Smart mode was slightly better: it would join the attack if the Player was fighting a monster or being attacked by one. Otherwise, the Golden Warding Beast would just fly around foolishly.

Normally, the default was set to Smart mode.

The Game System didn't answer Wang Linchi's question; it was unclear whether it was too busy or simply didn't want to.
