Chapter 564: Dimensional Pocket
"Yes! We agree!" one woman shouted. "You can put us in the soldiers' group! We're ready!"
"We'll work hard!" someone else added.
Su Jiyai gave a small nod. "Good. At least you still know what shame feels like."
She turned her eyes toward Leader Zhang and the boy standing next to him.
Both of them still looked shocked and pale.
Su Jiyai's voice turned colder.
"You like using the Alliance as a shield, don't you? Always saying we can't touch you because the Alliance will protect you."
She paused.
"Well then, we'll let the Alliance handle you. I'll hand you over to them myself."
Leader Zhang's face twisted in fear.
"No! Please!" he begged. "Don't hand us over! Please, Boss Su!"
His nephew also started begging. "Please! We didn't mean to! We just wanted to scare you a little! We didn't mean for this to happen!"
But Su Jiyai didn't even look at them.
They came to cause trouble.
Now that they were caught, they had to face the consequences.
Su Jiyai sat down in the quiet room and took a deep breath.
She reached into her pocket and took out the glowing dimensional crystal. It was smooth and warm in her palm, like it had a heartbeat of its own.
Slowly, she closed her eyes and began to absorb it.
Her body glowed with a soft light as the power from the crystal flowed into her. It felt like waves of energy were washing over her, pushing past a wall she had felt for a long time.
That wall had blocked her from reaching the next level, but now, the wall was breaking apart.
She clenched her fists, her eyebrows furrowing in focus.
Suddenly, the feeling of pressure vanished.
The wall shattered.
A new power rushed through her body, and her eyes flew open.
"I finally broke through," she whispered. "Level 3 of Dimensional Hunting."
She sat still for a moment, just feeling the new energy inside her. It was stronger, heavier, and sharper. Everything around her felt clearer, like her senses had leveled up, too.
Then she tilted her head and looked at her reflection in the window. For a second, she thought her hair color had changed. But no, it was still the same cool blue she had always had. She sighed in relief.
"System," she said aloud. "What upgrade did I get this time?"
The system answered right away in her mind.
[You have received your own dimension.]
Su Jiyai's eyes lit up.
"My own… dimension?" she repeated, excited.
She quickly closed her eyes again and tried to sense this new power. Within seconds, she could feel it... like a door that had appeared inside her soul. She focused on that door, and suddenly she knew how to open it.
She raised her hand and made a small slashing motion with her finger in the air.
A thin line of light appeared in front of her.
Then, with a quiet whoosh, a huge dimensional opening formed right before her eyes. It looked like a portal, wide and glowing, with swirling space inside.
Her jaw dropped.
"It really worked," she whispered.
She stepped closer, peering into the space. It looked endless. There was no ground or sky, just a floating space that stretched in all directions.
She could feel it clearly. She could store anything here. Weapons, food, buildings, even living creatures. If she wanted to, she could store an entire world inside this space. That was how massive and powerful her personal dimension was.
Su Jiyai laughed softly to herself.
"This is insane," she said. "It's a hundred times better than a regular storage space."
She had a normal inventory before, and even a storage ring. But those were limited. This space was something else. It belonged to her and her alone.
Out of curiosity, she stepped inside.
The air felt strange but calm. Everything floated gently in the space, like there was no gravity. As she looked around, she noticed there were already items in the dimension.
Her eyes narrowed.
"Wait, what's all this?"
Some strange white and black powder floated in small clumps.
There were also herbs, glowing stones, small containers, and strange tools floating around. Everything was just floating quietly in the still air.
Su Jiyai pointed at the powders.
"System," she asked, "what are these white and black powders?"
The system paused for a moment before replying.
[The white powder is compressed light energy, and the black powder is compressed dark energy.]
Su Jiyai blinked.
"What?"
[They are rare energies that only appear in abandoned dimensions or fallen worlds. This space was once a collapsed dimension, and those powders are the remains of what was left behind.]
Su Jiyai looked around, stunned.
"These are… from a dead world?"
[Yes. You have inherited a broken dimension and repaired it with your power. That is why it belongs to you now.]
Su Jiyai stared at the floating powders, her heart racing.
She had only just entered Level 3, and already she had something this powerful.
As she passed by the floating powders, her eyes were drawn to the glowing stones. They shimmered in different colors... blue, red, green, even gold. Some were small like marbles, while others were as big as her fist.
Right next to the stones, there were bunches of herbs. Some looked familiar, but others were completely new to her.
One had silver leaves that sparkled like frost, while another had small red flowers that opened and closed slowly, like they were breathing.
She frowned and pointed.
"System," she asked, "what are those glowing stones? And what about the herbs?"
The system replied in its usual calm voice.
[The glowing stones are Elemental Cores. Each color represents a different element. For example, blue is water, red is fire, green is wind, and gold is lightning. These cores are pure sources of power. You can absorb them, use them to upgrade weapons, or even plant them into land to create elemental zones.]
Su Jiyai's eyes widened.
"So I can grow special lands with them?"
[Yes. You can build training grounds or even farms with stronger crops based on those elements.]
She smiled, already imagining a small field full of lightning-charged plants or a lake that could boost water abilities.
"And the herbs?" she asked, turning to look at the floating plants.
[These herbs are rare spiritual herbs. Some heal injuries. Some boost strength. Some can even awaken hidden powers or purify poison. The silver-leaf one is called Moonlace. It can calm the mind and increase mental energy. The red flower is Flamebud. It can temporarily boost your strength in battle.]
Su Jiyai reached out and gently touched the Moonlace herb. It felt cool and soft, like fresh snow.
"This is unbelievable," she whispered. "I didn't just get a space. I got a treasure vault."
She floated back a little and took one last look at everything.
At night, when the whole base was quiet and everyone was fast asleep, Su Jiyai stood alone in the hallway. The moonlight shone through the window, casting soft silver light on the floor. She raised her hand and, using the system, quietly locked all the doors behind her.
[All doors secured.]
"Good," Su Jiyai whispered.
She walked toward the only free land of her base and realized that she soon might need to expand her base since almost all the space had been consumed.
"I'll expand it later," she said. "For now, this is enough."
She smiled, already thinking of her next plan.
"I'm going to make element-specific lands. Fire, water, earth, wind, wood… and maybe even more."
She opened the system interface and clicked on Build Room. She chose a basic room design like the one she had used for spring water cultivation room.
A small glowing room appeared in front of her, floating gently in the air. Su Jiyai moved it and placed it on the land. With a soft sound, the room locked into place.
"Alright," she said. "Fill it with spring water."
The water sparkled as it flowed into the room. It was clear and cool, just like before.
But this time, Su Jiyai had a new idea.
She took out a glowing fireball from her inventory. It was warm and bright, burning gently without hurting her hands. She carefully placed it under the water, letting it float right beneath the surface.
Slowly, the water began to change color.
The soft white turned into a glowing red, almost like liquid lava. But it didn't boil or burn. It just shimmered with warm, powerful energy.
Curious, Su Jiyai stepped into the room and sat in the warm red water.
Right away, she felt it.
Her fire superpower started rising. It was like the power inside her woke up and became stronger. Her whole body felt lighter and warmer.
She opened her eyes, amazed.
"This really works!" she said, smiling.
She looked at the fireball below the water and asked, "System, can I make more of this fire stone?"
