Chapter 480: Blood Light Bursts Forth

Suddenly, an earth wall appeared in front of Ma Jun, giving him the illusion that he was in an ancient castle maze in the desert. The road ahead was winding and twisted, with dozens of paths making it unclear which one to choose.

But Ma Jun knew he couldn't hesitate at this point, because as soon as he hesitated, several more paths appeared before him, completely multiplying into dozens of routes.

Ma Jun gritted his teeth, randomly picked a path, and threw himself into it.

The road was flanked by earth walls tens of meters high, with the earth road being the only portion of the path he stood upon.

Ma Jun's body flickered as he hurriedly dashed down the road.

Ma Jun knew that the valley he was in was only this size, and if he rushed down with all his strength, he should be able to break free from the earth walls in a short time.

However, after running with all his might for a long time, having covered several miles by his estimate, the road was still winding and convoluted, seemingly without end.

Ma Jun ran faster and faster, becoming increasingly alarmed and panicked in his heart.

From the outside, one could see appearing in the valley a maze of countless earth walls forming a fortress. Ma Jun, like a black shadow, despite his speed, was trapped within the fortress, unable to escape.

After running for a long time, losing direction, he suddenly found the path ahead was blocked by an earth wall.

"This must be the end," Ma Jun thought, accelerating without slowing, charging toward the earth wall at the road's end.

Ma Jun assumed that by crashing into the wall, he would immediately smash it and break free.

Unexpectedly, when Ma Jun's body collided with the wall, he was instantly bounced back, unable to break through or even shake the wall.

Ma Jun fell to the ground, realizing he had entered a dead end. He quickly flipped over and got up, intending to turn around and run back.

But when he turned, he found that there was no path behind him either.

He had clearly come from there, but now it had turned into an earth wall.

Ma Jun was now surrounded by earth walls, completely enclosed within them.

In shock, Ma Jun quickly looked up, noticing the walls were only tens of meters tall, enough for him to jump over.

With that thought, Ma Jun jumped up onto the wall, running along its top.

His speed was so fast that even vertical walls appeared flat under his feet. In a blink, he reached the top of the earth wall.

But as soon as he ran to the top, the surrounding walls grew up instantly, creating a lid that covered Ma Jun beneath.

Seeing his last chance disappear, Ma Jun yelled and continuously charged up towards the lid.

Unexpectedly, when Ma Jun hit the lid, it pressed down, pushing him back down.

With a thud, Ma Jun fell to the ground, covered in dust and dirt. The surrounding earth walls closed in, slowly compressing him into the center.

Meanwhile, outside, the crowd saw earth walls rise, causing Ma Jun to vanish completely, unaware of what was truly happening to him.

At this moment, Toyota Taro laughed loudly: "Hahaha, no matter how powerful, you can't escape my First Magic Skill."

Hearing Toyota Taro's laughter, the crowd's expressions changed as they turned to Wang Yan.

"Wang Yan, how is Ma Jun?" Beiming Xue and Ouyang Feiting asked in unison.

"Boss, can Ma Jun escape?" Roy asked worriedly.

Wang Yan shook his head and said, "Ma Jun is trapped by these earth walls, probably unable to get out."

"What? He can't escape?" The crowd asked anxiously upon hearing this.

Wang Yan sighed and said, "These earth walls are indeed Ma Jun's nemesis. Once sealed by earth, there's no way to escape."

Upon hearing Wang Yan was helpless too, the crowd's faces turned pale.

Hearing this, Toyota Taro laughed: "Hahaha, finally you said something reasonable today. Indeed, I have won this round."

With Toyota Taro's words, the massive earth fortress in front of the crowd gradually shrunk until it was only person-height.

Atop this person-height earth wall, Ma Jun emerged.

However, Ma Jun was almost entirely sealed within the earth wall, with only his face and two hands revealed.

Toyota Taro approached Ma Jun, glanced at his immobile form, and snorted coldly: "Even with good skill, you still die by my hand."

Then, Toyota Taro raised his hand, grabbing Ma Jun's hand exposed outside.

In Ma Jun's hand was a Samurai Sword.

Toyota Taro took the sword and looked at it, saying coldly: "You used this sword to cut my hair earlier, so I'll use it to cut your head off."

Saying that, Toyota Taro lifted the Samurai Sword and swung it towards Ma Jun.

Ma Jun, completely trapped within the earth wall, was unable to move, with only his face exposed to speak.

Seeing Toyota Taro raise the sword towards him, Ma Jun spoke: "Wait a minute."

Toyota Taro paused, looked at Ma Jun with disdain, and asked: "What? Are you surrendering now?"

Ma Jun replied: "I want to ask if you're interested in knowing what my First Magic Skill is."

Toyota Taro laughed derisively: "You want me to release you so you can demonstrate your First Magic Skill? I tell you, don't take me for a fool, no way."

Ma Jun said: "Then don't you want to know why my boss told me to take two Samurai Swords when I entered the field, but now I only have one left? Isn't this worth asking about?"

Sure enough, Ma Jun's other hand no longer held a sword.

Toyota Taro snorted: "Don't try to stall, whether you have one or several swords, one strike is all I need to kill you, with no one able to save you."

With that, Toyota Taro raised the Samurai Sword and pointed it at Ma Jun.

A "puff" sound was heard, and blood spattered.
