What Do You Mean I'm The Captain Of A Yandere Mercenary Company?

I booted up the app that the sales rep sent me, finding a whole bunch of customisation options staring back at me.

If I had been seriously trying to customize it for myself, I would have done it seriously but since the main reason for getting this Android was for Renata to consume… I didn't really find the need for me to go through all that.

That's why I just simply handed the app over to Renata and told her to make an android for her to consume and to keep the price reasonable.

It kind of felt like I was asking her to make her own burger or something since she would be eating this android anyway.

Renata acted like I just gave her a buffet pass and immediately set to creating the android she wanted before passing it back to me.

I was a little surprised that she only took a while to finish it until I remembered she could just literally connect to the app and do it instantly so the fact that she even took several minutes to do it meant that she really took her time customising it.

I took a moment to look at the android she designed and it was pretty elaborate all things considered.

Looking at the settings on the doll, it seems like she designed this to be a combat type and it even featured some pretty rare metals that would supposedly make the android more lifelike and durable at the same time.

I also see several options she chose that would grant the android with access to store more weapons and I frowned at that.

"Do you even need something like this? Isn't your body already able to store stuff on its own? You're just eating one of these androids to make the transformation look more legitimate right?"

"Oh, that's right. I forgot about that~ Ehehehe~ Then we can take that out, Daddy!"

I looked through the other choices she made and it seems like she also chose some enhanced sensors and other technological stuff that I didn't understand but I guess it would help Renata replicate them or something.

My eyes then went down to the final price to see it would cost around one point two million Credits just to purchase this android.

Holy shit… You could buy a ship with this money as well…

When I went to look at the breakdown of the price, it seems like most of the cost was due to the material that Renata had chosen to be used.

I can understand her choices since she would be able to replicate them after she eats them which would basically result in an overall net positive for us.

If I think about it… She would basically be able to convert my cum into materials. And that's also ignoring the fact that it would still be Renata in those materials…

Ok… That's a little disturbing so I just won't think about it.

Well, at least we can afford this android especially after the job we did for the Instructor…

I went ahead to send the customisation form to the sales rep with an attached message asking if there was any possibility of getting a discount.

Not even a few seconds passed after I sent the message and my Codex immediately started ringing from getting a call.

That's fast… Was she just waiting in front of her personal terminal for me to submit my order or something? I mean… If it wasn't for Renata doing the customisation, I would most probably still be looking through it for maybe the next hour or so, you know?

Guess she's really dedicated to her work?

The screen turned on and I saw Merissa on the screen once again, this time looking more proper with her hair tied up in a bun and her dress shirt worn properly.

Interestingly, she was wearing glasses though it looked more like it was meant for fashion instead of prescription glasses.

"Hello Miss Tera! I have received your android design and also your request! You might be happy to know that we can give you a ten percent discount on this order and we're also willing to round off the price to a nice one million and eighty thousand Credits. How does that sound?"

"Don't suppose you can also throw in a couple of freebies for an order this size?"

"Ah yes! We can upgrade your android with a premium personality core! Usually you would need to pay extra to get one of the more advanced personality cores but we can let you choose one for free! With the premium personality core, you are able to take up to six traits to form your android's core! I've forwarded the choices to you right now! "

Another screen popped up and I found myself looking at a list of what seemed to be personality types.

They had traits like 'Reserved', 'Active', 'Strict', 'Slutty', 'Cold', 'Loving' and various others and I guess I was supposed to pick six of them?

I wasn't really sure what to pick since I didn't know if this would affect Renata and just flicked my finger at the screen to turn it over to my eldritch maid in question to choose.

She gave it a look and she reached out her finger to tap on the screen six times quickly.

Looking at the choices, I found that she had chosen 'Cute', 'Submissive', 'Loving', 'Seductive', 'Protective' and 'Affectionate'.

I'm pretty sure she just picked the traits that she felt applied most to her but well… I guess I kind of agree in some way…

I submitted that and Merissa's smile widened, "Ah! I have received your chosen traits, Miss Tera! Our engineers will implement them into the personality core of your android! Would you be picking the order up at one of our branches or would you like us to deliver it to your place of residence?"

"I will come to you. Is there a place that is closer to the Exo-Knight exhibition that will be held soon?"

She paused for a moment and I suspect that she was most likely checking the location of the exhibition and referencing their branch locations before answering me.

"Ah, that's possible, Miss Tera! The order will be complete in three days which includes the delivery from our factory to the branch office itself! This should also give you enough time to head to the exhibition afterwards! I will send you the coordinates right away!"

Another screen popped up and I saved the location into my Codex's navigation logs so that I can bring it up later.

Merissa then moved to the side a little and a screen popped up beside her which showed three different windows with a bunch of numbers on them.

I was wondering what those were until she gestured at them, "Now, Miss Tera… Would you like to utilise one of our payment plans to pay for your order? We have the six month, the twelve month and also the twenty four month plan! The six month plan has zero percent interest while the twelve and twenty four month plans have the low, low rate of zero point zero five percent interest!"

I shook my head, "I will pay the amount in full."

She seemed surprised by my answer before she quickly recovered, "Oh yes! A Platinum ranked Mercenary like yourself and the one who managed to take down a Pirate Lord on your own would be able to afford this much! Could I also interest you in one of our premium membership plans? If you sign up as a member now, you can also get priority purchases on our future models and also exclusive invitations to our annual android showcase! Right now, for your purchase, I am able to sign you up as one of our Gold tier members!"

I had been thinking about this for a while but I never did tell her my name and yet she had addressed me by my name when I called her the second time.

Now I know why she knew me… She probably did a search on me after the previous call and found out about my Mercenary exploits so she knew that we were most likely loaded.

Honestly, I wasn't really interested in buying a second android after this one but I guess it doesn't hurt to keep up with what is new in the market.

"Is there an annual fee to this membership?" I asked.

"Not at all, Miss Tera! For the Gold membership tier, you just have to have made at least a million Credits purchase and you are eligible in just this single purchase! Our next tier would require an accumulated purchase of a hundred million Credits within five years which would make you a Platinum member!"

I'm guessing the Instructor would probably be at that tier or even higher with how many androids he has…

Since there's no annual fee… I guess I'll just take the membership…

More because I have a feeling this is part of her quota as a sales rep and she has to get people to sign up to meet that quota.

I know how it feels as a former Head of Sales myself so I'll just help her out with this.
