These Elves and that Demon came from nowhere and you should be thankful that I hadn't used this before. Because even if Malvador had died, the Elves would have come after ten hours anyway."

Harlia nodded and watched the suns.

"Will they only stay in the sky?" She asked.

Pablo didn't reply but he shook his head.

Harlia got her answer.

She and everyone else were about to see destruction they had never seen before.

And there was only one way to see destruction—in Silence.

No one said anything and the next second, it began.

All the thousand suns came closer to the Crucible as brightness became blinding enough even for Pablo's soldiers to close their eyes.

Only Pablo and the people inside Draxus' shadow were able to see it without any problem.

The suns reached closer and closer until…

BOOOMMM!!

One of them fell on the Crucible.

They were the size of a normal sun and it was big enough to cover the entire Crucible.

Pablo and his soldiers were also inside it but they felt nothing. They didn't feel any kind of heat as the Special Skill mentioned clearly that Pablo's allies won't be hurt and the planet would also remain safe.

There was also no need for Pablo to make his soldiers stick to the wall but he did that just to be on the safe side. Because even if there were a thousand suns, there was also the King of the Demons present. Anything could happen.

But it seemed the time to do anything was over as soon, all the one thousand suns slammed on the Crucible.

Pablo remembered something similar like this from earth. Atomic bomb type shit. He can't wait to see the aftermath of this abomination he just pulled.

Explosions happened all around and for the first time, Pablo happened to see the original land of the Ashen Crucible.

The thousand suns managed to burn even the ashes of the ground as they turned into glass. Pablo saw the hard brown ground of the Crucible.

He crossed his arms in front of his chest and the soldiers waited for everything to end with their eyes closed.

Just because Pablo and his allies weren't feeling any heat and harm from the suns doesn't mean that they weren't harmless.

One sun was enough to destroy the whole earth and the Crucible was suffering a thousand of those right now.

Pablo was sure all those suns would fall on the Elves, Malvador and the Demon King. They were his enemies after all.

Also, he always wanted to see this Special Skill in use but since it was so big and destructive, he didn't get any chance to use it. He was glad for this war for allowing him to finally use this Skill. And for sure, it didn't disappoint him.

The suns wreaked havoc on the battlefield for a good amount of minutes or hours and during this time, Pablo faced no attacks, he heard no voices. This made him believe that everyone either died or were too busy to save themselves to attack Pablo.

After one hour of carnage, according to Andrezj's trusted sense of time, the brightness finally began to diminish.

For the past one hour, Pablo remained standing on one spot as he watched each and everything the suns did.

After ten more minutes, the sharp yellow or orange or white, Pablo couldn't give a fuck, faded and the surroundings finally became clear.

The light wasn't doing any problem to Pablo but he wasn't able to see past it so he had no idea what his suns accomplished even after him being the one who summoned them.

But now that everything was over, he, his soldiers and the people watching on their screens finally got to see the aftermath and it was exactly like they expected.

The Crucible had lost all its corpses due to the demon summoning but Pablo alloted all of that back to the battlefield.

Where the elves stood, that place with all those beautiful and strong men, something else replaced them. No, not dead bodies. One stage above that. Their ashes.

All those elves were burned to the ground.

The attack was sudden and even with their magic and high ranked Egoes, they weren't able to fight against the creation of Nature. Thousand suns were too much of them as their army was nothing but dust now.

Pablo expected that and his soldiers rejoiced at the scene. They were all smiles. All those millions of elves who gave them dread were no more. The common people of Forza also cheered as they again got a fighting chance now. They again got the chance to win. Pablo Castillo managed to turn the tides of war to his favor. To the favor of their Kingdom.

He says he is a criminal but he was doing everything to win the War. If that's how a criminal was, then people wished for criminals to come into the world.

Pablo didn't know what the people were thinking as his eyes were looking for someone else now that the Elves were no more.

Someone hundred times more dangerous and deadlier than the whole army of the Elves.

He was looking for the only one who could pose a threat, not only to him, but to the whole Seraphim.

He was looking for the Demon King Dravakos.
