After a long week of waiting, Nagi could finally play ZEPS again! The anticipation had been building up inside him ever since he completed Choujin Sentai Z-Man with all the starting Sentai members. He was eager to find out what hidden Sentai he had unlocked.
"I wonder what kind of abilities the new Sentai will have!" he thought excitedly as he powered on his ZEPS and inserted the Z-Man cartridge. He quickly navigated through the menu, selected New Game, and there it was—an unlocked Sentai slot next to the original lineup.
"King Ranger? Huh, weird. Why isn't he named like Z-Red, Z-Blue, or the others?" he muttered, intrigued. Without hesitation, he selected King Ranger, eager to learn more about this mysterious new character.

Bio: Riki Ougon was once the great King of Ougon Kingdom, a legendary hero who drove the evil Emperor Bacchus Wrath away from Earth 600 million years ago. Bacchus, the tyrannical ruler of the Chorik Civilization, refused to accept defeat and sealed Riki inside the Eternal Gear Chamber, banishing him from history.
In modern times, ZA WARUDO scientists uncovered the Eternal Gear Chamber, breaking its ancient seal and awakening Riki Ougon from his deep slumber. But to Riki's shock, everything he once knew was gone—his kingdom, his people, his era. The modern world was unfamiliar to him, but his unwavering kingly prowess remained intact.
Despite his new reality, he refused ZA WARUDO's offer to join Z-Man, choosing instead to remain with his King Pyramider, a colossal pyramid-shaped mecha that had always been his strongest, most trustworthy partner. However, if the world was ever in peril, King Ranger would not hesitate to rise and protect it once again!
Nagi's eyes lit up. "So, he isn't officially part of Z-Man, but he's still a Sentai?! That's so cool! And he's a king?! Damn, that's awesome!"
Nagi immediately jumped into the game and selected King Ranger to test out his combat style.
Basic Attacks: He swings his King Staff, unleashing waves of golden sand that deal mid-range damage—not as far-reaching as Z-Yellow's shuriken, but slightly longer than Z-Pink's whip.Jump Attack: While airborne, King Ranger strikes downward with his staff, sending golden sand waves crashing onto enemies below.Downward Forward Attack: He slams his King Staff into the ground upon landing, causing golden sand spikes to erupt upwards.Charge Attack: He plants his King Staff into the earth, summoning a whirling golden sandstorm around himself, damaging any enemy caught in its radius.Guard Counter: If an enemy attacks while King Ranger is charging attack , he counters with a blinding golden sand flash, stunning the enemy briefly.King Ranger's Special Moves1 Orb Hisatsu Waza: King Pyramider Kougeki
The scene dramatically shifts as King Ranger raises his shining golden staff, shouting:
"KING PYRAMIDER! KOUGEKI!"
Suddenly, his giant pyramid mecha, King Pyramider, strikes the enemy with its massive knuckle fists from the sky, dealing huge damage!
2 Orb Chou Hisatsu Waza: Ascended Mode - Ougon no Emperor!
As soon as Nagi activated the two-orb special move, a brilliant golden aura engulfed King Ranger.
"Ougon no Emperor!" the game text displayed as King Ranger ascended into his ultimate form!
In this mode, his attacks become enhanced, granting his staff extended reach and triple the normal damage for 10 seconds!Every strike leaves behind golden afterimages, showcasing his divine might as a former ruler of a lost kingdom.His movement speed increases slightly, allowing for faster dodging and counterattacks.
"Whoa! This is the first ever super transformation in the game! That's so cool!" Nagi exclaimed in awe.
King Ranger's Mecha Battle - Ultimate Attack
As expected, King Ranger's exclusive mecha battle sequence featured his legendary companion, King Pyramider.
His Mecha Ultimate Attack was called:
"PYRAMIDER AKAI KOUHA!"
The King Pyramider opened its chest panels, showing Red Ruby then unleashing a colossal red laser beam that obliterated the enemy in a flash of red energy!
Playing as King Ranger was a good new experience—his special moves, long-range sand attacks, and powerful mecha battle made him feel different from the other Sentai characters.
"Man, this is amazing!" Nagi grinned. "I can't wait to see what other hidden Sentai I can unlock next!"
One thing was clear—if this was just the first unlockable Sentai, there had to be even more surprises waiting in Choujin Sentai Z-Man!
He paused for a moment, navigating back to the character selection screen, scanning for hints of more unlockable characters.
Then, his heart raced as he noticed faint silhouettes of several locked Sentai slots, one of them already show mysterious text:
"Make forgotten legends rise again."
"Whoa... there's still more?!"It seems Nagi needs to beat the game with King Ranger Nagi gasping.
His excitement skyrocketed—this was far from over. He wasn't just playing a game anymore; he was uncovering a hidden world of secrets within Z-Man!
With renewed determination, he continued playing with King Ranger, to unlock the next sentai and eager to unravel every last mystery that awaited him.
