Beast Evolution System: Devourer of Heaven

White looked at their target, she knew immediately it was him. He used an ability that caused massive destruction all over the land.

He looked at them and their eyes met and she grinned. " Go, report this to Bossi, I'll take care of him."

She ordered her subordinates, she could tell the child of the herald was stronger than her but it did not matter because she just made a recent breakthrough in her martial arts and wanted to test herself.

She created an invisible platform using her telekinesis then used it as a trampoline to throw herself at him.

On top of her already fast speed, she appeared Infront of him like a streak of lightning.

Her lightning coated sword swung for his neck. The child of the herald raised a massive shield he was carrying to block.

The mountain below them shook from the shockwave of their clash. She retreated and floated a few hundred metres away from him.

Without a word he swung a massive axe in her direction. A blade of wind and lightning flew at her as fast as lightning itself.

She easily dodged it then attacked him, using her tiny body and speed to her advantage she dodged his attack.

Slid between his legs and appeared behind him. Before he could react she cut the joints behind knees.

She heard him roar with rage which shook the earth causing an earthquake that created ravines as wide as hundreds of metres across.

Even the clouds churned with his rage. His aura skyrocketed and he activated the void equivalence of soul force.

She used hers as well, becoming even faster. He chased her through the sky causing thunderous sounds everywhere they went.

Each swing of his axe split the sky and destroyed the earth. The storm of hail dispersed as the clouds couldn't handle the shockwaves of their battle.

She knew if those attacks of his landed on her she would die. While fast, her body was not much stronger than that of a human.

Her advantage lay on her speed, telekinesis and martial arts. She raised her shield and tilted it a little.

The axe slid a across the shield and sent a crescent slash that split the ground for tens of kilometres.

That created an opportunity, using it she cut into his side with her sword which had so much condensed lightning it had turned into plasma.

However her sword barely managed to cut a few centimetres through his thick skin. Realising her strength was not enough she injected her lightning inside him.

His body shook from the shock, then she grabbed his head with her telekinesis and tried to crush it.

However it was harder than she expected, she gritted her teeth and tried harder to no avail.

That action distracted her giving him a chance to attack. She reacted too late when his axe was already Infront of her.

Knowing she couldn't dodge it from this distance she created a bubble with her telekinesis.

Instead of cutting her the axe pushed the bubble away. She took a deep breath realising how dangerous that situation was.

" Forgive me for the disrespect warrior, I thought very little of you before, I do apologise for that.

My name is The storm that shook the earth,one of the children of the noble herald Vroslogal of the plagues."

He thumped his chest in salute, White did not reciprocate the salutation. She was evaluating him.

' From what I've gathered, he seems stronger than most beasts but weaker than those three monsters.'

The monsters in question were of course Ved, Linglong and Ursela. However he wasn't so strong that she was helpless against him.

He was stronger, more durable and certainly had more energy than her but she was faster than he was.

And she was obviously a better martial artist, he looked more like a brute which was why she wasn't too worried about this fight.

She figured she could escape anytime she wanted. She had no idea how accurate she was.

As a fallen under the authority of plagues,his power revolved around natural disasters not direct confrontation.

He can cause tsunamis, floods, earthquakes she the other like all over the world at once but in exchange his direct combat ability was reduced.

Of course that didn't mean he was weak but that was what White sensing. She tried to determine his power through his aura which only told her his true power which doesn't automatically mean combat power.

It was common for people to have a strong aura but weaker combat ability like Evergreen.

Her aura surpassed that of White but it was more peaceful since she was a herbalist and alchemist.

The reason White was confused was because the aura of the storm that shook the earth was filled with death.

However that due to the many lives he's taken under the orders of his father, not because he had defeated many foes.

Lightning exploded out of White, she flew at him like a streak of light. Their battle continued shaking the entire sky.

However she barely managed to cause any significant damage to him. His healing factor closed said wounds almost immediately.

While they were fighting he started using the abilities of the other two. Countless insects attacked her.

Black snow fell, along with it came the leeches who tried to infect her any chance they got.

White was forced to run around dodging his attacks. She raised her sword and channeled the lightning in the clouds.

Lightning fell like spears piercing the millions of insects lunging at him. Then space portals appeared all sound her.

Before she could react thousands of undead came out growling and they lunged at her like loosened arrows.

She grabbed the nearest with her telekinesis and threw them at the others. Then she created a massive invisible hand.

The invisible hand crushed hundreds of undead creating a huge space between the two of them.

Then she took a deep breath. ' Time to test you out.' she grew excited, she had kept this hidden even from Ved.

" Lightning skyle:White flash." A pure white martial intent appeared on her feet turning into a white lightning looking boot.

She kicked the air, the sound of thunder shook the sky and she disappeared.
