Woosung Alpha’s Sour Grapes

Chapter 44

Chapter 44

Hyeon-woo smiled bitterly. He found it suddenly amusing how he was making thorough preparations to avoid Tae-geon’s pursuit. He thought that Tae-geon might not even miss his absence anymore.

At the same time, he wondered if Tae-geon would tolerate the situation of his possession leaving his side without permission. He might search the entire earth to find him, driven by immature obsession born of anger and betrayal rather than love.

Hyeon-woo knew better than anyone that he was merely an attachment doll that had to quietly sit by Tae-geon’s bedside and keep his given place until discarded by Tae-geon’s hand. Both the beginning and end of their relationship had to be by Tae-geon’s will. It was miserable. The temperature of their feelings for each other was so different.

Unlike his pathetic self, he was painfully envious of the omega who had conquered Tae-geon’s heart that no one else could desire, visibly overcoming his trauma. Imagining Tae-geon finding complete peace in that omega’s embrace rather than his own ignited a terrible jealousy.

It was unfair. He had been with Tae-geon for over 15 years. The resentment for his past days of sacrificing so much to keep that promise of forever boiled up like hot lava.

Tae-geon probably couldn’t even imagine what he had given up to stay by his side.

The memories of struggling not to be hated by Tae-geon, not to ruin their relationship, even to the point of abandoning his dignity as a human being, cut painfully through his heart like knife blades. He couldn’t bear how detestable and hateful Tae-geon was for ignoring him and choosing that omega.

You can’t do this to me.

You shouldn’t do this to me, Tae-geon.

The inferiority complex and victim mentality grew daily in Hyeon-woo’s mind until they finally took over his entire psyche.

It has to be me.

I’m the omega you should embrace.

You made me an omega.

I’m your omega.

Hyeon-woo visited the phone company and submitted an application to terminate his phone contract at the end of this year. Even though he said this year, it was already November, so not much time was left.

He hailed a taxi and showed the driver the message he had received from the omega before. The car departed immediately.

So just once. Just once before leaving.

Give some to me too.

Even if it’s just half of what that omega enjoyed.

Tae-geon, share your embrace with me too.

The guard who recognized Hyeon-woo’s face after a fortnight chuckled with an unpleasant smile. When another guard standing nearby asked what was going on, he replied “My guest” and led Hyeon-woo deeper inside with an arm around his shoulders.

“Doesn’t seem like you’re in heat. Why are you here? You acted like you’d never come back.”

“…That drug. Does it work on alphas too?”

“What drug?”

The guard asked, feigning ignorance. Hyeon-woo clenched his fist and spoke again.

“The blue drug in the glass vial. You said it yourself. Only instinct remains, and consciousness disappears.”

“……”

“You said when you wake up, you don’t remember anything.”

“Ah. This?”

The guard took out a glass vial from his pocket and shook it in front of Hyeon-woo’s eyes as if teasing him. The sapphire-like blue liquid sloshed around, shimmering with a clear, brilliant color. The guard smiled at Hyeon-woo, who was staring at it as if mesmerized and swallowing dryly.

“It works like a charm on alphas too. Even dominant alphas can’t resist it. How do you think we extracted all those dominant alpha pheromones? It’s all thanks to this. They kept releasing pheromones non-stop until their testicles shrank to the size of beans. Going crazy with pleasure. Hehe.”

“……”

“That dominant alpha is now half-disabled. Can’t remember anything. Just drooling constantly.”

Hyeon-woo’s eyes widened at the mention of a dominant alpha. The guard burst into laughter at his reaction.

“Give it to me.”

As Hyeon-woo reached for the Morpho, the guard grabbed his wrist and pulled him close. A terrible body odor rushed into Hyeon-woo’s nostrils.

“Not for free.”

“How much?”

“……”

“I have a lot of money.”

He took out his wallet from his back pocket and held it out to the guard. The guard laughed loudly, amused.

“How cute.”

“……”

“I don’t need money.”

“……”

“Why don’t you try sucking my dick instead? If you do it well, I’ll give you two. One isn’t enough for a dominant alpha, you know.”

The guard took Hyeon-woo to a corner and made him kneel.

“Suck it properly. Don’t use your teeth.”

The guard stroked Hyeon-woo’s hair and then took out his dick, rubbing it against Hyeon-woo’s soft, white cheek. Struggling to suppress the urge to vomit from the foul smell emanating from the guard’s dick, Hyeon-woo opened his mouth. Starting with the glans, the guard’s dick pushed into his mouth.

He sucked on the shaft, moving the flesh around in his mouth from side to side as if rolling a lollipop.

“When mixed with liquid, the color disappears. It’s colorless and odorless, so there’s no worry of being caught. Haah…”

The guard let out a low moan and continued speaking.

“The duration lasts until you fall asleep. Hnngh, even drug tests won’t show any reaction in the newly awakened brain after waking up.”

Hyeon-woo absorbed every word the guard said without missing a single detail.

“When you wake up, you can’t even dream of remembering what you did. Haah, suck harder.”

The tongue movements were as clumsy as expected. It wasn’t bad, with a touch of innocence, but it was starting to be insufficient. The guard grabbed Hyeon-woo’s chin and began moving his hips as he pleased.

Every time the tip of the glans hit the back of his throat, Hyeon-woo’s throat convulsed finely, retching. Seizing the opportunity, the guard pushed his dick to the very end of Hyeon-woo’s throat. The gagging throat naturally tightened around the dick to its limit.

“Kuhek!”

“Yeah, like that. Ah, fuck.”

Tears welled up in Hyeon-woo’s red-rimmed eyes as he struggled, choking. The guard looked down at that face with satisfaction and thrust his dick strongly into the throat, increasing the pitch.

“Feed it to him, hngh, during your heat cycle.”

The guard continued speaking while moving his hips rapidly.

“When an alpha left with only instinct smells an omega in heat, all they see is a hole to stick their dick in.”

“Mmph…”

“It’s exactly the same as you guys, ungh, looking for an alpha dick to shove in your hole that day.”

The act continued endlessly, and only after the guard had ejaculated three times in Hyeon-woo’s mouth and around his nose did he hand over the Morpho.

After receiving the blue liquid, Hyeon-woo stopped by an omega-only bathhouse before returning home, spending hours washing his hair and scrubbing his body under the shower. Fortunately, it wasn’t crowded since it was a weekday. Even those few people there kept their distance after being startled by Hyeon-woo’s body covered in self-inflicted wounds.

When he came out and looked in the full-length mirror, he saw a monster with gloomy eyes, its neck and arms stained with red scabs.

As soon as he got home, he went straight to the bathroom and washed himself countless times again. His mouth, suffering from dozens of brushings, finally started bleeding. Even in the bathroom he had entered to wash, Hyeon-woo never let go of the Morpho he was clutching.

Clear tears flowed from Hyeon-woo’s eyes as he couldn’t take his gaze off the blue potion. At the same time, Hyeon-woo’s appearance, smiling brightly with the corners of his mouth turned up, truly looked like someone who had gone mad.

*

Tae-geon entered the house, firmly resolved that he must sit down and have a proper conversation today.

Although Hyeon-woo appeared no different than usual on the surface, Tae-geon instinctively sensed the precariousness hidden beneath. It felt like looking at a block tower full of holes that would collapse at the slightest touch.

Not long ago, when he had called Hyeon-woo out of the library and confronted him about the wounds on his neck, Tae-geon had faced head-on the intense emotions swirling in Hyeon-woo’s gaze – distrust, betrayal, disappointment, resentment, anger, and the like.

It became clear that all of Hyeon-woo’s instability stemmed from him.

He felt anxious, but the more anxious he felt, the more cautious Tae-geon became in his actions. He was careful, not knowing how to approach Hyeon-woo.

He felt like a needle. Hyeon-woo’s fragility, which seemed like it might burst at the slightest stimulation, felt like a balloon inflated to its limit. There was nothing he could do except watch from a distance with an anxious heart.

He tried to think of reasons, but there was only one he could guess. Hyeon-woo’s last heat cycle. Since Hyeon-woo’s attitude towards him had changed dramatically from that day on, there was no need to look for other reasons.

If asked whether he regretted opening Hyeon-woo’s door that night, he didn’t regret it at all. He knew that even if time were turned back to that situation, he wouldn’t have been able to leave Hyeon-woo suffering from heat alone.

However, when asked if it was the right thing to do, it was difficult to confidently answer yes. Regardless of his intentions, it was an act that ignored Hyeon-woo’s wish not to enter, and he had to bear the responsibility for any hurt Hyeon-woo might have suffered because of it.

It would be painful and difficult for now, but he believed that someday, with time, Hyeon-woo would understand his position and why he had no choice but to make that decision.

He wanted Hyeon-woo to approach him first, to open his heart.

He had tried to patiently wait until then, but he was at his limit now.
