Wizard: Stronger through Marriage

Chapter 235: Breakthrough, Source of Three-Ring Magic Power

"Come with me, we must leave here immediately!"

David's voice was deep yet filled with resolve, enveloping everyone with magic power.

But at that moment, a Black Mage reacted and shouted, "Stop him! Don't let him escape!"

Immediately, several people in black clothes pounced on them like a pack of wolves.

The Three-Ring Witch also withdrew her defense, shouting as she broke free from the ice restraint, "Don't let them get away!"

David directly activated the four Talent Marks of Wind, Water, Earth, and Fire within him, transforming into a powerful Elemental Storm.

The Elemental Storm then spun into a huge vortex, enveloping David, Nicole, and several other Relic Hunters.

They felt a strong pull, and were soon swept into the rift of space, with surrounding scenes becoming blurred, as if time and space had lost their meaning at this moment.

Just as David activated the Spatial Mark, through his mental command, their figures quickly disappeared from the spot.

They reappeared at the edge of a tranquil and hidden forest.

"Whew..."

After a piercing and muffled noise, they landed heavily.

Surrounded by dense trees and moist earthy air, along with the faintly peeking moonlight, everything seemed exceptionally serene.

"Did we... escape?"

Nicole surveyed the surroundings in confusion, though her body still trembled a little.

The other Relic Hunters also looked up, mutually verifying everything they had just experienced.

"Yes, I got you out."

David replied, panting, still feeling the magic power that had just been drawn from him slowly restoring inside.

He turned around, looking at everyone, "But the danger isn't over, we can't stay long."

"Thank you..."

A young female hunter expressed gratitude: "If it weren't for you, we would have been captured."

This time, David also managed to rescue many other witches.

"No need for thanks," David nodded.

"Though it's temporarily safe here, we still need to return to the Alliance Headquarters as soon as possible."

He was unsure if those people had tracking marks left on them by the Slave Organization.

Now, he had utilized the power of Space Teleportation to reach a nearby island, with a small boat docked at the shore.

After everyone boarded the boat, they activated their magic power, and soon vanished into the vast sea.

Nicole said softly, "Thank you for rescuing us, I was worried I'd lose the chance and never see you again..."

Seeing this, David pulled Nicole into his arms, surprised himself to meet Nicole under such circumstances.

"I was worried about you too."

David spoke softly, his tone full of concern and gentleness.

"Being able to see you again under such circumstances, I truly feel fortunate."

Nicole gently leaned against his shoulder, the long-lost warmth in her heart made her body relax.

Despite the lurking danger outside, having David's companionship at this moment made her feel incredibly safe.

The boat glided slowly under the moonlight, ripples forming on the surface of the sea.

The other hunters whispered among themselves on the boat, discussing how to better deal with the pursuit of the Black Mages.

"What can we do to completely get rid of them?"

A tall hunter asked, his gaze revealing worry.

David looked up at the night sky. Although he had experienced a lot, he understood that this chase wouldn't end here.

"We need to remain vigilant, while staying in touch with the Alliance, passing our intel to Headquarters. Now is the most dangerous time, we must unite."

As David prepared to cast magic, runes in his mind started to flicker, a faint yet bright light extended from his fingertips, forming a small spell of information in the air.

This was a method for Demon Hunters to report situations, allowing the Wizard Alliance to receive the information instantly.

He reported all the information about the Slave Organization to the Wizard Alliance.

This time, he only managed to rescue a portion of the witches used as slaves, as there were many more in the Slave Organization's main base.

Upon reporting the Slave Organization's information, the Wizard Alliance would surely spring into action promptly.

"Too bad about that Three-Ring Witch." David thought to himself.

If he could acquire the Three-Ring Witch, his Source of Magic Power could rapidly reach the Third Ring, even challenge the Fourth Ring.

However, with Nicole now, he could still quickly enhance the Source of Magic Power to the Third Ring.

The small boat sailed steadily under the moonlight, after a period of navigation, they finally approached an Alliance base.

The rocky shores appeared exceptionally clear under the moonlight, and David breathed a sigh of relief deep within.

"We're almost there!" he told everyone.

Everyone nodded, despite the life-and-death escape they just experienced.

Now they were soon to return to a place of warmth and safety, filling their hearts with hope.

Once the small boat docked stably, David and the other hunters quickly jumped off, beginning to walk along a rugged path toward the Alliance branch.

The nighttime forest was peaceful and mysterious, but everyone understood that this tranquility was relative, they had to stay alert.

"David, do you think we can return safely?" Nicole asked softly, still somewhat uneasy.

"I believe we can," David said firmly, "As long as we're together, there's nothing we can't overcome."

Exiting the forest, they finally saw the majestic and familiar gates of the Alliance base.

The guards at the gate rushed forward upon seeing them return, "You're back! What happened?"
