Born Into Villain's Family: I Have a 200% Rebate System

Chapter 362: Miss Dawn's Gift

The entire room gasped.

Aurora blinked in disbelief for a moment, then chuckled softly. "I don't even know how that happened," she admitted honestly.

Olivia laughed lightly. "Maybe you practiced secretly for this," she teased.

Aurora shook her head calmly. "I didn't practice," she repeated. "I don't know why the dart hit the bullseye. It just did."

Aurora gently placed the BMW car key on the table in front of them. "This is yours now," she said to Alex with a warm smile. "Consider it a gift from all of us, and especially from me."

Alex felt his heart swell. He looked down at the shiny key, then back at Aurora, and smiled genuinely. "Thank you," he said softly.

As the celebration continued, laughter and chatter filled the room.

But then, a sudden noise near the door caught everyone's attention. A deliveryman, wearing a uniform and holding a small package, stepped inside.

The deliveryman looked around the room carefully. His eyes finally landed on Alex. He cleared his throat and asked politely, "Is this the place where Alex's birthday party is being held?"

At the sound of his name, Alex frowned, his curiosity instantly piqued. He looked directly at the deliveryman and asked, "Who are you? Why are you here?"

The deliveryman smiled lightly and held out a small box. "This is a gift sent for you," he said calmly. "The sender's name is Ms. Dawn. She congratulated you on your birthday and wished you happiness."

Alex froze. His eyes widened as he stared at the small box in the deliveryman's hands.

For a long moment, he didn't move. His heart began to race, and his fingers trembled slightly as he reached out to take the box.

When he opened it, his breath hitched. Inside the box, there was no jewelry or fancy key, nothing like what one would expect from a birthday gift.

Instead, it was a document, neatly folded but official-looking.

Alex carefully unfolded the paper. His eyes scanned the content, and his breath caught in his throat again.

The document was titled "Villa Transfer Agreement." It showed that a villa, located in one of the wealthiest areas of the city, had been legally transferred under his name.

A single villa there almost costs 120 million dollars!

The paper even had official stamps and signatures, making it impossible to doubt its authenticity.

For several long seconds, Alex had no words. He stared at the document in disbelief, as if trying to make sense of it.

Finally, he shook his head slowly. "It's too expensive," he said in a soft voice, almost as if he was trying to convince himself. "I can't accept this."

The delivery man chuckled quietly, not in a mocking way, but with a tone of gentle amusement. "Even if it is too expensive," he said,

"I can't take it back with me. The document already has your name on it. Even if you want to give it away to me, you can do so only through another transfer document."

His words left the room in complete silence.

The Waters family members looked speechless.

They stared at Alex and the document as if they could not believe what had just happened.

The idea of giving away such a valuable estate seemed utterly absurd.

Alex, still holding the document in his hands, felt speechless as well.

The delivery man was so bold, so nonchalant, as if he were delivering a package from a corner store instead of something worth a fortune.

After taking a deep breath, Alex carefully folded the paper back and placed it in the box. He didn't say another word.

He didn't give it to the deliveryman or anyone else. Instead, he decided to keep it.

This villa wasn't just any real estate. It was the first gift he had ever received from a billionaire, someone who had recognized him and appreciated his existence.

He had thought Ms. Dawn had refused to attend his birthday party because she did not believe in him.

But now, this document has proved otherwise.

Why would she give him something worth almost half of his company's annual revenue if she did not see his strength?

A deep feeling of gratitude filled his heart. He was touched more than words could express.

Alex nodded slightly at the deliveryman, signaling that he would not transfer the document.

The delivery man, seeing no chance of taking it back, sighed in disappointment and left quietly.

Olivia, who had been standing nearby, leaned toward Theodore and asked softly,

"Did I see that right? The delivery man left looking disappointed?"

Theodore seemed to ignore Olivia for a moment, staring off as if lost in thought. Olivia repeated her question, a little louder this time.

Theodore chuckled lightly. "Well," he said,

"I happen to be Ms. Dawn's subordinate too. If we go by this standard, shouldn't I also have an estate worth one hundred million dollars by now?"

Aurora, who was standing a short distance away, bit her lip slightly, her expression amused.

Her brother's cheeky words often left her speechless. But in this case, he was right.

Secretly, she was also planning to gift an estate to Theodore sometime in the future.

Olivia rolled her eyes and chuckled. "As long as Ms. Dawn gifts him at least a one-million-dollar item, I would feel that she truly sees you for who you are and not just as a name."

Theodore glared at Olivia in response, but there was no anger in his eyes.

Meanwhile, Olivia leisurely walked over to Alex. She smiled at him, curious.

"So, what are you planning to do with that estate for now?" she asked.

Alex looked at Olivia with a soft smile. "If you want, I can temporarily let you live in it," he said casually.

Olivia waved her hand with a mysterious tone. "Oh, please," she said. "If you really want to earn enough money from this, you should rent it out as a filming location."

Her words made Alex raise an eyebrow in surprise.
