Beast EMPEROR

Everyone couldn't believe their eyes when they saw the state of their Sect leader. Yungxu's whole body was charred black like charcoal. Lu Zhen's technique had almost turned him to ashes as its name suggested. Since Lu Zhen escaped, Yungxu knew that with Lu Zhen's talent,  it was now only a matter of time before destruction descended upon him and his Sect.

In a forest with large trees, two corpses, one on top of the other, were laying in it. The female corpse with beautiful features layed on top of the handsome male one.

Cough* Cough* Cough*

The male corpse suddenly woke up, coughed hysterically. It was of course Lu Zhen. He looked around to see if there was any danger lurking in this forest then relaxed. Lu Zhen looked pale. He weakly hugged Lin Zhenzhen's body, he had protected her body with his life on the line from the spacial turbulence. 

"Forgive me, forgive me for implicating you and being unable to protect you. I can't go on like this so I've decided to change the way of doing things. I'll live like a human, be greedy, selfish, despicable and shameless like a human. I'll retreat when I have to, swallow my pride if I have, bow down if I have to. I am human after all." Lu Zhen then cried for hours as he tightly hugged her body, he cried until his eyes were swollen. 

"Just like you wanted me to be free, I also want you to be free, I want you to travel the world unhindered." He then proceeded to burn her body and scattered her ashes in the air. 

Immediately  after scattering her ashes, his expression became cold. This made Lu Zhen look like a ghost with his pale skin and cold gaze. 

He then chose a path and started walking. Lu Zhen had suffered major internal and external injuries which significantly affected his combat prowess. It was unbelievable that he was still alive with such injuries. His power was now befitting of someone in the peak of Meridian Strengthening Realm. Lu Zhen walked around the forest at his own pace since he had to avoid dangers the forest might have.

After days of walking, Lu Zhen came across a group of youngsters that were fighting a Sentient beast. This beast was a rhino but not your average one. It was called 'Impenetrable Armored Rhino' due to it's impenetrable steel like skin that was stronger than most metals. There were six youngsters in total. 

Three females and three males. They worked well together and defeated the rhino after a long time had passed. Lu Zhen then ran towards them while panting, "Help! Somebody help!" he purposely bumped into one of the females and acted as if he had fainted, his clothes were torn all over, he looked like a beggar. Humans like him were able to quickly adapt to any environment. 

They put Lu Zhen down and inspected him to see if he was hiding a weapon or if he had ulterior motives. Lucky for Lu Zhen. He didn't waste his time just walking idly around the forest, he worked hard to retract his goat like horns so the youngsters didn't find anything out of place with his body. 

The only suspicious thing about him was what he was doing here alone. Seeing his features, there was no reaction from both girls and boys, Lu Zhen had hidden his features using a special technique.

"I suggest we leave him here, he's too suspicious and might endanger our lives." said one of the males in the group. "Senior brother Hao, how could you say such a thing when someone is in need of our help." retorted one of the females. 

"Let's take him to the Sect and let them decide what to do with him." suggested the female who Lu Zhen had bumped into. "You'll carry him yourselves then." The guys quickly left, leaving the girls with the already unconscious Lu Zhen. Although Lu Zhen looked weak and fragile, he was as heavy as an ox but for cultivators like them, It was nothing. After all, some cultivators were even able to move mountains. 

Hours later, they reached their Sect called Howling Wind Sect. Lu Zhen was then left to the elders to decide what to do with him.

The elders checked Lu Zhen's health but were surprised by the heavy injuries he had sustained. 

They thought to themselves, 'This young man has a tenacious life.' They all knew that they would have died with injuries like these. Almost all of Lu Zhen's ribs were broken, some of his bones were dislocated while spatial energy prevented his wounds from healing. Lu Zhen had already forced out most of this energy.

Valuable pills were then used on him even though they didn't know his background. The Sect was literally taking a gamble on him, they hoped that Lu Zhen would join their Sect after waking up, people with resilience like him were rare and if well nurtured, they'd reach unimaginable heights . Lu Zhen had fallen asleep when the girls gave him a piggyback ride. 

A few days later, Lu Zhen woke up. He found himself in an unfamiliar room, sleeping in an unfamiliar bed with his clothes changed. 

He got out of bed and slowly walked to the door. Once the door opened, he was mesmerized by the sight in front of him. He pinched himself to see if he was still dreaming but after feeling the pain, he knew that it wasn't a dream.

Lu Zhen just stood there like an idiot. "Come here." a sweet voice rang in Lu Zhen's ears as he approached the person. It was a woman, incredibly… no! An incomparably beautiful woman. It was as if the word "beautiful" was created by her to describe those with inferior looks. This was definitely the most beautiful woman Lu Zhen had ever seen in his entire lives. 

"I guess you already know just how beautiful you are, in fact, calling you beautiful is an understatement. A woman like you deserves a man like me and there's no one like me so your only choice is to be with me. What do you think?" 

Lu Zhen really was bold to confess his love to someone he didn't even know, first time meeting at that.The lady lightly laughed and her laughter sounded like an angel's melody. "We can deduce from your actions that you've recovered, no?"
