Wings of Fire in MHA

As they watched him burn down the forest nearest to him, Izuku and the others felt nervous, he was intense when he was serious but they had never seen him be so openly violent before, and it scared them, seeing how easily he tore down swathes of trees and burn those farther away that had somehow earned his ire. 

Mandalay and Tiger didn't focus of him however as they contacted Aizawa and Nezu who quickly sent aid to them. After Aizawa reached them he widened his eyes seeing the destruction around them, "What happened?" he asked as he knew Carter to be a silent observer most of the time unless they were training, so seeing him rage around was quite unnerving, especially with how easily he was doing it.

"It was the League of Villains, they grabbed both Todoroki and Bakugou, Carter managed to grab Todoroki but they took Bakugou with them." Mandalay explained as Momo and a few others arrived, seeing her friends hurt Momo got to work making first aid supplies as Carter finally calmed down and was sitting calmly in a sea of flames, breathing deeply.

After thirty minutes helicopters sent by Nezu arrived and started to take the students with more serious injuries to the hospital via air-lift as the police and ambulances arrived soon after and quickly came down to them. As the police carted off the villains that were captured Detective Tsukauchi started asking questions to the students and teachers to learn what had happened. He was quite surprised to learn that Carter had helped them have a state of semi-readiness right up to the attack, and learning that he also had a mind reading quirk he wanted to go and speak to him but the fire around him still raged on so he let him be for now.

Seeing the one who saved him just sitting in the fire Shoto walked over and sat beside him. After a few minutes he looked up at Carters massive body, black ebony scales that flickered with the light of flames, claws that gleamed in the light or dying embers and eyes that seethed with silent rage. Seeing as he had nothing to saw Carter let him be, but internally he was going every every delay, everything he coul-NO should have done better to keep his classmates safe. 

Deciding to leave such thoughts for later he looked down at Shoto, barely bigger than his hand, looking around he saw how destroyed the forest was and knew that something like this could never happen again 'I'll make sure of it.' he thought glaring at the forest some more as the flames slowly died down.

After another half hour Carter finally moved from the pile of ashes and walked over to where the rest of class A and B were with several medics and Pro heroes. Nezu had also arrived as well as All Might, seeing his large body several people stepped back nervous, but Nezu riding atop All Might stepped forward. "How are you feeling, young Carter?" All Might asked worried for his students mental health as Nezu asked "Since when were you able to transform like this?" he said as Carter turned his eyes to the little chimera, Since the day she found me." he said simply as he turned and counted all the students, making sure every last one was there.

"Would you like to talk?" Nezu asked as All Might nodded his head, the last thing he wanted to do was subdue a student whose mind was fractured. "No." Carter shook his head as he began to walk towards the hot springs wanting to submerge his body and relax, tuning out all the voices in his head, he lay down in the hot springs that barely came up to his forearm and took a deep breathe . . . and let it out, trying to push down the anger that tried its best to claw its way to the surface.

Seeing him go Nezu sighed, if the boy didn't want his help there was nothing he could do, but he would be ready in case he decided to open up.

Over the next few days the police took statements from all who were involved with the incident and a few things had popped up, first, the League had know exactly where to find the training camp and when the students would be most vulnerable, then they had attacked and severely injured several students and teachers before kidnaping a student and taking her away. When the media caught wind of this they whipped the public into a frenzy, and Nezu and several teachers had to publicly apologize for 'letting them down'.

As for Carter he had been at UA's campus the entire time, as he had yet to revert back to his human form, Cementoss and Powerloader had made an area for him, full of alcoves and things that would keep him comfortable. Tsukauchi had tried to come and speak to him but Carter simply stared him down and gave very cryptic answers if any. After a while he left and a few students from class 1-A came to visit him.

As they walked in they were surprised to see him still in his dragon form, Izuku had immediately started analyzing everything he could see about his body, seeing the others were still in shock Momo walked forward. "Hello Carter-Kun, how are you feeling?" she asked as he eyed her lazily. "Tired." he said simply, his deep voice rattling their bones as Carter suddenly sharpened his eyes. "You what? You made a tracker? Right to their hideout?" he said reading Momos thoughts as he stood up to his full height, towering over them.

"H-how did you know that?" Momo asked shocked but he didn't answer. 'Looks like these little vermin managed to do more than you, all that power and still thinking like you're one of them, pathetic.' one of the voices mocked him as his mind swam with ideas on how to burn down the League. 'I need to stop messing around.' he realized as he looked around for something to use, seeing him look around with feverish energy the student backed up a little as they didn't want to get crushed when his snapped to Momo who jumped a little.

"Can you make me a 45 kg rod of Tungsten about 2 meters long?" he asked as she shook her head "No, I'm not allowed to make certain alloys or metals." she said as he cursed the stupid HPSC for limiting things like that, "I can make it of iron if you want?" she said and he nodded and she made the rod before handing it to him.

Taking it he thanked her and showed her out, but not before she told him "I gave the tracker to the police, they are going to hit them tonight, we're going to get Katsumi if you want to help us." she said as she shut the door and he heard their thoughts go further away. Looking at the large Iron rod in his hand, 'Now I have something to work with.' he thought as he started scratching several spell ideas on the stone floor, when he was done with this piece of Iron, it would be a weapon that the WORLD would fear, and he would show those pathetic humans what happens when you take a dragon's treasure.

A/N- What scary things will this piece of iron do? Nothing pretty that's for sure!
