While Eve went to scout, Siegfried searched for a water source and was able to find a small stream in which he took a bath.

At the same time he was fortunate enough to find a deer carcass which had been rotting for a while.

After cleaning it thoroughly he was able to use it cover his lower body atleast. Siegfried wanted to eat some food but it wasn't exactly necessary as he could function on Mana and even if he eats something it would be converted into mana.

As he was munching on some fruits and berries, he contemplated the information Eve shared with him.

There was civilization a few kilometres from where he was and if he went there he could get information on where he was.

But his current attire was a bit strange considering he only had animal hide on , maybe he could just say he was a nomad living in the forest or bandits stole his clothes.

Siegfried shook his head clearing his thoughts because there was no need to get too serious or think too much, as far as he knew the people in the nearby town were normal people and the infrastructure reminded him of the 20th century.

Siegfried thought about deciding on his plan after he visited the nearby human settlement. And he really needed to know what these walls were about.

Since it was a village he didn't think they would react too badly and in his humble opinion he was pretty good looking so he should get some pretty privelage....

Siegfried didn't really face too much trouble aside from the initial suspicion and he pretty much would have blended in if not for his Platinum hair.

The villagers were kind and Siegfried was able to stay there for a week gathering information, and with his ability as a demon to make his voice more pleasant he was able to extract information from the people easily during small talks.

He stayed at a kind persons farm while helping out with the farm work and life like that wasn't bad and Siegfried would also have thought that if not for the existence of Titans.

After getting the info Siegfried understood what the walls were for and this revelation made him feel a bit of pity for the people as they were living like cattle.

But still he found out one useful information and that was about the survey corps and they are always in need of fresh blood due to the mortality rate of its members.

However Siegfried wasn't afraid because , if push comes to shove he could just fly to safety while at the same time altering the memories of anybody who had seen him.

Currently although he had Demon bloodline it was still at its infant stage so he was a strong Tier 1 being but a normal human couldn't even be considered Tier 1 so it was pretty easy for him to take control of their minds to wipe memories or manipulate them.

All in all he knew his objective from Eve, that was to plant a seed of the World Tree in this world but the World Tree sprouting in this world would be connected to him and he would have more control over the world.

This was also a perfect world as a beginner world and he could leave from this world anytime he wants via Eve, but the teleportation would be random and coming back would be nearly impossible if he doesn't have a World Tree in place.

Siegfried thought of many ways and one of Eve's suggestions seemed plausible to him , taking over the world or having considerable foundation in the world.

To be recognised by the laws of this world so he would be able to sire a World Tree to take control of the World Tree. Faith was a good way to start.

Siegfried understood that he was like a pseudo agent for the World Tree, he was bringing World's under the control of the World Tree and in return he would be getting paid in the form of power and the World he was planting the Tree in.

He neither had a time limit nor was he obliged to do it as a means of survival, it was more or less like his mercenary days , he could Plant the World Tree if he wants and he would be payed for it and if he doesn't like a world then he could always leave.

But Siegfried felt it wouldn't be too bad to work a little while he was in his vacation and he knew he had a long lifespan and life without a purpose becomes stale.

And having more strength would mean he would be able to protect his peaceful lifestyle.

With his goal decided Siegfried decided to join the survey corps because he felt like starting from the bottom.

He could just go ahead and mind control the leader of the nation and no one would be the wiser but what was the point of that.

Life would be boring if you always took the easy way out.

And he was planning on taking over the world or atleast becoming someone influential legitimately.

Siegfried hated brainwashing and mind control, he had enough of that in his lifetimes.

He was going to go at things on his own flow and he felt like starting at the bottom.

With his decision made Siegfried decided to go to the nearby town of Shiganshina.....

Mc isn't thinking about being efficient, unlike others he had already lived a million lifetimes.

He doesn't want to stress too much and he hates brainwashing or atleast with people who might or might not be his in the future.

And it would be boring if he just brainwashes the Royal Family and does everything in a month.

He is not here to complete a mission but to live freely , he would do his mission but it would be at his pace.

Just like a godly being taking a vacation. He can't access the full strength of his bloodline yet and his strength without the blood line was his last life's which was slightly above peak human.

It's a wish fulfilment story with multiversal travel with the MC going from strong to stronger. He won't struggle at all.
