Lu Zhen lightly nodded. His complexion ruddier than how it previously was. Lu Zhen did feel that his wounds had healed but not by a huge margin. "Tell me, do I have a chance with you? I'd also like to know your name?"

The gorgeous lady laughed again. 

"We gave you an inch but now you want a mile. You're a bully and a shameless person, you haven't even introduced yourself but now you want me to introduce myself first." she pouted which further enhanced her beauty. 

Lu Zhen just looked at her in a daze and said after a while, "What do you want from me? I'm not an ungrateful person so I'll give you whatever you want, of course if it's within my capabilities. " said Lu Zhen seriously. 

"Join my Sect." Lu Zhen was surprised about her request but quickly realised something. His wounds were just too severe for anyone to survive from them but what he did showed that he was extraordinary. Lu Zhen was still skeptical about it. "If you join my Sect, you'll at least be closer to me won't you and by the looks of it, you love being around me." she said proudly.

Prrrrr! 

Lu Zhen purred like a cat before saying, "I'm still interested in you though. Do I stand a chance?" the beauty thought for a moment before coyly saying "Only time will tell and by the way, I'm the leader of this Sect and if you want to address me, address me as Matriarch." She then left. Lu Zhen wasn't surprised by his own boldness. 

If the Matriarch wasn't so kind, she'd have left his life for death. His battle prowess wasn't that impressive since he sustained major injuries. He still had to recuperate and wouldn't be able to fight a person of her caliber. Although he loved the Matriarch, she wasn't as important as his own life, so he seriously pondered before nodding his head. 

Lu Zhen took a bath and took a detour of the Sect. The female Sect disciples looked at him with curious eyes while male disciples sneered with contempt. What Lu Zhen noted down were the five halls that operated the Sect. It was the Administration Hall, Mission Hall, Medicine Hall, Weapons Hall and the Exchange Hall. These Halls were very tall, at least three stories tall. And these five halls were what ran the Sect.

A while later, Lu Zhen went to the Administration Hall to report himself as a new  disciple. Once he entered, he saw an old man sleeping on the counter. 

"Greetings elder, I'm here to receive my uniform as an outer disciple." The elder opened one eye to look at Lu Zhen, he sized him up a bit and lazily gave him his uniform and a token. "Ask around,I'm sure someone will show you to your living quarters." It seemed like it had taken everything the old man had to help Lu Zhen because he fell asleep immediately after saying these words. 

Lu Zhen wasn't in a hurry to go to his courtyard yet so he went to the Exchange Hall. 

It was bustling inside the Hall with many disciples exchanging for cultivation pills.

No one minded Lu Zhen as he looked around, Lu Zhen looked around for an hour but then suddenly his senses got so excited that Lu Zhen had a hard time controlling them.

He looked around to see what had caused the problem and his eyes finally fell on a white flower. He had never seen this type of flower in his lives. "Excuse me but what's the name of this flower and how many contribution points are needed to exchange for it." asked Lu Zhen. 

The elder took one glance at him before giving him and gave him a guide to read. Every disciple in the Sect had this guide so Lu Zhen didn't necessarily have to return it. 

It was also quite simple for him to find his courtyard since the ladies took the initiative to ask where he stayed.

Sitting cross legged on top of his bed, Lu Zhen took his time looking at the plants and weapons that were up for grabs. There were a few plants which Lu Zhen was interested, the white flower called Demonic White Lotus flower, there was also a blood red ginseng called Blood Replenishing Ginseng and the last plant he took interest in was also blood red like the ginseng and it was called Vessels Strengthening flower. 

Lu Zhen shook his head when he saw the description of these plants, clearly he knew more than the owners did and it seemed like they were very important.

"Although they're incomparable to those of higher worlds, they'd  at least be helpful in the near future when I enter the Qi Condensing Realm." As for the Demonic White Lotus, even the Sect didn't exactly know what its effects were but it cost an astronomical amount of contribution points. 

Sects didn't use money to trade but contribution points. These contribution points could be obtained only by doing Sect missions or traded for something of equal value or something both parties agree upon. 

The next morning, Lu Zhen went to the Mission Hall. He was planning on completing a few missions in order to exchange for the plants he needed. 

Sect missions varied, from hunting notorious criminals and bandits to acting as a bodyguard for certain individuals. These missions were implemented to make the world a better place and hone the disciple's skills.

Lu Zhen saw a mission that perfectly suited him, it was a mission to take care of mystic plants. Mystic plants were plants used by cultivators while ordinary plants as its name suggest, were used by mortals. Lu Zhen checked in the mission and went to the specified location. Once he arrived, he saw a huge garden that spanned for hundreds of meters. 

The place was full of girls and one guy. A middle aged lady approached Lu Zhen and inquired about his visit. Lu Zhen explained his reasons and the lady was happy to have a few more hands helping in the garden. Everyone accepted Lu Zhen with open arms except for the guy. He smiled outside but sneered inside.

"Pardon me, but are you knowledgeable with plants?" asked the young man. "Huang Long, that's rude. Lu Zhen came to help us and you are now trying to send him away!" angrily shouted the lady. It was hard to get disciples to help in the garden since it was a waste of time for them, they'd rather use that time to cultivate. 

"You misunderstand, teacher, I'm just worried that he might cause harm to the garden if he isn't knowledgeable. After all, plants here are rare. Even the Grand Inferno Sect doesn't have some of them." explained the young man. 

Everyone thought this young man was just trying to help since there was truth in his words but Lu Zhen knew the underlying meaning in his words. "Don't worry. I'm somewhat of a botanist and quite experienced when it comes to this field." said Lu Zhen calmly.

"Shall we put your experience to the test if you don't mind." smiled the young man.
