"Well, there's at least a bit of improvement of 50% in range." Wil wasn't too happy but at the same time, he wasn't disappointed too as he expected nothing from the start.

Still, he felt hopeful for the next evolution. For a moment, he got the urge to evolve it to mythic- with the remaining evolution stone but he managed to control himself and dismissed the crystal, thinking that evolving the T-Rex is very important.

After changing the class back to Elementalist, Wil climb down from the bed and walked out of the room.

Meanwhile, at the courtroom, the Dragon King was discussing matters with the higher officials.

As Iphi's missing case is a top priority to the Dragon King, he appointed a General to the mission and ordered him to form a team that will focus on finding her.

He then ordered one of the two remaining Elder Dragons to form a search party for the second prince.

Once the two important matters were dealt with, his Prime Minister then reminded the King about the upcoming tournament.

As soon as Owen heard of it, he spoke disinterestedly, "It's that time of the year, already?"

The Prime Minister then proceeds to answer, "Your Majesty, I think we shouldn't host it, this year.

Princess Kyla is being transported to the Bragghim Prison to serve as a guard. Prince Reuben and Prince Frost will soon leave to serve their punishment in the mines of Bragghim and Norwich respectively. Prince Amon is still missing and wouldn't likely return within just two weeks.

If we conduct the tournament in such condition, the power of the royal family will be shown as weaker in the eyes of the public."

"Is that so? Then, cancel it." The Dragon King didn't have an ounce of interest to watch the boring fights between the weaklings every year. He would be more delighted to cancel the tournament itself.

The Prime Minister was happy with Owen's decision and thought of using the funds that are allocated to it to transfer to the Annual festival where his interests lie.

However, right then, a handsome youth stood up from his seat. "Your Majesty, May I speak my opinion?"

Everyone turned their heads to look at the youth named Dazzis. He was lean and tall with long hair that was almost reaching his waist. The most unique feature of him is the rainbow horns, which obviously stand out more than his priest-like robes.

Dazzis was nothing but a commoner and yet, he was the Special Advisor to the King, appointed by none other than the Divine Dragon itself.

This witty dragon is also an eyesore to many ministers. So, as soon as he opened his mouth, even the King couldn't help but narrow his eyes.

Dazzis, the King's Advisor then bowed, "Your Majesty, it's in our best interests to host the tournament, this year."

Everyone was taken aback by his suggestion.

"What do you mean by that, Advisor Dazzis?" The Prime Minister was furious about this troublemaker's interruption.

The Dragon King knew that Dazzis wouldn't suggest anything that's bad.

However, at the same time, most of his suggestions would always point towards the welfare of the people, which Owen finds hard to swallow. So, he wondered what this young adult intends to say.

"Explain it, Dazzis," Owen asked him.

Dazzis answered, "For many years, the strength of the Royal family members was overshadowing the talent of other participants. Many talented and strong warriors refuse to participate in the tournament because they couldn't offend the Princes.

The current situation is actually a perfect time for other participants to showcase their skills. Along with the material rewards of gold and such, I think it's better to include positions in the military.

And everyone knows that commoners are more loyal to the throne than the nobles who switch sides as soon as something happens.

Not only will our military growth increase further, but the masses will also be grateful to his majesty. To promote the tournament, we can limit the participation to commoners or just introduce categories according to the level or age."

The Prime Minister as usual doesn't intend to accept it and only got angrier by his words. He spoke, "Your Majesty, Advisor Dazzis purposely targeting the nobles and even undermining the dignity of the Royal family. He also needed to be punished for it."

"Yes, Your majesty. Advisor Dazzis went out of the line. He should be apologizing for insulting the nobles." While several ministers jump on the Prime Minister's boat, Dazzis simply stared at the King, waiting for the decision.

Meanwhile, the Dragon King stayed silent, falling into deep thoughts.

He doesn't care about the tournament. What he was thinking about was the loyalty of the nobles, which no longer seemed to be clear with the incident of his abduction where the Princes formed different factions with the support of nobles.

On one hand, he could no longer trust the nobles. On the other hand, he couldn't go and massacre the noble families.

Once he does that, the Divine Dragon might call for a new ruler.

It was what happened to his ancestor who once went on a killing spree that forced the guardian of the islands to act and replace the King.

While Owen was an arrogant king and practically looks down on everyone, he isn't a fool to go against the Divine Dragon and meet his doom.

Dazzis' reminder appeared to be like a wake-up call for him. He was trying to think of a plan to completely suppress the nobles in a way where they won't even think of rebelling once again.

Suddenly, an idea emerged in his mind.

Looking at the handsome youth, The Dragon King spoke, "Dazzis, sometimes, you really do your job very well. You deserve a reward for this."

Dazzis smiled brightly as he felt the King was listening to his advice. Meanwhile, the expressions of the ministers darkened. They couldn't understand what was going on in their King's mind.

Owen then announced, "The Annual Tournament will be held, two weeks later as planned. The participation is voluntary for commoners but for nobles, every family must send at least one of their heirs or direct descendants to the tournament."

"Eh?" Everyone just stared at their king in confusion including Dazzis.
