Three years ago the Arkothan Empire invaded the Kingdom of Caethlon and crushed the main part of their army. The king surrendered, and ordered his subjects to lay down their arms -- not everyone complied. Three years of ruthless partisan fighting later, terror and sudden violence have become the norm.
