Chapter 1505: This War Ends Today
-----
Lucifer was patient, he knew that eventually, humans would fall into despair, and then the demons would devour everything, and Spiritias would become his.
And yet, today, that was going to change.
"Gryahahaha!"
"Kill! Kill the humans!"
"GRUOOOHHH!"
"Hehehehe! Slaughter them all!"
"Split them apart, chomp them up into pieces!"
"Come here humans, give us a good show, Gyahahaha!"
The demons mocked the soldiers as they saw them approaching, the eyes of the soldiers were filled with despair, their light rapidly disappearing.
Until...
RUMBLE!
The ground behind the soldiers started trembling. Their eyes widened, many thinking another army was coming from behind. Some thought that the demons had somehow dug underground or something.
However, what they saw was even more shocking than an army of demons... it was an endless wave of three-headed black wolves, blazing birds covered with divine flames, enormous silver-scale serpents and giant crimson wyverns, azure-colored birds with rainbow feathered wings, massive turtles with shells covered with sharp glowing diamonds, giant flying blue whales wrapped in white, fluffy clouds, and more.
All were wondrous beasts of legends, which led armies of millions of beasts similar to them, although they were smaller, but not exactly too weak, encompassed by glowing silver, white, and golden mechanical armors, overflowing with rainbow auras made of many elements, and to the left, an army of shadow entities, abyssal and vampiric, overflowing with demonic and blood energies.
These were all Blake's Familiars, from his Divine Beasts to his Mortal Beasts covered on Celestial Mechanical Armor and Multi-Elemental Bestowal Auras, and even his Supreme Vampiric Undead Familiars, evolutions of the regular ones through his newly evolved skills, all came marching in, ignoring the soldiers who were left in disbelief, and beginning to clash against the demons.
"W-What's that?!"
"T-The Summoner is here!"
"Who's the summoner- ACK!"
"GROOOHHHH...!"
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
A rain of meteors fell over the army as well, burning and crushing thousands of demons at once, conjured by the giant Divine Crimson Wyverns that led the flying Familiars, causing complete havoc and destruction through the battlefield.
"W-What's going on?"
"That's... the Summoner?"
"Eeeeh?! He's here already?!"
"But wasn't he... he..."
The soldiers, which made only a small squad of fifty, were left speechless as they saw the monsters taking care of everything, the demons were crushed and utterly humiliated, and even the Demon General that led them wasn't even capable of holding a candle against the normal foot soldiers within Blake's army.
"W-What's this?! This is impossible...! How are these wild beasts so strong?!"
A giant, red scaled demon screamed in horror, with a head resembling a crocodile with six eyes and a long black horn, the massive brute of over ten meters swung his giant axe around, releasing infernal flames with each blow, and yet the beasts, even if smaller than him, simply took the blows with their bodies, some died, but they kept moving, resurrecting as undead.
"A-Aaaah! G-Get away from me! I am a Demon General! Don't you dare- AAAAAACK!"
The Demon General screamed as the beasts began biting and tearing apart his body, shredding him to bits and pieces, whichever demons remain alive were left to escape back to their territory, it was convenient if all demons knew what was happening, so they would prepare even larger armies, meaning more would die faster.
"Incredible!"
"Blake's army is amazing!"
"We are finally pushing through?!"
"I can't believe I've lived enough to see this day finally happening!"
The people all across the globe celebrated, from the elves, the various human kingdoms, the dwarves, the beast empire, and more. Their hopes and dreams becoming Blake's strength, as millions of particles of light constantly reached him from everywhere around the world, making his Halo grow stronger, tapping into unseen powers.
"In a day we will push the demons back to the Dark Continent, and in the next day, we will free the entire Dark Continent. In the third day, we shall face the demons in their own home."
Blake spoke to everyone about his plans, and as each hour passed, that did happen, every demon fortress that had been built were being rapidly destroyed one after another. Blake's Familiar Army becoming a literally unstoppable force, a wave of destruction and death... only for the demons.
Whenever they found a human camp, they would help the soldiers, heal the wounded and reinforce the defenses of their barriers and walls, helping them and even bringing them food.
Blake and his friends didn't even go into this battle, fully knowing that it would be pointless, the Familiars could do this more than well enough.
And well, Allen, Henrietta, and Hyun Sing Woo were there as well, allowing Blake to command his army from incredibly far distances, something impossible before.
These Summoners, his Spirits, were tied to his own Familiars, and he could quite literally give them the authority to control and command them.
What's more, their special skills helped his familiars evolve to new and powerful forms, from Allen evolving them into Divine Elemental Forms, to Henrietta's ability to revive into eggs any Familiar that died, turning them into a new Familiar altogether with higher stats and new abilities, and Hyung ever-expanding and near immortal army of Shadow Familiars.
The blood the demons shed that day would be written in the annals of history, as their cries of agony and despair reverberated through a battlefield that had long ago lost any hope for humanity to survive, let alone triumph, against them.
"Master! Monsters! Monsters are coming! Without end! An endless wave of them!"
"What?!"
And within the throne room of an old, abandoned castle in the Northern Port City of the Central Continent, a giant demon of muscular physique, red skin, and with two horned heads and long silver hair gasped, as he stood from his throne made of human bones, walking towards the large window of the castle, only to see a wave of monsters marching forward.
"T-This is...!"
He was the Great Demon General, Varkrax, tasked with holding the Fortress of the Northern Port City to facilitate the arrival of Demons through the seas. He was a powerful Demon with strength rivaling S Rank Monsters and even Ancient Dragons, someone that served Leviathan, the Archdemon of Envy.
