"Please cover for me at the counter, thanks!" Usagi gave Miku a handshake and ran after Kenshin.

Usagi rode the elevator to the fifth floor and walked to room 208, the hallway was clean as usual except for a piece of paper that was on the floor.

"Don't anyone know that you're not supposed to litter in a hospital" Usagi picked up the paper and immediately noticed her handwriting on it. "This is my handwriting, if he didn't want to take it then why did he collect it in the first place?"

Usagi looked at the paper again, the part she was holding had her name on it, she had written her full name and are number on it with a short note that says, 'please call me". She looked inside the bin and saw the rest of the paper.

Her eyes quickly teared up, why did he fool her?. She wanted to run downstairs and lock herself in the toilet and cry, which is what she always does. No, she decided to face it.

"He came to see his sister, he must still be there" Usagi wiped her tears and ran to the room and quickly opened the door.

"Kenshin, why did you-" He was not in the room. Usagi walked to the bed. "So she's related to him"

Usagi sat on the chair beside the bed and held Yuri's hand, surprisedly it was wet and so was the blanket.

"Are these-" Usagi sniffed her hand, it didn't smell like urine. "Are these tears?"

Usagi quickly storms out the room and goes to the elevator, it was going up, that must be him. If she had waited any longer for the elevator, it might have been too late, so she just ran up the stairs.

And luckily, she made it just in time.

"Wait!" She yelled.

Kenshin recognized the voice, he slowly turned around and saw that it was Usagi.

"I can't let you end your life, not like this" Usagi shouted.

Kenshin looked at the young nurse, who was trying to save him.

"I know you are just doing your job," a nurse saves life. Isn't that it?"

"No! I guess you can say that's part of it," Usagi blushed. "But it's something more"

More!?

"What do you mean?" Kenshin asked.

"I...I really like you!" Usagi yelled, her face was red. "I really like you since the first time I saw you! I want to be your girlfriend if you don't mind."

"We just met today, what do you know about me?" Kenshin said.

"If you stay alive, we can know each other more" Usagi walked slowly to him. "We can take a walk in the park or go to the movies or anything you want"

"I want my sister. Without her I'm nothing, I'm just a lonely soul"

"Your sister can still wake up, killing yourself won't make it happen now"

"But it will end the pain"

Suddenly, another nurse burst through the door. She was panting like she just ran up the stairs all the way to the roof. Or did she just run up the stairs to the roof? After taking two minutes to catch her breath, she finally said something.

"Mr. Akatsuki, your... your sister just woke up"

"Really?" Usagi asked.

"I'm sure about it, the doctor told me to call him," Miku replied.

His hand slipped.

"Huh?"

Kenshin's heart skipped a beat, or maybe two, when he noticed he was falling off the building.

"I'm falling?" Kenshin thought. "I'm really falling to my death"

Kenshin was now scared. He looked up and saw Usagi on the roof, tears filled her eyes as she screamed for help. Help from who exactly?. Maybe when he dies and meet God, He might understand if he explains to Him that he died by mistake and he needs another chance, even if it was to see his sister for the last time.

"I don't want to die, I don't want to die anymore. Please. I want to see my sister, I want to ask Usagi what she meant by she likes me, I want to see my sister in her school uniform again. So why?"

Usagi ran to the edge but she was too late, Kenshin had already fallen off the building, she just stood there, painfully watching him fall to his death.

Kenshin was now scared. He looked up and saw Usagi on the roof, tears filled her eyes as she screamed for help. Help from who exactly?. Maybe when he dies and meet God, He might understand if he explains to Him that he died by mistake and he needs another chance, even if it was to see his sister for the last time.

A floating screen appeared in front of him.

Kenshin landed on the ground, he wasn't dead but he could feel the pain. His skull was smashed open, his ribcage was scattered, piercing his internal organs, his limbs were scattered and twisted, but the floating screen was still counting down.

He still had time, a bunch of people had gathered around, some were just watching the sight, while some even took pictures and videos of him. He wanted to scream for help, he wanted to see his sister before he died, but each time he opened his mouth he only ended up coughing blood.

Some paramedics rushed to the scene and carried his body and took him inside with the help of a stretcher.
