Moyun understood his master's intentions and began to explain:
"Master, This is the Abyssal Tide Tiger Queen." He pointed at the woman with tiger features before continuing:
"She advanced to the King realm only a year ago and decided to undergo metamorphosis to gain a human body. As for the core-formation tiger next to her, he is her lover and close to advancing and becoming a Tiger King. He also plans to gain a human body through metamorphosis."
"And how long will it take for him to advance?" Ashen questioned with interest since his future actions depended on it.
"It will take 2 years atleast," Moyun answered respectfully.
"Hmm, then I'll have to go with the woman tiger," Ashen murmured before gesturing to Moyun.
Moyun came forward and relayed his master's intention to the Abyssal Tide Tiger Queen:
"Hu Shuyi, the other tiger Kings and I have submitted to the human before you. He wants you to submit to him as well. You have two options in front of you: either submit to him or face him in a duel."
"You all have submitted? You were all so prideful. How can this be true?" Hu Shuyi was in disbelief.
"He defeated us in a duel fairly. It would be cowardly to not give him what he asks, don't you think?" Moyun twisted his own words. He didn't believe this himself. If he had not made that promise before the duel, he would have preferred to die rather than follow a human like a pet.
"No, I cannot submit. If I don't even have freedom, then how is life even worth living?" Hu Shuyi refused his offer.
"Then would you like to fight him?" Moyun questioned.
Hu Shuyi revealed a bitter smile and spoke:
"If even you all couldn't defeat him, how can I? I know that I would lose."
"Then what do you plan to do?" Moyun asked.
"I will die by my own wish, instead of serving a human." Hu Shuyi spoke with determination.
At this moment, Ashen's cold voice entered her ears, asking: "Are you sure?"
His eyes were cold, which sent chills down her spine; however, gathering her courage, she nodded in answer.
Getting her response, a menacing smile appeared on Ashen's face that made Hu Shuyi's skin crawl.
He asked: "Then you won't mind if I capture this lover of yours and sell him to the Beast Mount Sect, right?"
"W-What?" Hu Shuyi was visibly afraid of this threat.
Beast Mount Sect was the most famous sect that sold spirit beasts as mounts for cultivators, however, they would remove their teeth and claws from their bodies so that they couldn't attack their masters or anyone innocent.
They would also train them by beating and torturing them to be obedient. Being caught by them was a nightmare for any beast.
"Also, you must have some children who roam this forest. I'll find them and sell them too."
A female tiger was different from the males. The males didn't care for their children or family and usually lived alone, but female tigers were known to be caring and loving of their children.
They raised them from cubs to full-grown tigers and hence would naturally grow close to them.
This threat wouldn't have worked against a tiger king, but a tiger queen was different.
She immediately felt her courage crumble under his threat. Images of her children and lover being tortured came into her mind.
"I'll submit to you..." She muttered with shivering hands, and instantly her lover yelled: "Hu Shuyi! What are you doing?"
She raised her hand to calm him down before continuing:
"Promise me you won't touch my lover and children. Just leave them alone."
Ashen smiled as he spoke: "It depends on your performance. If you don't do anything foolish, then I promise, I'd leave them alone."
She nodded before following him.
"Hu Shuyi! At least let me come too!" Her lover yelled.
"No, Cang Chao, you shouldn't waste the freedom that you have. Become strong, strong enough to free me." Hu Shuyi spoke with a bitter smile.
Seeing this, Ashen couldn't help but comment:
"Hey, I won't treat you badly. Atleast don't make this sound as if you are going to die. I'm not a bad guy."
"Hmph, how can I believe that after you just threatened to sell my children to the Beast Mount Sect." Hu Shuyi instantly replied.
"Sigh..." Ashen didn't feel like arguing right now as he just flew away, the other beast kings following after him.
Traveling back to Gang Zhao's lair, where he fought him, Ashen descended.
The other Tiger Kings looked at him to know what his plan was.
"I'll tell you my plan now, so listen carefully!" He spoke before activating his Beast Sovereign skill.
"Can you hear me?" He spoke telepathically, directly into their minds.
"Huh? I'm hearing master's voice in my head." Moyun was astonished, similar to the other beast kings.
Ashen then deactivated the Beast Sovereign skill before explaining:
"I was speaking telepathically to you all. This is my enslavement path skill since I'm from the Zhuji tribe."
"What??" VenomFang Tiger King, Du Ya, and the others, except Gang Zhao, were surprised.
"Then how did you control the flying swords? With how powerful they are, there is no way you can use them unless you are a sword path cultivator." NightHowl Tiger King, Hao Anye, expressed his doubt.
"That is because I'm a dual cultivator, meaning I can cultivate two paths!" Ashen answered confidently.
"Oh..., So that's why," Anye muttered in realization.
"Then what about the telepathic skill? I have heard from other beasts that when an enslavement path cultivator uses his skills, he needs to have his spirit summoned. Where is your spirit?" Du Ya questioned.
"It is behind you." Ashen pointed and, following his finger, the tiger kings' gaze went to Huan Tian's spirit, the 6-star White Flying Tiger, that has now become Ashen's.
With the help of his 6-star spirit, the Six-Headed Heaven Subduing Dragon, he was able to make Huan Tian's spirit his own.
Despite being a 6-star spirit, Huan Tian's Spirit wasn't that powerful and was easily subdued by Ashen's Six-Headed Heaven Subduing Dragon.
The Tiger Kings were satisfied upon seeing the spirit as they heard Ashen speak again:
"Listen, I plan to engage in fights against multiple powerful enemies of various tribes, and hence, I need an army."
"Each and every one of you needs to gather tigers of your species to follow you into battle. You five will be the five commanders of this army, but I would like to call it, The Tiger Pride Gang!"
"This will be your chance to make a name for yourself. Anyone who will know me, will also know you. Every enemy of mine who fears me will also fear the five commanders."
"In the Zhuji tribe, no one will know that I also cultivate the sword path, and it will be a secret, and hence, I won't be fighting myself. You all will be my claws and shield!"
"This is your chance to get your name recorded in the history of mankind!"
"This is your chance to be remembered as warriors with ultimate might by your descendants!"
"Are you all ready?"
The Tiger Kings' eyes shone with excitement as they yelled in unison:
"Yes!"
Even if they were enslaved, if they could make a name for themselves, then they would do it.
"Then go and create your armies. You have two days. I will meet you after two days, right here. Let's see who can gather the biggest army."
