Ascension of the Monster Queen

Dalia and the others exchanged glances, for they knew that a lot was on Nessa's plate at the moment and whatever step she takes next, would only be to protect them and they were ready to accept it, even without hearing what it may be.

Nessa lowered her head as the little boy, whom she had helped earlier, stared at her with eyes filled with curiosity.

"My lord, it is time for you to come back, there is work to be done," Someone said to the little boy, whose eyes narrowed.

A smirk appeared on his face with his eyes fixed on Nessa and just then he felt as though a strong gaze was on him but when he turned around to see, no one nearby was looking at him and his brows furrowed.

'What the hell was that? It felt strong and threatening, it's really as though whatever was looking at me is threatening me, what's going on here and how is that possible?' He wondered with the demon, who was watching them, gaze fixed on him and the demon's eyes narrowed as they shimmered.

'You have got to be kidding me right now? Why now of all times?' The demon wondered and a smirk appeared on his face as he stared at the young boy.

'This is not going to last much longer, so do as you wish, I will get serious if you guys push me too far and believe me, my anger is not something you want to bet with,' He thought as he glanced at Nessa.

"Guys, please start taking care of the dead and there is one more thing that I would like to share with you guys, have your opinion as well if you want," She added as they looked at her and she clenched her right fist.

"Lady Nessa, what's the matter?" Riki asked and Nessa lowered her head as she looked back at them.

"I am going to close off the city from the outside world for a while, is that okay?" She asked and everyone left staring at her then they exchanged glances.

"Lady Nessa, do you think this is what's going to be for the best?" Riki asked as he approached her as the other leaders of the other races within the city came to her and she looked at them an her eyes narrowed.

"This is best for now, you can go out as you like but no one can come in as they like, there will be rules to it," She said with a piercing look in her eyes and they all smiled at her.

"Lady Nessa, if this is what you think is best, then we will be happy to go along with you, after all, you are not doing this for yourself," Youthim replied and Nessa smiled at little.

"Is that okay with you guys as well?" She asked and they all bowed their heads as Mikala as well as the others at that hospital, looked carefully at what was happening.

"Yeah, we accept the change," They responded and Nessa exhaled deeply them looked up at the sky as she lifted her right hand up and pulled the device that was in the middle of the city, to her hand and she grabbed onto it.

"As you wish, we are really sorry as well," Riki responded as he bowed his head and she looked at him and the others.

"Riki, raise your head, nothing is any of you guys fault, none of it is, there are others to blame, I am sorry as well, now, don't bow your head like that," She said as she raised his head up and he looked at her then smiled.

"Well, we will learn from what happened here today, it's going to be night soon," He replied and she turned around to look up at the sky.

"Yeah, it will be," She said as she looked at the device in her hand and she took a step in the air as the device began floating in the air, before her eyes, while giving off, different types of energy.

"What's going on?" A few of them asked as they looked at Nessa and she looked down at her people, knowing some were really sad and even worried about the future.

But hearing about her taking other steps, despite them mourning their losses, they felt a little bit of relief at the same time, for they trusted she would be able to handle things.

'I cannot let things like this happen, though a war may be coming, well at least there will be things I can do to protect them, I chose this path and I will do what I have to, no matter what, even if I may have to kill thousands,' She thought as her eyes glowed a light red, mixed with a slight purple.

'Oh? That look... Things have changed, within her as well, you guys tugged a string, I wonder, whether you should have or not, what is going to change now,' The demon thought as he looked at Nessa.

'The demon lords, if some of them are indeed a part of this, I don't care if I have to kill them as well, I will,' She thought as the apurple energy was released from Nessa's body.

A purple mixed with a gold stripe, dome began forming around the entire land, not just the city and green markings of the dryads appeared on it as well.

The ground began vibrating as another wave of energy was released from the device at the top of the dome as well as Nessa's body and the people flinched, wondering exactly how strong she was.

"Now, this looks interesiting is she the leader or working under him? Looks like a challenged has been placed, I shouldn't be here..." The kid that was eyeing her mumbled before disappearing.

"Seal..." Nessa said as her eyes glowed brighter and the dome was sealed around the entire land, for each and every direction and the device before Mikala and the others, shattered like glasses before them.
