Working as a police officer in Mexico

Chapter 612: All for the Job...

Ethan Hunt is really panicking right now!

Three days ago, after sleeping with a woman, he found a pimple on his little buddy, scaring him out of his wits. He rushed to the hospital for a check-up.

When he took off his pants, he couldn't forget the doctor's shocked expression, which made him quite smug...

When the doctor said it was nothing serious, just a common folliculitis, he breathed a sigh of relief, walking out with a spring in his step, humming a tune.

As long as it works!

Just stepping out of the hospital, he saw some people pointing at his sports car, including two attractive female doctors. He immediately got interested, slicked back his hair, and naturally leaned against the car, "Hey, ladies, want to come for a ride?"

The female doctors blushed at the handsome Ethan Hunt.

If you're ugly, you wouldn't get this kind of chance...

"We're still on duty, have another half an hour..." one of them hesitated.

Ethan Hunt smiled warmly and gentlemanly, "No problem, waiting for beautiful women is a lovely process."

This made the two female doctors laugh happily.

Of course, it matters who says it. If you're the one driving a sports car, you're right; if you're poor, this comes off a bit creepy.

Watching them walk away, Ethan Hunt withdrew his gaze with a calm face, then drove off with a press of the accelerator.

What's easily obtained has lost its meaning.

He's not just after the act but enjoys the process—

"When I do it, I never care about the other's identity, I just want to find that challenging sensation." —Ethan Hunt!

As the car approached the traffic light, it slowly stopped. The phone on the passenger seat suddenly rang. He glanced at it, an unfamiliar number, but still activated the speakerphone, "Hello!"

"You finally answered, I thought you were still in bed, Ethan!"

The eerie voice made Ethan Hunt frown, it sounded so familiar. After a quick thought, his eyes widened, and he quickly held up the phone, "Supreme Leader."

"Ethan, I should really compliment you. You're such a good lad, knowing that black abalone is the most expensive, and also knowing that women are like fine wine, the older they get, the more they feel like spring!"

"?????"

Ethan Hunt was completely puzzled and cautiously asked, "Supreme Leader... which fine wine are you referring to?"

"..."

There was a silence on the other end of the line.

Jeff Bennett standing nearby couldn't help it and burst out laughing but quickly covered his mouth, looking at Victor, whose right cheek was twitching.

Whose troop is this!

Oh, mine?

For fuck's sake!

Victor jumped up, "You're even dealing with Dorothy Rodham, how old is she? 74!!! Do you know what 74 means? She could be your grandma!"

"I can ignore your private life, but your sense of ethics makes me sick! With such morals, how can I entrust important tasks and positions to you?"

Dorothy Rodham?

Ethan Hunt immediately understood. Damn it, someone must be "slandering" him in front of the Supreme Leader. He hurried to explain, "Supreme Leader, this was all for work!"

"Dorothy Rodham's family foundation even trusts me to manage it. The money... I figured out a way to channel it to Hydra as funds, roughly 300 million US dollars."

"..."

Victor went silent again.

Jeff Bennett was somewhat dumbfounded.

The Mexico Counterintelligence General Bureau still relies on budget allocations every year, but Hydra now has a single income stream of 300 million - even if it has to be moved like ants moving house, in comparison, doesn't this make the brothers look incompetent?

"I am willing to let the Supreme Leader allocate this money!" Seeing that the other side stopped swearing, Ethan Hunt took this opportunity and said.

Jeff Bennett cursed a couple of times inwardly.

"Your damn worth is really high..."

After a while, Victor said softly, "You have to be mindful of your image, too. Otherwise, Hydra looks like a gigolo organization."

Ethan Hunt breathed a sigh of relief; it looked like this matter had passed, but he grinned cheekily, "Everything for work."

Your kind of work...

How comfortable it is.

But this kind of work isn't easy to do either. Being able to talk through one's hat is a skill, and most importantly, good waist and kidneys are essential.

Ethan Hunt's most adept skill is doing sit-ups and using hula hoops at the gym; he can do 120 in one go!

"I have a task for you now."

"Supreme Leader, please go ahead."

"Use your channels to keep a close eye on the Skull Society. Any of their movements must be reported to the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Remember, do it quickly!"

After Victor finished speaking, he hung up the phone.

Listening to the busy tone on the phone, Ethan Hunt leaned his head back, "Damn it, who's reporting me!"

"Beep beep beep—"

At this moment, the car behind him was honking fiercely. When Ethan Hunt saw the light had turned green, he stuck his head out and cursed at the car behind him, "Honk honk honk! Honk your mother, keep honking, let your mom and grandma wait!"

Victor picked up the cigarette resting on the ashtray, took a couple of puffs, and looked at Jeff Bennett, "Since the Skull Society wants to make trouble, we have to give them a helping hand, try to give Norman Schwartzkopf a heads-up. If things get chaotic, we stand to benefit more from the confusion."

"If he finds out someone wants his life right under his nose, it'll surely stir things up."

"If the Madman goes mad and kills all these people, do you think the Skull Society will sit idly by? By then, the United States will be even more chaotic, which bodes well for our future control over the United States!"
