Kayden followed the doctor to his office while Bryson stayed with the nurse, who's giving Everette his drugs.

" please have a sit ". The doctor said. Kayden sat, the doctor then rounded the table and took a seat across Kayden.

" so doctor, what's going on with him? why is he acting like that? he's behaving odd ".

The doctor sighed. " He suffered brain damage due to the accident and now his mind set is in that of a child ".

" shit! this is bad ". Kayden cursed under his breath.

" apart from that, he's very sick mentally and physically, he's very malnourished and he has so many wounds on his body, some look like it had been recently afflicted ".

That sent Kayden into a spiral of thoughts.

The doctor sighed then continued. " as a doctor I'll say the wounds can be explained in two ways".

" what two ways doctor? ". Kayden asked with a brow rose.

" it's either he's doing self harm... or.... he's being abused".

" abused? ".

The doctor nodded.

" he's a dominat Omega, and Omegas like this are very strong and agile but I don't know about him, he needs care, lots and lots and lots of care and attention ".

" hmmm". Kayden hummed nodding. " thank you doctor, for telling me this ".

" well you seem to care about him a lot so I can see he's in good hands ". The doctor said picking up a pen and a note pad, he wrote down something then tore off the page.

" here you go ". He said as he gives kayyden the piece of paper.

" get these drugs, you should make sure he takes them three times everyday, ".

Kayden nodded in reply looking at the piece of paper.

" oh and also, you can take him home, tomorrow or the very next, anyone that's preferable to you ".

Kayden nodded then stood up.

" thank you doctor ,I'll be leaving now".

" go ahead ".

Kayden then left the office. He let out a long sigh immediately he's outside the office.

He doesn't know what Everette passed through but it seemed to be bad, judging by what the doctor said. He started to think that maybe him being in front of his car wasn't an accident, maybe he wanted his car to hit him, so that he could escape his life of pain.

Kayden couldn't understand why he feels this sense of protection towards Everette.

He shakes it off then turns waking down the hallway towards Everette room.

" Hey, your back ". Everette beamed on seeing Kayden walk into the room. " I took my drugs like you told me, now can I have my chocolates ".

" off course, I made a promise didn't I? ". Kayden replied.

The door creaked open and Bryson entered inside.

" oh great your done talking with the doctor, now we need to talk, dude ". Bryson said and Kayden sighed knowing exactly what he wanna talk about.

" not right now Bryson ". He said then gives him the list of drugs the doctor had given to him. " get the drugs on the list then get some food and chocolate too ".

Bryson rolled his eyes. " seriously dude, you just turned me to your personal maid ".

Kayden stuffed his hand into his pocket then let out a short breathe.

" you are my personal assistant, so get to it ". Kayden retorted.

Bryson sighed in defeat. " fine I'll go get it but we'll have a long talk when I get back ".

" yes, yes we'll talk when you get back ". Kayden said with an uninterested tone.

Bryson just rolled his eyes and left the room.
