A Journey That Changed The World.

Chapter 1209: Will You Reward Us

When Archer heard Elara's words, he answered with a confident chuckle, ''I have a few legions trained in guerilla warfare, but there's also have the Monster Army. They won't be able to fight billions of Nightmare Ants or Venomwing swarms.''

Following that, the three legions guarding the mountain passes fortified the three roads and held back the Alliance scouts. Days passed by and the Draconian invasion force had set up a base on Avidia.

Archer was standing in Emberports castle that now belonged to him. While standing there, Ashoka appeared with a love-filled smile. ''I'll be heading west, my love. If the Western Fortress doesn't hear from us, send the Oathkeepers.''

''I remember beautiful,'' he answered while embracing the brown-skinned beauty. ''Just be careful out there. The reports say Alliance raiders have been spotted in the west.''

She waved him away with a confident smile. ''I'll be fine, my love. This part of Avidia borders the desert and is one of the Duskfire Empires breadbaskets.''

Archer watched her leave and decided to open a Gate to the western fortress where Talila was guarding. The silver-haired elf was barking out orders to the archers on the wall as they fired at a swarm of monsters.

They were attacking, causing him to sigh before summoning a horde of Broodmaws that gathered around at the bottom of the wall. He grinned when seeing this and ordered them to kill the incoming horde.

''Kill them all and take their corpses back to your colony,'' he shouted, causing the mantis-like monsters to surge forward.

Their scythes and claws tore through the attacking creatures with ease, just as Talila started firing a dozen arrows into the horde. Explosions erupted, which sent dozens of the beasts flying all over the place.

Following this, the battle ended quickly as his monsters started throwing the bodies through the portals that he opened. While doing this, the silver-haired elf approached with a warm smile as she spoke, ''Waiting for Ashoka? I heard she's going west to conquer some settlements.''

Archer nodded, ''That's correct, she wanted to get out there and fight. I don't blame her as all we're doing here is building defences and repelling the Alliance,'' he said while spotting the 9th Legion approaching the wall.

''Look who it is,'' Talila commented with a giggle. ''She looks excited to get out there.''

He agreed with a nod before using Blink to appear on the road that stopped the 9th Legion from marching forward.''

As soon as Ashoka heard his voice, she leapt gracefully from her mount, her face lighting up with a radiant smile. She rushed toward him, and without hesitation, he pulled her into a warm embrace.

''Hello, gorgeous,'' he murmured, his tone both teasing and affectionate. ''I thought I'd come see you off.''

The brown-skinned beauty gazed up at him, her amber eyes sparkling. ''Thank you, darling,'' she replied, her voice soft and brimming with love. Her lips curved into a tender smile before she leaned in, pressing a quick but heartfelt kiss to his lips.

When the couple separated, she looked at him, ''Remember, if my scouts stop returning here, come look for me. The western part is full of jungle and forests,'' she said with a worried expression.

Following that, Archer's eyes widened while getting a good idea, causing him to turn to the ten Oathkeepers and ordered, ''Varek, Kaelen, Darian and Malric. Go with Queen Ashoka and make sure she's safe.''

The four giant knights saluted him before moving behind the tiger woman, who looked surprised as she asked, ''Why are you sending them with me? I have the Dragonblood Knights.''

Archer waved her away with a smile, ''They are perfect to keep you safe even if your whole legion falls. These guys will still be there.''

When the Oathkeepers heard her words, they slammed their fists against their armor in unison; the sound echoing with resolute determination. Ashoka turned back to face them, her amber eyes gleaming with pride, before shifting her gaze to him.

''Thank you, husband,'' she said, her voice carrying both gratitude and affection. A gentle smile graced her lips as she added, ''I feel better knowing they are here.''

Following that, Archer and Ashoka said their goodbyes before the tiger woman and the 9th Legion left the safety of the Draconian walls. He watched them vanish into the distance with narrowed eyes.

Without telling anyone, he summoned five hundred Shadow Creatures, causing him to cough up blood, but regardless, he ordered them to go follow Ashoka and protect her in secret, which the monsters did.

Once they were done, Archer collapsed against a nearby fence just as Olivia sent him a panicked message. 'The Alliance has brought in a massive armada, my love. We will engage, but can you send Teuila?'

Without wasting time he opened a Gate to the Flagships bridge and stepped through, only to see the white-haired admiral giving orders to the surround sailors as they started sailing north to intercept the enemy.

''Oh handsome. I didn't expect to see you here,'' the older woman commented with an excited expression.

''Teuila is already here, look,'' Archer pointed out the window as a massive Tylosaurus swam under the 1st Fleet.

He walked onto the balcony before summoning a horde of Moravaxes over the side of the ship. Seconds later, hundreds of giant eel monsters poured out of the violet portal. Archer watched as they crashed into the sea just as he ordered them, ''Protect my ships from the enemy!''

Thousands of heads popped out of the water before screeching. While this was happening, Olivia appeared behind him. ''What are you doing, handsome?''

''Summoning guardians for the fleet,'' he answered with a knowing smirk. ''The Alliance has smaller ships to try out maneuver our vessels, but the Moravaxes will ambush them, which will give them a shock.''

While the couple spoke, a man rushed onto the balcony with a panicked expression, ''Your Majesty. Two more enemy fleets are approaching from both sides.''

Archer's eyes narrowed before nodding, ''I'll deal with them, just make sure the cannons are firing non-stop.''

Following that, he sent a message to Lucrezia, Kassandra, and Demetra while opening a portal for the three women. They stepped through with excited smiles as the shark woman commented, ''Want us to destroy the Alliance husband?''

''Will you reward us?'' Kass asked with glowing black eyes,

Archer chuckled while greeting them with kisses before explaining, ''Yes I will reward everyone, Kass. Is there a reason to answer when you know what will happen? But anyway, we have two fleets looking to ambush us, and Teu is fighting with the one we're targeting.''

When the women heard this, they agreed as Lucrezia commented, ''I expect to be pampered tonight husband, its been a while since I've felt your love.''

''I'll spend time with you all tonight, so don't worry,'' he answered with a charming smile before the three women leaped into the sea below.

Lucrezia transformed into her Mosasaur form and sliced through the waves like a missile. Following this, Kassandra let out a giggle while falling toward the ocean and transformed into her Kraken form.

A giant wave slammed against the Flagship causing everyone to hold brace themselves as the massive Kraken swam past the ships. When Olivia saw this, she giggled, ''The Alliance is going to be shocked after being attacked by those four.''

''Yes, that's the plan. Hopefully, its put a stop to their damn sea attacks and give us some time to conquer Avidia,'' he said while watching Kassandra heading west with Teuila.

Lucrezia and Demetra moved swiftly eastward, their forces poised to intercept the third enemy fleet. Archer could sense their determination and the flicker of excitement that coursed through the women as they prepared to play a pivotal role in the invasion.

Kassandra's presence was distinct as her tentacles appeared above the water now and then. Archer couldn't help but smirk as he picked up on her growing restlessness. Patrolling the island had clearly bored her, so she needed to fight.

Following that, he watched as the Demon Shark reached the enemy first and attacked from below. Demetra tore through the metal ship with easy while her tail slapped another causing a loud tearing sound to echo out.

As she maneuvered into position, Lucrezia surged forward, her presence a blur of power and precision. She barreled through enemy vessels; her strikes swift and devastating, sending shattered hulls sinking into the dark abyss below.

Explosions erupted in her wake, the violent echoes resonating across the sea as Archer's fleets unleashed their fury on the northern enemy forces. Amidst the chaos, Archer's sharp gaze shifted to the larger armada looming on the horizon.

It was an imposing sight, yet the 1st Fleet wasted no time. Leading the charge with unshakable resolve, they advanced like a tidal wave, their cannons roaring as they paved the way for the battle ahead.
