Chapter 16: 16

Mysterious

Chapter Text

Juny sat before her desk, staring at a wall.

'It's time for the gathering again.'

She showed an excited smile.

"I've got another interesting information to share~"

As soon as she said that, crimson light enveloped her vision and her whole body.

She once again found herself sitting by a long bonze table.

Looking towards the Seat of Honor, Juny saw Mr. Fool slowly looking everyone up and down.

Juny silently hummed and gave a curtesy greeting.

She then looked towards Miss Justice.

She knew even without needing to activate anything, this woman has become a Beyonder.

Juny heard a gentle sound.

Juny turned and saw Mr. Fool gently rapping the table thrice before smiling.

"Congratulations, Miss Justice, you are a Beyonder now."

Miss Justice seemed slightly stunned and gave a faint smile.

"Thank you, Mr. Fool, and thank you, Mr. Hanged Man."

"That was much faster than I thought."

Mr. Hanged Man spoke honestly.

Mr. Fool didn't continue the topic. Juny, instead, saw him tap his glabella and ask with a smile.

"Ladies, Sir, have any of you found Roselle's diary?"

Juny froze slightly, making sure noone would notice.

'F*ck~ I completely forgot... Upsie.'

Juny saw Miss Justice glance at Mr. Hanged Man.

After a few seconds of silence. Mr. Hanged Man spoke.

"I found two pages of the Emperor Roselle's diary and have memorized their contents."

Juny then heard Miss Justice speak.

"I have one page."

Her voice sounded as if removed from the conversation.

'Are you in your Spectator state, Miss Justice?'

Juny didn't speak, not having a reason to.

"Pretty good."

Mr. Fool spoke with a neutral tone.

Juny heard Miss Justice inquire, her voice calm.

"Should we 'express' them now?"

Hearing this, Mr. Fool nodded.

"Yes."

As soon as he finished his sentence, pieces of yellowish-brown goatskin parchment and dark red foundation pens appeared before the two.

Juny watched as lines of symbols appeared on the yellowish papers.

In about a minute, Juny watched as the three pieces of parchment appeared in Mr. Fool's hand.

She remained silent as Mr. Fool read through them.

It was quite the long wait, but it was in no way boring.

Juny's mind was actually boiling.

'He's actually reading it... reading. He can read those symbols! I-It can't be that he's also a transmigrator, right?'

"..."

'...Why am I so against it? I always knew I wasn't special and the fact that he has this mysterious hall also supports it.'

'I got the Dimensional Space, he got this place above the gray fog! Very normal.'

'Hmm. But he's a beginner Sequence 9 no matter how I see it. Our situations when we transmigrated were clearly different.'

'But worry not! My dear friend, who's completely oblivious to my origin! I will protect you and your secrets!'

Juny hid her smile as she patiently waited.

After a while, Juny watched Mr. Fool put down the three pages and look up at the three.

"My apologies, I was too absorbed in reading them."

Juny saw Miss Justice smile faintly.

"I can understand. I hope to one day be able to exchange information about the diary's contents."

Upon hearing this, Mr. Fool glanced at Miss Justice.

"That will require a price."

Juny watched Miss Justice put her palms together before placing them in front of her.

"Mr. Fool, Mr. Hanged Man, Miss High Priestess, I have two questions to ask."

Juny's attention was immediately focused.

"If you think that the answers warrant a high price, tell me what you want, I will try my best to seek it."

"No problem."

Mr. Hanged Man answered succinctly while Juny gently moved her head.

"Of course."

Mr. Fool simply nodded and leaned further back into his chair.

"My first question, What is the name of the subsequent potion for Spectator? Where can I find the clues."

Juny watched as Mr. Fool turned to Mr. Hanged Man while Mr. Hanged Man eyed her.

'You want me to answer? There's no way you don't know... very well. I don't really care.'

Juny gave him a gentle nod before turning to Miss Justice.

"The Sequence 8 after Spectator is Telepathist. After that is Sequence 7 Psychiatrist, but it was previously referred to as Psyche Analyst. If you wish to know further Sequences, you can pay for it."

Seeing that Miss Justice acknowledged her, Juny continued.

"As for where you can find clues, probably from the Psychology Alchemist. They are a secret organization of sorts, but I've unfortunately never met one, so I can't help you with finding them."

Before anyone could interrupt, Juny quickly continued.

"If it's about Potion formulas, I can provide them, but, of course, at a suitable prize."

Juny watched as Miss Justice's eyes beamed with joy.

"Thank you Miss High Priestess!"

She then turned to Mr. Hanged Man.

"Do you have the whereabouts of a particular Psychology Alchemists member?"

Juny found that question obvious.

'Where else would Mr. Hanged Man get that Spectator Potion formula.'

Juny silently nodded to herself.

But, what left Mr. Hanged Man's mouth was a rare laugh.

"I do. He's immersed in the seas around Sonia Island. I sank him with my own hands."

'Hmm. How sweet it is to hear that. I indeed do love your humor, Mr. Hanged Man.'

Juny hummed inwardly, pleased with Mr. Hanged Man's attitude.

"If you would like to look for the Psychology Alchemists, I have to apologize since I severed the clues."

Mr. Hanged Man finished, obviously unbothered that Miss Justice or Juny might find out his identity from this piece of information.

Juny looked to her side.

Miss Justice had a lost look as she silently repeated.

"Sank..."

Miss Justice then drew a deep breath and asked rather bashfully.

"The second question. If-and I'm saying if-a normal animal were to drink a Sequence 9 potion, what would happen?"

Juny's lips curved upwards slightly as she ignored Mr. Fool tapping his glabella and the dumbfounded Mr. Hanged Man.

Before anyone could wake up, Juny, who has already done her research, spoke up.

"It is very dangerous. Since most animals do not possess the intelligence or brains of humans, they would be unable to learn Cogitation. This would make their immediate survival extremely unlikely."

Juny made sure Miss Justice was paying attention before continuing.

"Since you have asked this question, would you like me to elaborate on the instance in which the animal survives the initial stages?"

Miss Justice, seemingly relaxed by Juny's calm attitude, nodded.

"Yes, please."

Juny hummed.

"An animal which consumed a Beyonder Potion will become a Beyonder. This is important to note. It might seem obvious, but it's something that can't be disregarded. A cat will be a cat, a dog will be a dog, a bird will be a bird, nonetheless."

"If you wish or have a Beyonder companion, there is a high chance for their intelligence to rise. And, if the conditions are right, they might even learn human speech."

Miss Justice had a very pleased smile.

"Alright, Thank you Miss High Priestess."

She then looked around.

"I have no other questions."

Mr. Hnaged Man was silent for a moment before shaking his head.

"Nor do I."

Juny, who was able to make use of her knowledge, also didn't have anything she wanted to ask.

"Me neither."

At that moment, Mr. Fool spoke.

"I have something. It will require your cooperation."

Juny looked towards the Seat of Honor with a neutral gaze.

She wasn't nervous or any of the sort.

She then watched as Mr. Fool scanned the other two and spoke in a comforting tone.

"Don't worry. It's trivial. If it succeeds, it will be beneficial to you, so I wouldn't be paying extra remuneration."

"Go ahead."

Miss Justice instinctively straightened up in her seat.

Seeing this, Juny gently nodded.

"Please speak."

"As you will."

Mr. Hanged Man replied whilst steading himself.

Mr. Fool moved his fingers before smiling.

"Previously, I said that we would do some experiments to enable you to ask for a leave of absence. That way, you do not have to worry if you have to be somewhere inappropriate on a Monday afternoon."

Juny saw Miss Justice loosen her tightly knitted eyebrows.

"That's our wish."

Juny stayed silent while Mr. Hanged Man spoke in thought.

"What do you need us to do?"

Juny listened to Mr. Fool describe a strange ritual and creation of spiritual environment.

After she finished listening, Juny heard Miss Justice ask with piqued interest.

"What about the incantation? Mr. Fool, what's the corresponding incantation?"

Juny felt strange.

'Is it similar to praying to the Dimensional Space?'

She kept quiet as Mr. Fool tapped the edge of the long table with his finger.

He then spoke monotonously in Hermes.

"The Fool that doesn't belong to this era,"

"You are the mysterious ruler above the gray fog;"

"You are the King of Yellow and Black who wields good luck..."

Whilst listening to Miss Justice reciting the three lines quietly, Juny was silent.

'It's not praying to the gray fog, but to the person in the gray fog...'

Her thoughts were hazed.

'Then what about when he's outside? I don't think he can answer if that's the case...'

Juny found it very intriguing, it almost made her want to try it with the Dimensional Space, but she decided against it.

'The Dimensional Space can already answer Ritualistic Magic, so trying to take that privilege onto myself is useless and very much unnecessary.'

After nodding to herself she couldn't help but chuckle inwardly.

'To think he used the Honorific name of the Orthodox Deities as an example for his own. This friend of mine is very sly... and also a bit plagiaristic. But it's still within the acceptable range.'

Juny listened as Mr. Fool finished describing the rest of the incarceration.

He then smiled.

"Ladies, Sir, have you memorized it?"

"Ah..."

Juny ignored Miss Justice's exhale as she spoke without hesitation.

"Yes, Mr. Fool."

After a while, Miss Justice repeated the entirety of the incantation.

As expected, she had it memorized correctly.

Mr. Fool spoke with a smile.

"If this test is successful, then we shall modify the ritual next time to achieve what we want to do."

'Mhm... So we're doing trial and error? I don't hate that.'

Juny silently hummed to herself as she didn't interrupt.

"I hope you will have the time to complete the ritual no later than Wednesday."

Juny nodded, such demand was reasonable

"Of course, Mr. Fool."

Once again, she spoke without hesitation.

Miss Justice and Mr. Hanged Man spoke after a short moment of collecting themselves.

"By your will."

After this was finished, Mr. Fool gave a simple hand gesture.

"According to The Hanged Man's suggestion last week, we shall have time for casual conversation after all official issues have been discussed. Who shall begin?"

Juny wished to share her experience of destroying Count Hebrald's underground prison, but she held back.

Miss Justice sighed and spoke.

"Mr. Fool, the suggestion you made regarding the exam selection and the separation between civil and political matters has received the approval of many members of parliament."

'N- Not my one weakness! Ugh... The politics!'

Juny felt her attention slowly drifting away.

She gently pinched the skin between her knuckles to keep herself from averting her gaze.

"Perhaps it could become a reality. Of course, with the efficiency of this government, the bill will only appear half a year from now at the earliest."

Juny listened as Mr. Hanged Man replied with obvious sarcasm.

"Let's hope so."

He then paused and sneaked a glance at Mr. Fool.

"In recent decades, the amount of activities of the various secret organizations has seen an upward trend. In fact, there are even new secret organizations appearing, some of them having reached scale with a good number of Beyonders."

Juny slightly flinched, almost unnoticeably.

'I- I'm a leader of one of those organizations... Why do I feel guilty? I have a good secret organization!'

Juny defended herself from an unknown attack as Mr. Fool shared his thoughts.

"An ancient power is about to wake from its slumber."

'That so? That's rich coming from- No... Juny, be nice. He's just trying to keep his image, don't shutter it!'

Juny quickly rushed to stop herself from mocking the Sequence 9 Beyonder in the seat of Mr. Fool.

"Is that so..."

Mr. Hanged Man softly muttered to himself, as though recalling something.

Juny, now the center of attention, was silent for a mare moment.

She organized her thoughts and spoke.

"The two secret organizations clashed again in the Feynapotter city. The Abyssal Troop destroyed a Count's mansion. It turned out that the Count was not only a human trafficker, but also a believer of an Evil God."

Juny didn't mention more, as she felt the intensity of the three's eyes.

She could almost feel Miss Justice beam with interest.

She gave her a glance, it was a questioning one.

'If you have a question, ask it! Who do you think I am? A mind reader?'

After a few moments of staring, Mr. Hanged Man ended up speaking first.

"What type of clash was it?"

'Are you asking about the Sequences? Hmm...'

Juny gave a very quiet hum.

"From what I know, it was very large scale."

Her eyes wandered before moving back to Mr. Hanged Man.

"The Count was killed and dead bodies of several Low and Mid Sequence Beyonders were found. There was also a Sequence 6, but nothing above it."

She picked her words carefully, making sure to sound as if she only investigated it, not participated in it.

'It's not like either of you have any contacts in the Feynapotter Kingdom.'

Seeing that noone was asking further questions, Mr. Fool spoke with a smile.

"If there is nothing else to share, then let's end today's gathering here."

Juyn nodded and stood up together with the other two.

"By your will."

She gently lifted her short skirt as Mr. Fool's fingers moved.

Crimson light swallowed her and Juny soon found herself sitting before her desk. When giving the last curtsy bow, she momentarily thought of using her organization's special salute, but she decided against it.

'I'm the leader of a secret organization, a secret is a secret.'

She nodded before standing up.

It was time to make the ritual and then work on her Spell Scrolls.

...

"Captain. I'm here to report."

Sitting behind a table, Craider, a captain of Fertility Order's team, lifted his head.

His eyes met the red irises with pinkish hue.

He nodded at the Vice-Captain before him, Bedrich.

Feeling slightly intense under the heavy stare, Bedrich coughed into his fist.

"Ehm! As you said, we checked through all Blacksmiths present in the entirety of Feynapotter city. We also visited a multitude of jewelry shops and anyone who might sell such a clear ruby."

Craiter nodded, but didn't change his posture.

Bedrich lightly exhaled.

"As you expected, noone had even the slightest clue about the dagger's owner. We also used divination and all answers proved to be truthful."

He touched his messy Ashy-blond hair. It was a tic of his.

He soon flinched and placed his hand back down.

Craiter cleanly ignored this and looked down at the papers before him.

"Have the others said anything?"

He spoke calmly, as if uninterested.

Bedrich slowly shook his head.

"No, sir. They didn't seem to place too much importance on the matter."

He was silent before adding.

"Although they did show interest when an Evil God's worship was mentioned. They also took the Artifact we found in the attic."

"After some careful research, it was shown that whoever raided the place didn't even touch it. Although they seemed to know about it."

Craiter nodded and tapped the desk with his finger.

"And the hidden entrance in the basement?"

Bedrich took a breath and answered.

"It was already destroyed when we arrived, but the place seemed like a ritualistic site."

Craiter looked up with his green-hazel eyes.

He seemed as in thought.

After a few moments, his lips parted.

"The rescued? Anything about who got them out?"

Bedrich gently and respectfully shook his head.

"No, sir. They all seemed to forget all about the appearance of those they met. They could only remember the most striking features. Like the hair color."

Craiter nodded.

This was useless, as they already saw those things themselves.

He couldn't help but massage his temples.

'This whole ordeal is too well-planned. Whoever orchestrated this, was through-fully prepared, there is not a singular hole...'

He couldn't help but respect the Mysterious person behind this.

This was also because they have yet to show any signs of animosity towards them.

'How is killing a human trafficker, stopping a sacrificial ritual for an Evil God and rescuing the enslaved a terrible thing?'

'They even gave us a warning and everything... the incriminating documents too.'

Craiter heaved a sigh.

He couldn't hate the newly-emerging secret organization.

He looked back up at the Vice-captain.

"Tell the rest about them, but don't make it a priority. We have more urgent and more dangerous problems."

Bedrich nodded and respectfully bade farewell.

As he watched him leave, Craider rubbed his eyelids.

The image of the figure covered entirely in shadow flashed through his mind.

'So mysterious...'

...

As she pushed another Spell Scroll into her Pocket Dimension, Juny felt strange.

Her insides merged slightly.

'It's digesting?'

Juny looked, for some reason, at her stomach.

"But why...?"

She found the sudden digesting strange, but she didn't have a reason to complain.

As her eyes moved around, she rubbed the lizard-like scales on the back of her hand.

'These are getting annoying...'

Her thoughts drifted away, not wanting to pay anymore attention to the strange happenings.

She slowly raised her body.

After a moment of stretching, Juny left the Dimensional Space.

She was already done with today's class and it was almost time for dinner.

Walking down the stairs, Juny was immersed in her thoughts.

'I wanna try something new... maybe a Spell that casts stage highlights. That would make my next 'edit' much cooler.'

'... But how would that work? Maybe the Sun Pathway? Or the Twilight Giant Pathway? Do I know the Runes for that?'

"Good evening, Juny."

Juny snapped out of her thoughts and gave Darmine a greeting smile.

"Good Evening, Darmine. How is your day?"

Darmine moved her small body to sit straight.

"Very food- I mean, good."

Juny flinched her body backwards.

"Are you hungry?"

Juny didn't wait for the answer as she opened a cabinet and took out some cat food.

She placed it on a clean plate and put it down.

Darmine gave her a grateful look before slowly digging in.

Juny looked around.

The siblings were out, Mariel found her own place to stay and Tarkel was reading quietly in his/Ellone's room.

Since he first came here, Tarkel was using Ellone's room, since she didn't need to sleep.

'It's been a while since I last made something.'

Thinking this, Juny got to cooking.

After she was almost done, she heard a light knock on the entrance door.

Juny immediately frowned.

There was no universe in which Ellone, Dager or Airine would knock.

Juny put down the pan and made her way towards the door.

As she placed her hand on the door handle, Juny activated her Material Vision.

The visitor's image together with his spirituality filled her mind.

It was an average-looking young man, Lancer.

Juny opened the door and stood to the side.

"Good evening Lancer, what is it?"

Although she offered a greeting, she didn't feel like beating around the bush.

Lancer politely nodded and stepped inside.

"Good evening, mi- Juny."

He swiftly corrected himself.

He felt slightly nervous, but not overly. Since doing so would only make Juny more annoyed.

Lancer often remembered the warnings from the two siblings.

'Listen, you three. Since you're about to meet her frequently, there are things you must know. They will make things easier for you.'

'Do not call Juny Miss or Madam or any of the sort. But also, under absolutely no circumstances, unless she brings it up herself, do not call her a kid or a child. Just treat her casually with a small amount of respect.'

'Also, try not to use overly crude and swearing language. You can drink alcohol or smoke, but do not dare to even offer her something similar.'

'Next up. If you ask a question and instead of answering it, she gives you a childish smile, do not inquire further.'

'No, seriously, don't do it. She will either keep quiet, give you a very childish answer or say something along the lines of: 'I'm just a child, how should I know?'. If such a thing happens, you've pretty much fallen into a trap.'

'Keep quiet, or you'll regret it.'

'Also, do not boast. This is because, usually, whatever it is you're boasting about, Juny probably does it better than you.'

'Oh! About this, do not boast or flex when talking about alcohol, smoking or drugs. She might just kill you if you do.'

'She doesn't mind someone doing it, but she hates when someone brags about things that could endanger one's life.'

'Right, she's very righteous.'

'If you say something and she gives you a glare, stop whatever you were doing or about to say.'

'Mhm. Stopping is usually the correct answer. She'll either tell you the reason for the stare herself or keeps quiet.'

'If she keeps quiet, don't question it. Being quiet is the right answer. Just don't repeat the same thing you were doing again.'

'Hmm, is there anything else?'

'I don't think so- Oh! If you see her thinking, don't interrupt her! Just be quiet and wait.'

"Right, just keep quiet."

Juny closed the door behind Lancer and pointed to the sofa.

"Would you like to sit down?"

Lancer's eyes moved to the sofa before nodding.

"Yes, that would be better... I think."

Juny didn't ponder as she went back to the kitchen.

She swiftly finished the meal and placed the plates aside.

She then took two portions and walked to the living room.

She sat opposite Lancer.

"If you don't want it, you don't need to eat it."

She quickly informed Lancer before quickly digging in.

Juny knew Lancer had a reason for coming, but she wanted to eat while the food was hot.

Not to mention, the young man didn't seem to be in a hurry.

She slowly finished her meal, the two siblings still nowhere to be seen.

Finally, she got to the point.

"What brings you here?"

Lancer slowly put down his utensils and politely pushed the plate out of the way.

"I came to ask a favor, Scoutmaster."

Juny frowned upon hearing her title.

Not necessarily because she was embarrassed, or mad that he used it.

It was because it meant that it would involve the organization.

With this in mind, Juny clearly strained her back.

Her expression turned cold, like a leader's should.

"Speak."

Her tone changed, but Lancer didn't find it odd. He actually found it comforting, it meant that Juny took his request seriously.

He exhaled and spoke in a clear but very polite way.

"I wish to rescue my 'master' from the Church's prison. Could I do anything to receive your assistance?"

Juny was silent, but her mind was carefully focusing on this.

"Be clearer. Tell me the details concerning this 'master' you speak of."

Lancer politely nodded.

"Of course. My 'master's' name is Daimira La Rue. She is a Sanguine."

Juny was speechless at this sudden reveal.

'Okay... that's unexpected, but in a way reasonable.'

She nodded and signaled for Lancer to continue.

Lancer explained what he knew of his 'master'.

"She stays in a house on the Dark High-side mountain. The mansion overlooks the Feynapotter city."

"My teacher has turned 20 less than a year ago and she's been locked underground ever since."

Before Juny could ask, Lancer immediately added.

"She doesn't have any relatives or relationships as far as I know."

Juny acknowledged Lancer's words.

"Which Church holds her?"

Her voice was steady and leisurely.

Lancer nodded.

"The Church of the Green Earth."

Juny hummed.

She knew of the church.

It wasn't a very big one, getting the Sanguine out wouldn't be too difficult.

But she was not one to be recklessly proud.

'Those guys from the Fertility Order have a fetish on turning Sanguine into their own...'

Juny fell into deep thought.

She finally looked at the slightly anxious Lancer.

"Very well, I'll get her out. Do you wish to join me?"

Lancer flinched.

"I- Is that possible? Wouldn't I be a burden?"

Juny showed a strangely gentle smile.

"Don't worry. Also, did you forget that she doesn't know me? Without you accompanying me, it will be hard to safely rescue her."

Lacer nodded, he then jumped as if he remembered something.

"Mi- Scoutmaster, my 'master' has a very cautious personality."

He seemed worried.

Juny could almost see sweat streaming down Lacer's face.

She couldn't help but to raise the corners of her lips.

"You mean she'll be rude? Don't worry, that's a normal attitude."

Noticing that Juny relaxed her leader's tone, Lacer also stopped acting too formally.

As the discussion ended, Juny leaned back into her seat.

She looked up at the ceiling in thought.

'If we're to enter a Church, I'll need to make Spell Scrolls.'

'Except for Isolation Enchantments, and Wraith's spirit body Spell Scrolls, I also need teleportation Spell Scrolls.'

Juny hummed lightly.

She then looked back to Lancer.

"Let's do it in two days. At about 2am? That's enough time for preparation and mandatory observation."

Juny then turned to her side.

Seeing this, Darmine walked over and sat down on a sofa.

She then gently nodded.

"I'll go see what happens inside the Church."

Juny showed her appreciation.

She then turned to Lancer.

"Come here at midnight tomorrow."

Hearing this, Lancer nodded and stood up, bowing his head slightly.

Then, with a farewell, he left.

...

'Clank!'

Juny shot Lancer a glare.

Noticing him flinch away, Juny pressed her index finger to her lips.

Seeing this, Lancer immediately pursed his lips together.

Juny looked back forward, the place was empty and dark.

It seemed that noone was alerted by the sound of shoes stringing metal.

'Who knew his footsteps would be so clumsy? Maybe we should've torn the Spell Scrolls outside...'

Juny quickly shook her head.

'Darmine didn't find any problems, but that doesn't mean I can be reckless.'

'I need to be ready to flee at any moment...'

She activated her Material Vision and looked at the interior.

'No traps... It is just a pretty normal Church.'

Juny gently nodded before tearing the first Enchanted Scroll.

After much thought, Juny decided against using Wraith's spirit body Spell.

It was too dangerous, since there were many ways to detect Evil spirits inside of the Church.

Once Enchanted, Juny grabbed Lancer by the hand, signaling that he should also tear the Enchanted Scroll.

Lancer nodded and silently tore the piece of paper.

His body quickly turned illusory before disappearing.

Juny didn't waste time, she made her way toward the basement door.

Dragging the invisible Lancer behind her to sure that he followed closely behind.

Stopping before the door, Juny pulled out a Spell Scroll with Runes written in blood.

It was blood she was given by Airina.

She ripped it before making her way through the door, bringing Lancer with her.

'So far so smooth... something tells me that's not a good thing.'

Juny sighed silently.

Her vision was clear and so was Lancer's.

After a few short moments, they stopped before a cage.

Before they even removed the Enchantment, the figure inside the cage lifted her head and sniffed.

"Lancer?! What are you doing here?"

Hearing this, Juny immediately removed the two Isolation Enchantments.

Seeing an average looking man and a very short girl appear, the woman's mouth gaped slightly.

Juny eyes met with two deep and striking red orbs.

The lady's irises were very saturated, yet they slowly blended into black the closer to the pupil.

Her eyes were beautifully big, sending shivers down Juny's spine.

Her brows were furrowed into a fine arch.

The woman had layered hair with curtain-bangs. The hair looked oddly similar to a butterfly haircut from Juny's world.

Her Chocolate-colored hair complimented the woman's pale skin.

She wore a short pirate-like dress with tattered layers.

The dress was a mixture of Wine-red and Cold-black.

It suited the woman's atmosphere and flattered her muscular but slim hourglass figure.

Even while sitting, Juny could tell that the Sanguine woman couldn't be over 160 centimeters in height.

And all the while her hair and clothes were disheveled, the woman remained elegant.

Her left ankle and her right wrist were bound by seemingly very heavy cuffs.

Looking at it like that, if Juny were to compare her child-self and this Sanguine.

Juny was sure that the woman looked much more mysterious.
