Coming off the end of the first multi-planet war in their arm of the milky way, the Inner Dolcir Coalition has barely come out alive thanks to a single planet they had found in the nick of time: Earth. Rhidi, a Kafya and a member of the race that currently dominates the IDC, was a part of a specialized force and saw action during the tail end of the war.
