Bully Lord

Part-169

Part-169

The fight was becoming increasingly brutal, both fighters pushing themselves to the limit. James, despite feeling the toll of the relentless exchange, managed to maintain his focus.

The two of them circled each other, their fists raised. They were evenly matched, their skills and abilities on par.

Suddenly, Alex launched a surprise attack. He threw a powerful punch at James's chest, hoping to knock the wind out of him. James stumbled backward, but he managed to recover quickly.

With a surge of adrenaline, James counterattacked. He threw a series of Finger Jab and kicks, his movements a blur. Alex struggled to keep up, his defenses faltering.

The reason James appeared so fast to Alex was because he could alter his trajectory when Alex tried to dodge, sometimes using "Sloth View," which made it feel impossible for Alex to evade him. Even when James slowed the Sloth View to 10%, he could still move as if time flowed normally, making him seem almost unstoppable to Alex.

Finally, James landed a powerful blow to Alex's face. The impact sent Alex reeling backward, his vision blurred. James followed up with a flurry of punches, driving Alex to his knees.

Alex tried to get up, but he was too weak. He looked up at James, his eyes filled with defeat.

"I surrender," he said, his voice barely a whisper.

As James relaxed his stance, a mischievous grin spread across Alex's face. "What a fool," he thought to himself. "He's fallen for my trick again."

When James stepped in front of him, Alex let out an evil laugh and shouted, "You fell for it again, fool!" He grabbed James by the neck with both hands, attempting to knee him in the face.

But James was prepared. He had been paying close attention to Alex's movements, anticipating his next move. With a swift movement, he ducked under Alex's arm and delivered a powerful kick to his knee.

Alex cried out in pain, his grip on James loosening. Taking advantage of the momentary distraction, James broke free and landed a punch to Alex's face. Alex staggered backward, his vision blurred.

James stood over Alex, his gaze cold and unwavering. "You really think I'd fall for your tricks again?" he asked, his voice laced with confidence and a hint of mockery.

He could tell that Alex was pretending to be more hurt than he really was. This wasn’t the first time Alex had tried to play mind games, and James wasn’t about to let himself be fooled again. He relaxed his stance slightly, deliberately lowering his guard to give the impression that he was backing off. But in reality, James was far from letting his guard down.

Using his Sloth Vision, James observed every subtle movement, every twitch of Alex’s muscles. He knew exactly what was coming. As Alex's lips curled into a sly smile, thinking he'd caught James off guard, James was already ten steps ahead. He saw through the ruse the moment Alex tensed, readying himself for a sudden counterattack.
