Chapter 1524: Lucifer (6)

RUMBLE!

Hell grew distorted, giant holes through its dimensional membranes started to open even bigger, as Blake saw that the entire thing may collapse if he didn't do something now.

His friends quickly emerged out of his Aura, exhausted, they could barely keep this transformation for much longer.

"W-What was that?! Lucifer really died?!" Erika asked.

"W-We did it?" Elizabeth wondered.

"Really?!" Chris gasped. "We did it!"

"There's no time to celebrate!" Erdrich said. "We accomplished something insane but...! Hell! The entire Dimension is about to fall! Blake...! Can you do something?! Tell me you can!"

"..." Blake was gasping for air, exhausted.

The damage he had taken from Lucifer was not regenerating either.

"Blake!"

Elizabeth panicked, quickly using her strongest healing magic to heal him, but it was too slow, the wounds he took would take many days to recover normally.

And he was in no condition to repair a whole dimension now either...

"Don't... Don't worry..." Blake smiled at Erdrich. "They're here."

"They?" Erdrich's eyes widened, as he saw several colorful eyes across the holes in the dimensions. "W-Wha...?! What's this?!"

He panicked for moment, only to suddenly realize these bizarre colorful eyes were not evil, they were... compassionate.

Their stares were full of love and care, and of innocence.

"The Holy Spirits!" Elizabeth said happily. "They came!"

It was all of the Holy Spirits, every single one of them, their radiant spiritual energy encompassed the entire Dimension of Hell, embracing it on spiritual energy.

The dimensional wounds could not be recovered, however, but they were doing something else...

"We have to go!" Blake said. "Demonic Dimensional Gate, come!"

He summoned his Demonic Treasure before the entire ceiling were to collapse over everyone and decided to leave the fate of Hell to the Holy Spirits, who had finally decided to employ their power to help this dimension, instead of choosing it to let it be destroyed.

Erdrich was moved, as the gate opened, and they ran back to Spiritias, seeing the Holy Spirits cradling the dimension where the invaders of Spiritias had brought so much pain.

"Thank you..."

The Cambion shed a tear, having mixed feelings about everything.

Since he was born in this world, he had felt like he didn't belong to either of the two.

But through the people he met, he learned to love Spiritias.

But also because of his roots, and of what he was, he pitied Hell, and didn't want its destruction.

And now...

Blake and his friends glanced into the distance, the gate behind them closed, as they reached Spiritias.

They did it.

They defeated Lucifer, they ended this once and for all.

But what would it be of Hell?

Well...

RUMBLE!

RUMBLE!

RUMBLE!

The entire world of Spiritias trembled.

The Holy Spirits stretched their spiritual beings outside of the cosmos, seeing their world, and holding Hell.

"At this point, there's only one thing we can do to prevent this dimension's destruction..."

"But is it the right thing? What will happen in the future if we do this?"

"Our world was already made from a Fragment of Heaven..."

"Perhaps... if we add a Fragment of Hell, it could truly become its own thing, don't you think, everyone?"

"The Cambion... and Blake, would be upset if Hell was destroyed."

"Very well... there is no other option. Let's do this."

The Holy Spirits made their decision, using their hands and powers to meld Hell into Spiritias, extending its size and form, and making it a much more complete world, and thrice as big.

In the distance, sitting over Bestellen's back, everyone saw as the horizon extended, and as a new undiscovered mega continent manifested out of nowhere.

The Seven Layers of Hell were squeezed together and turned into that!

"N-No way..." Erdrich gasped. "T-They did it?! I can't believe it! Why?! Everyone...! the world...!"

Blake patted Erdrich's shoulders, as he summoned the six Archdemons again, and made them look at the horizon, and what their new home looked like.

"We're here to make things right... it might take years, but we'll get through it, Erdrich. Be happy that Hell survived, and so its people," Blake said.

Despite how destructive the entire ordeal was, the Holy Spirits made sure to protect as many lives as possible. Although not all were saved, the majority survived the Dimensional Merge, being welcomed into blue skies and a new world, a mix of a new one, and their old world.

No longer was there a ceiling above them, but a boundless blue skies, clouds, and the sun, making the demons that lived within their prison for eternity... smile lightly, their eyes, once filled with hatred and resentment, began to see the brightness of the day.

With Lucifer's death, all of his creations were freed from his curse, and were now given a new chance to live as they pleased.

To no longer abide with old and destructive traditions, to seek their own path, and their own dreams.

"It's beautiful..." Lilith smiled. "Oh, Asmodeus... thank you... thank you so much..." she cried.

"I... don't even know what to say..." Satan muttered. "But yeah... thanks."

"This is... not what I expected," Beelzebub complained. "But it could have been worse..."

"Just be happy that Hell survived somewhat!" Leviathan said, laughing. "It's time for our lives to change forever now! Can't wait what the future awaits us!"

"You sound like a child..." Mammon sighed. "However, I wouldn't mind governing a part of that new mega continent..."

"Can I go to sleep now? I'm so tired..." Belphegor yawned.

"Let's forge a new future together..." the young Cambion said, looking at the Archdemons. "I hope you can cooperate."

They looked at him, some angered, others smiling, but due to Blake's orders, they had to agree either way...

And so, the heroes returned back to their homes, the war was officially over, and Spiritias had reached equilibrium.

A very fragile one, that would take the cooperation of millions to finally stabilize into the bright world it once was...
