Apocalypse: I Build A Doomsday Train

Chapter 297: Deep Red Member's Perpetual Storage Facility (Part 3)

"There's no point in guessing. Since the supplies have been delivered to us, we should take advantage of this opportunity for a resupply," Lin Xian stepped forward and interrupted everyone's discussion.

"These resources are prepared for a thousand people. For us, it's a massive haul. Let's divide it up properly."

"Absolutely, so many good things, we're going to be rich!" Kiki laughed, "I haven't had steak and rice for ages. I suggest we take everything here!"

"Haha, that makes sense." Shi Deyuan said heartily, then looked at Lin Xian: "Brother Lin, you found the place and led us here, you should decide how we split it."

As soon as he finished speaking, everyone's eyes turned to Lin Xian.

"It's not complicated," Lin Xian smiled faintly, "Our fleets combined already make up more than half the people. Since we contributed the most, we should take 70%, and the remaining 30% can be distributed based on the numbers in the other fleets."

"Oh, come on, your Infinity has so few people, wouldn't you be at a disadvantage with this split?" Qian Deli looked at Lin Xian, arms crossed. "Besides, you found these supplies, and I don't like taking advantage of others."

"That's right," Shi Deyuan completely disagreed with this distribution: "I've got over a thousand people on my Dragon Mountain No.1, and while this would benefit us the most, I don't have such a thick skin. I can't take more supplies for a thousand people while you, Brother Lin, take supplies for only 30 or so."

Ning Jing also nodded: "This distribution method is indeed not quite fair, your Unlimited Fleet should take more."

Li Yi also nodded in agreement: "I think it should be distributed by fleet, let Captain Lin arrange the proportions."

"That works," Luo Yang also said.

Distributing by fleet would be most advantageous for Infinity, as there are fewer people and more resources to take, thus increasing the per capita supplies.

"Captain Lin, I have a suggestion," Monica said, holding a bottle of red wine in one hand and a box of frozen steak in the other, as discussions swirled. "There are many kinds of supplies here, and each fleet has different needs. For example, my fleet doesn't lack supplies, so just let me take some wine and steak, nothing else."

"So I suggest your Infinity can choose the supplies you want first. The rest we can distribute based on everyone's needs. Isn't there a weapons warehouse as well? Those who want medical supplies can take less rice, flour, and oil; those who want meat can take less equipment, isn't that feasible?"

As soon as she finished speaking, everyone's eyes lit up, and they all agreed.

"Hey, that could work!"

"Makes sense, if Brother Lin chooses first, I'll feel at ease, haha."

"Indeed, a few fleets are currently short on medical supplies; food isn't the primary concern."

"Yes, that's right."

Hearing this, Lin Xian looked at Kiki, then nodded, "Alright, let's do it like this. I'll have Teacher Chen bring people to tally up the supplies here, then each fleet can make requests, and we'll balance it out."

Faced with everyone's suggestions, Lin Xian did not decline, he was not one to hold back. If the 22 fleets weren't all from Xilan City, having suffered together, he might have only given out a tenth of the supplies if Infinity couldn't hold them all.

Moreover, the survival supplies on Infinity were currently very abundant. With a fully functional Medical Cabin in place, the need for medical supplies was greatly reduced, only requiring some surgical emergency modules, stem cell gel, and antibiotics.

So, like Monica, Lin Xian was more interested in those frozen meats, seafood, and wines, to enhance the living standard on Infinity.

After leaving the storage warehouse, the group immediately headed to the weapons warehouse, while Ning Jing and Li Yi stayed behind to wait for Chen Sixuan and people from Dragon Mountain No.1 to join them for inventory and distribution.

Lin Xian had always been curious about the Star-Class III infantry weapons suite that Grace mentioned—astonishingly, there were 1,000 sets, a great deal indeed, so more than the living supplies, Lin Xian was more interested in the weapons warehouse.

The group moved to a deep section of a maintenance tunnel, activating a special switch through a code device. Soon, a hidden wall door began to slowly open.

Empty! Empty! Empty!

The enormous anti-air warehouse lights roared to life in rows, revealing to everyone's eyes a row of all-terrain armored vehicles on the fireproof painted floor!

These armored vehicles were fully equipped, covered with standard Outer Armor, ten of them in total at first glance, and further in made everyone gasp—in the center of the warehouse, neatly parked, were four Night Navigation Star-3 super cruiser Flying Devices!

This was an incredibly agile advanced Flying Device, capable of carrying 2-3 people. It used a Hall electrical push engine for vertical lift, a plasma pulse engine for main propulsion, allowing a cruising speed of up to Mach 5, and employed a plutonium-238 isotope nuclear battery array. Its wings were foldable, and although it lacked a weapon system, it was top-notch technology in all other respects!

"Goodness, trucks and planes both, the Deep Red World sure provides their members with quite the assortment!" Shi Deyuan said, his expression shocked.

"Looks like everything's equipped for the Zero Element Center, probably to help those in the survival pods escape," Qian Deli spoke up.

Lin Xian was somewhat surprised because the negotiation details that Grace revealed initially didn't include these two types of transports.
