This is because of the name of the demon fox that he still carries.

If you cry like that you would look ugly.”

This startled Ino for a moment as she did not detect Naruto from the start to end.
She immediately took few steps back and looked at the person in front of her.
Naruto did not look like his usual annoying self instead there is a gentle smile that looked warm to look at.
The appearance, dress, expression, ambience, situation and few other things would change the thoughts of a person and impression on him by others.
This is what Naruto is using right now.
He is currently wearing a matching dress for his yellow hair.
It as white dress with golden lining that he got from one of the high quality clothes card.
There is also a matching set of accessories that he put them on.
Also his body gave out a strong presence unlike his previous self all these years.
This made her think strangely of Naruto.
He was exactly opposite of Sasuke that gives of a cold feeling.
Naruto was warm like a morning sun that is shining on them.
The warmth can really make them come to their lives and feel refreshed.
Combined with his voice it made them feel completely like basking in the gentle warmth of the sun.
She looked at Naruto in dazed expression for a little while.
Then she returned back to her normal self and said.
“You look quite different.
Are you really Naruto?”
“Well, I am Naruto.
It is just that I was bored of that annoying self and wanted to change a little.
Don’t you like my new appearance?
Don’t tell me that you fall in love with me instead of Sasuke.”
“Who will fall in love with you?
I only love Sasuke.
He is much stronger than you.
Also he is much cooler than you.”
She went back to her proud self.
But her face is cheerful right now.
Her previous sadness is gone.
Naruto smiled at her and then said.
“Then do you want to make a bet with me?”
“What do you want to bet?”
Well Ino’s mentality is not something like a person that backs off easily.
Since she considers Naruto being weaker than Sasuke she would not back down even more.
So naturally she would accept a bet.
Naruto smile and said.
“Today there is going to be one on one match between the students of our class.
Naturally every time it is Sasuke that would come in the first place.
But today I will take the first place.
My bet is I would be the final winner of the one on one matches and defeat Sasuke.
Naturally you would bet that Sasuke would win the first place am I right.”
Naruto said and Ino immediately looked a little proud when Sasuke being first is mentioned.
Also she felt that this is what she would choose.
But there is another point she is forgetting that is the stakes of the bet.
So Naruto continued.
“Now we can talk about the stakes of the bet.
If I win then I want a kiss from you on my cheek.
Don’t worry I would not make things difficult for you.
I will not make any excessive demands.
You don’t have to do that in front of everyone.
Instead you can kiss me later when there is no one.
Now you can tell me what you want me to do if you won the bet.”
Naruto said making Ino blushed for a moment.
Then she thought on what she wanted from Naruto.
“You have to accept that Sasuke is the best…”
This was her original thought on when Naruto was speaking about his side of the deal.
But now she has a change of opinion because of the considerations that he made for her and said.
