Draziel gave no mind to the warning, be looked around cautiously, but the entire garage was now covered in toxic air fog, preventing him from seeing and the zombies below were making ladders out of themself, climbing on each other as they fell, trying to get to Draziel to test him apart.
There noise were deadening preventing Draziel from listening carefully.
Draziel's legs parted slightly and he took a combat stance. He knew he needed to get ready because this would be the first life and death battle he had had in years.
The sounds of him breathing through his gas mask seem to fill his ears. Inhale and exhale.
"Increase strength and agility by 7 points each and 2 points to vitality."

A shadow flashed past by him and Draziel head turned sideways, but his body didn't move as he remained still.
Draziel licked his lips and a flash of wildness appeared in his eyes for a split second. He was beginning to get that feeling of ecstasy when one is between life and death.
That feeling is even more addictive than taking drugs because just a simple mistake could mean the end if one's life. Imagine playing a shoot game where adrenaline course through your veins anytime you meet an enemy? Now multiply that by a thousand folds! This isn't a game, it's reality.
From the first moment he killed a man when he was six, Draziel had felt drunk at the pleasant sensation of taking live with his hands he could feel his soul growing stronger.

His three main attributes had increased to a terrifying extent his muscles spammed as energy flooded his entire being. Draziel has no idea how strong he himself has become at this very point.

The fog sharply moved with the wind and suddenly, a flash of shadow appeared right in front of him. Draziel immediately crossed his axes in defence.
Clang!
A powerful force was immediately transmitted into his body, making Draziel's body shake as he retreated back five paces from the force, leaving deep imprint to the ground as the entire second floor of the garage shook slightly. The shadow was forced to halt, which now gave him the opportunity to see what he was truly dealing with.
The Licker, the same beast Jacob had shown him on his system. Jacob hadn't been lying after all, but the beast was even bigger now, almost twice its previous size but thankfully, it hadn't evolved to the 2nd degree yet otherwise the situation might be more grave than it already is. Draziel imagined it is going to be a lot more difficult to advance to the 2nd degree.
But even when the Licker hadn't advanced yet, its strength was remarkably high, and from their earlier clash, it was obviously even higher than Draziel's strength.
Draziel was forced to retreat even more backwards as the Licker emerged with a flash before him, clawing with speed at his face.
"Bang!"
The ground shook with great intensity as the claw slammed into the ground, missing Draziel but a sharp object tore through the air fiercely like a bullet, stabbing at Draziel who managed to roll to the side, narrowly avoiding been stabbed by the tongue.
The Licker retreated back into the cloud of fog.
Draziel bent his knees slightly, with his body still as he listened to the sound of the wind and watched cautiously. The Licker has incredibly strength, but it's speed is even more greater. Even with his rise in agility and strength. Draziel could barely keep up with its speed and strength, making it difficult for him to track the beast down.
Swoosh!
The ground shook ever so, but Draziel was quick to react, he shifted sideways and a shadow flashed past him but the creature's agility was something else as it pounced at him from behind. Draziel's eyes flashed and he immediately stepped forwards with a stomp of his foot. His waist turned slightly as he transfered tremendous strength from the ground onto his right axe..
"Bang!"
An object was immediately sent rolling backwards unceremoniously. Draziel was slammed backwards as he rolled, his other axe cleaved at the ground, using it as leverage, he turned as he stablized his body, drawing deep lines on the concrete ground as the resultant force moved him backwards. The Licker remained standing, but it appeared to have been slightly stunned.
