Wizard: I Can Refine Everything

Chapter 63: The Mantis Hunts the Cicada, While the Oriole Lurks Behind

Endless Dimensions.

In the void, the mountain-like World Tree swayed its branches. Centered around it, within a range of half a light second, there was a domain resembling an entire world.

Inside this domain, snow-capped mountains, deserts, highlands, and oceans were all present, along with birds, beasts, insects, and fish.

The World Tree stood at the center of this world, and every sway of its branches would cause the vast domain to shake as if it were experiencing an earthquake.

In front of it, the Netherworld Dominator, like a vengeful ghost, had half his body covered with black veins. With every gesture, crimson blades slashed through the void, each enough to split a Miniature World.

And on the other side was the Ghost Lord, as large as a mountain and with a body that spanned ten thousand arms' length.

Compared to the Netherworld, the Ghost Lord's combat was somewhat crazed. His arms surged like waves, and with each surge, a myriad of different kinds of attacks manifested simultaneously.

These attacks gathered like an unstoppable torrent, seemingly capable of tearing apart everything in the world.

But the World Tree remained unshaken.

The Ghost was merely a temporarily risen Puppet, and although the Netherworld could confront him, that required the Netherworld at its peak.

And now, as the Netherworld battled against the erosion, it was already a blessing to muster even half its strength.

However, remaining unmoved did not mean the Great World Tree had the ability to retaliate.

His form was incomplete now; he was merely the Tree Spirit, akin to the soul of a creature, as his physical body had not accompanied him to the Star Realm.

Without the assistance of a body, the Great World Tree could only make its defenses impenetrable, awaiting reinforcements brought by Richard.

Boom!

The Ghost Lord surged his arms once more, sending endless waves of energy crashing against the domain of the Great World Tree, like water hitting a reef.

But this time, the face of the Great World Tree showed a change.

His gaze swept across the entire domain, where a palm-sized black mire caught his attention.

The World Tree's expression was profound.

"Has it begun forceful erosion? It seems relying solely on the Tree Spirit body isn't enough."

With those words, he waved a branch, causing the mire to be stripped from the domain, resulting in an imperceptible weakening of his aura.

He and this domain shared their fortunes; any loss in the domain equated to a loss in his strength.

The Great World Tree looked towards the Ghost Lord, tempted to use methods he had left unused for many years. But he quickly abandoned the thought.

The plan had not yet come to fruition; impatience now could ruin everything.

"Why hasn't Richard arrived yet? Could that traitor have acted prematurely?" the Great World Tree wondered.

But speak of the devil, a Dimension Rift appeared in the void as he finished the thought. Richard's Puppet, the Mechanical Dominator, the Tide Spirit, and the Winged Dominator emerged in succession.

"Old Tree, we're here to help you!" the Tide Spirit shouted.

As he spoke, his sound waves blended into the World Tree's domain, immediately infusing it with vitality.

The Great World Tree remained silent, only gazing quietly at Richard.

Richard shook his head slightly, signaling that this act had to continue for a while longer.

Seeing the reinforcements arrive, the eroded Netherworld couldn't help but smirk coldly.

"All present, perfect! You can all meet your end together..."

Before he could finish, his expression twisted into one of struggle. It was the Netherworld's consciousness wrestling, unwilling to become merely a puppet.

"Together? Netherworld, you speak such big words!"

The Tide Spirit's body gradually turned crimson, his repressed fury erupting like a volcano. As he spoke, his sound waves became almost tangible, transforming into a dense swarm of swordfish that instantly enveloped the Netherworld Dominator.

Richard turned to the Great World Tree and said, "You handle the Ghost Lord, we'll take down the Netherworld."

The Great World Tree swayed its canopy slightly, then focused its gaze on the monstrous Ghost Lord. Its enormous domain suddenly condensed, transforming into a long spear.

As the spear swung, the void trembled, with an almost world-splitting force surging upon it.

"Boy, today I'll show you why I'm the head of the Natural Federation."

As he spoke, he thrust the spear, from whose tip burst a brilliant rainbow light containing every conceivable color, breathtakingly beautiful.

But the Ghost Lord, locked onto by the rainbow light, had no time to admire such beauty.

His arms surged like ocean waves, forming a shield-like structure before him.

Powerful enough to tear apart a small world, energy gathered inside him, yet the Ghost Lord's heart remained filled with terror.

This wasn't enough!

In the next moment, the rainbow light arrived, instantly shredding the arms to pieces. Along with the Ghost Lord's form, it dissolved into nothingness.

However, though that strike was powerful, it was merely pure energy assault, doing no particular harm to his soul.

The Ghost's remaining arms quickly regrew into a complete body, leaving the Ghost nearly unscathed, except for a slight withering of his aura.

"Old thing, you're no better than this!"

The Ghost's shrill cry echoed like a Soul Storm, shaking souls, and the next moment, his twisted form surged towards the Great World Tree.

The Great World Tree did not speak, but its branches contorted, transforming into ten thousand arms.

"You insolent fool, once I seal you, let's see if you retain your arrogance."

The Great World Tree and the Ghost clashed, while Richard also engaged the Netherworld.

As a Dominator who had broken the limits of physique, even at incomplete strength, his combat power required the utmost caution from the Dominators.

Unlike Spiritual Evolution, Physique Evolution breaking the limit is a qualitative change.

It's been tens of thousands of years since Netherworld broke the limit, and the terror of its strength should not be underestimated.

Five Dominators confronted each other in the sky, the heavy atmosphere almost turning tangible.

In the next moment, the figures of the five Dominators collided.

Richard's body was dark blue, and the energy within him was almost endless. His every move was enough to shatter a Miniature World. Beside him, the Tide Spirit Dominator was wholly crimson, its mouth continuously erupting with fierce killing sounds, aiming directly at the soul of the Netherworld Dominator.

The Mechanical Dominator's body transformed into a towering mechanical giant. On him, countless war machines fired in unison, like tides sweeping over.

The Winged Dominator transformed into a thunderous giant eagle, its body enwreathed with blazing white thunder, each strike powerful enough to annihilate a Level 6 Creature.

And at their center, the Ghost Lord, whose body was already covered in black patterns, merely smirked disdainfully.

Faced with the siege of the four Dominators, he neither dodged nor evaded, blood-colored patterns merely appeared on his body.

"A bunch of ignorant fools, do you even qualify to fight me!?"

In the next instant, four attacks arrived.

In a split second, a flash erupted from the Netherworld Dominator, as brilliant as the first light in the creation of heavens and earth. But quickly, the light vanished without a trace, replaced by the unscathed body of the Netherworld Dominator.

The faces of the four Dominators changed. Their combined attack could destroy even a small world on the spot.

How could Netherworld Dominator remain unscathed?

The Netherworld Dominator grinned hideously at the four Dominators, suddenly opening his mouth.

"Returning to you."

In the next moment, Richard's Light Spear, Winged Dominator's thunder, Tide Spirit Dominator's killing sound, and the Mechanical Dominator's energy torrent were all expelled from his mouth.

Richard's heart trembled, and he instantly saw through the Netherworld Dominator's method.

"He actually opened that Ghostly Space within his body!"

Although the other Dominators were not as knowledgeable as Richard, they also guessed some of the intricacies.

The four Dominators did not communicate, but there was a mutual understanding among them.

Dealing with the returned attack, the four Dominators almost simultaneously used their strongest moves.

Space transfer is not without risk.

If the transferred space cannot withstand the attack, this tactic would backfire, not only taking the full brunt of the attack but also bearing the consequences of space shattering.

In an instant, brilliant lights erupted continuously between the five Dominators as if creating heaven and earth again.

The aftermath of the Dominators' battle converged, turning the area around several Flowing Light Heaven regions into a land of death.

Within this region, whether the World Masters of the Star Realm, the Illusion Creatures of the Illusionary Dimension, or the bizarre Curse Creatures, all faced a fate of Annihilation.

"Richard, it's about time to close the net."

Suddenly, Ulysses's voice sounded in Richard's mind, accompanied by Ulysses's report.

With a thought, Richard transmitted the message to the Great World Tree.

The curtain was finally closing on this play.

The Great World Tree received the message, its body suddenly stilled, instantly slapped away by the Ghost Lord's thousands of hands.

Simultaneously, a roar emerged from within it.

"Someone is corrupting my avatar! We have a traitor among us!"

Amidst the roar, the Tide Spirit Dominator suddenly turned its attacks, hurling a killing sound at the Winged Dominator.

Caught off guard, the Winged Dominator's soul shattered by the blow, and its aura instantly diminished significantly.

The Mechanical Dominator shuddered violently, an incredible expression on his face.

"Tide Spirit! You've also been corrupted!"

The Tide Spirit Dominator's body turned pitch black, its voice exceedingly calm.

"You, Mechanical head, I yearn for peace. But in the foreseeable future, I see only war, unending war."

"So you turned to the Civilization Devourer?" the Mechanical Dominator asked incredulously.

"Yes, because He can bring eternal peace." The Tide Spirit Dominator's voice carried a hint of reverence.

"He is the unchanging Eternal, only He can unify this World Community, giving us eternal peace."

"So you'd rather have your people be consumed by Him?"

Richard's face darkened, the dark blue light around him growing intense.

The Tide Spirit Dominator shook its head slightly: "They haven't been consumed, they've merely integrated, becoming a large collective."

Saying this, he spread his arms.

"Once we all become a collective, war will naturally disappear."

Richard remained silent, energy thunder appearing around him. Beside him, the Mechanical Dominator's body transformed into a terrifying War Fortress.

At the center of the fortress, a massive cannon muzzle exuded a terrifying aura.

He withdrew behind Richard, his tone grave: "Alchemy Wizard, you defend, I attack..."

The Mechanical Dominator stopped mid-sentence, the energy torrent aiming from the cannon muzzle at Richard also began to gradually weaken.

Behind him, a black figure entwined with chains slowly withdrew his fist.
