Chapter 379: Get Down On Me?
Pablo had called the King.
The King wasn't expecting some hi and hello from Pablo but he surely wasn't expecting Pablo to say this:
"I want your help in creating some Gods. You in?"
The King remained silent for a while, digesting what he had just heard.
But since he couldn't make Pablo wait too long, he said the first thing that came to his mind.
"What?"
Pablo sighed.
"I want your help in creating some Gods. You in?"
"That I heard. It's just… you want to create some Gods?"
"Yes. I want to create them."
"Alright. How many Gods are in this some Gods of yours?"
"Ten. I want to create ten Gods. And stop being so surprised. I will kill you."
"Alright. Alright. What do you want from me? And we do worship Gods. There is God Ambala whom my family has worshiped since I was a kid."
"There is no God Ambala. That's a false one. Your family created him out of thin air. I will make people meet the real ones."
"Wha—How can you say something like that about my God? I won't sit idle if you disrespect my God, Pablo."
"Fuck off. A King has no need to believe in such things. Only the subjects should be guided and manipulated by the topic of Gods. Don't act like a fool."
"Fine. Just tell me what do you want?" The King asked the main thing and Pablo wasted no time as well.
"Find someone who can teleport. Then make him teleport where I am and then make him take me in front of you. We will talk face to face. I am in room number hundred of the candidates in the military camp."
"As you say. Wait for a minute. Can I cut the call now?"
"Yes."
BEEP!
The King cut the call and Pablo stored the Receiver back inside his bracelet.
Cupid stayed floating beside him and she heard everything that Pablo said to the King.
"Are you really going to create Gods? How will you do it? And do you even remember their names? You only read about them fifteen minutes ago."
"I remember everything. That's my curse. You just shut up."
Cupid shook her head and stopped talking.
After a few minutes, someone knocked on Pablo's door.
At that, Pablo rolled his eyes. "I hope it's not Sera. I am not in the mood to deal with her."
"At least check who it is. Maybe it's the teleport guy." Cupid suggested.
"Why would the teleport man knock on the door?"
"Manners."
Pablo scoffed and walked towards the door.
"Who is it?" He asked.
"It's me, sir. His highness sent me to you."
Cupid smiled. "Told you."
Pablo ignored her and opened the door.
He saw a man dressed in the uniform of a guard in the castle.
He bowed to Pablo and stayed outside the room.
"Why didn't you just teleported inside my room?"
"Um… I didn't want to do that."
Pablo raised his brow.
"Why is that?"
The guard scratched his cheek. "I was afraid you would.. kill me if I suddenly appeared in your room."
'That's some reputation I have built.'
Pablo didn't pay it that much mind and placed his hand on the guard's shoulder.
"Let's go then. Can't have his highness waiting."
"As you say, sir."
The guard closed his eyes and began muttering something.
Pablo just wanted to teleport away so he didn't focus on any of that.
And also, he wanted to teleport as fast as possible. Not because he was eager to help the Gods, but because he was afraid someone would notice his presence and come out of their room instantly.
"Dear!"
Pablo bit his lip. His fear came true.
"Teleport now. Fuck your muterrings!" He shouted.
The guard flinched and his lips moved at light speed.
"Take me with you!"
"No!"
"I am coming!"
"Shit."
WHOOSH!
Everyone vanished.
THUMP!
Pablo landed on a single sofa.
Then someone landed on his lap.
The guard was nowhere to be seen.
In front of Pablo, was the King and Pablo was in the King's private room.
Both men stared at each other and the King nodded.
"I see you are enjoying your life."
"It's not what you think."
"You have your assistant on your lap."
"... I know it looks like that. But I can explain."
"I am not his assistant!"
"Then?"
"I am his wife!"
"No she is not. Shut up for a second, Sera."
"Okay, dear."
Sera stopped talking.
Just when Pablo was about to vanish, Sera had held his hand and now she was with Pablo, on his lap.
She was the happiest girl in the world right now and she made sure to see if Pablo's pants showed any reaction, because, well, she was sitting all over his crotch.
"First, get down." Pablo said.
Sera's eyes lit up. "Right now? Are you finally letting me do it? I haven't tried it before. Forgive me if I ended up biting it."
"Wha—No. The hell? I am saying get down from my lap. Sit somewhere else. Why did you even come here?"
"I was sleeping when I heard your voice outside my room, so I dashed towards it. I wanted to touch you so I came with you here. I didn't even wash my face."
Pablo shook his head.
The King laughed.
"Your face looks fine even without washing it."
Sera jolted her head at the old man.
"You have no right to compliment me. Only he can do it. Don't talk to me again."
The King's brows shot up. He looked at Pablo.
Pablo just shrugged and the King couldn't do anything about it. He would have punished Sera if not for her knowing Pablo. So in the end, the King let it go.
Pablo put down Sera from his lap and made her sit on the sofa beside him.
Then she gestured her to stay quiet and she gladly obliged.
After that, Pablo finally diverted all his attention to the King.
"So, King, hear me out."
Pablo leaned towards the King and dropped the mission.
"We are going to create a religion from scratch."
