Alexander is the picture of an ancient necromancer, once head of the School of Necromancy he has made it his long-lived life's work to study and teach the secrets of the soul, necromancy, and magic. However, on one unfortunate day, his beloved school and greatest pupil are destroyed and slain. Alexander would have joined them had he not escaped using an experimental phylactery that converts ambient mana or ether into the energies to revive even non-liches. Sadly his phylactery was still experimental and was dragged away to be revived a mere 3 centuries later. Now he is stranded in a world that has advanced more than he could have imagined and completely shuns the Necromantic arts. Alexander has a few tricks up his sleeves and allies can be found in the most unlikely of places, now tasked with making a new life for himself and avenging the wrongs done to his old home and college he must restore Necromancy to its rightful place and show the world that Necromancy Isn't Necessarily Evil.
