"He also says that after we are gone from this world, if our methods still work, still exist, then we surely will guide the world toward the direction we hope for."

"He finally accepted the invitation of the God of Knowledge and Wisdom. Ready to go to the library to learn, but about this matter, both he and I know the outcome. Poor God of Knowledge and Wisdom, still thinking he is someone who will settle down. Of course, that is also why the God of Knowledge and Wisdom is worthy of our respect."

"I hope that what he's doing is meaningful, at least, the Holy Master made him one of us, and there is a purpose in the King God's mind."

Not long afterward, Zhou Baiyu finally found this log of the mightiest old god on the ninety-fourth row of bookshelves.

Among the many logs of time-space travels, Zhou Baiyu saw this entry.

Zhou Baiyu is now pretty certain that the God of Difference and Chaos has indeed done something to the library.

"My aberrations do not show a rate of deviation, which means all my aberrations are on a fixed trajectory."

Zhou Baiyu looks to the not-so-distant place.

Little Book Tongue, diligently orbiting around the just-awoken "Source Realm Social Psychology."

Little Source evidently isn't much fond of Tongue, coldly staring at Zhou Baiyu who woke her.

Zhou Baiyu completely ignores the rage in Little Source's eyes:

"First, to gift books with a voice, then to bestow them with a soul."

"At this point, I stopped, but perhaps, can I go even further?"

Clearly, he could continue to aberrate.

No deviation rate indicates that the results of the aberrations are fixed, so aberrating to the very end might reveal the chance that the God of Difference and Chaos left behind.

But in the vast library, which book should he aberrate?

This question didn't trouble Zhou Baiyu for long.

"Since every book shows no deviation rate, then perhaps every book points to the same result?"

"Maybe our God of Fun is just waiting for someone to come after, an inheritor of his legacy."

Zhou Baiyu picked a book that looked fairly appealing from the science section opposite the history section, "Studies on Corruption, Volume Thirty-Three."

Clearly, in the later stages of the library, corruption had begun to appear in the Divine Realm.

The old gods and even the saints below were all trying to suppress corruption.

Zhou Baiyu first flipped through this book.

"The healthier the Holy Master is, the less noticeable is the corruption. When the Holy Master falls into slumber, corruption becomes active."

"Those scarlet eyes and tentacles are a manifestation of something known as the God of Corruption."

"According to the God of Knowledge and Wisdom, it is a disease. It is a disease that appears on the Holy Master, and this disease is called desire."

"But it's all speculation. The God of All Things and Life believes that if this disease continues to erode the Holy Master, there may come a day when the Holy Master could die, only it's unknown whether upon the Holy Master's death, the corruption will vanish as well, or will flourish unprecedentedly."

"We pray that the Holy Master may have eternal life, but it seems that while he can create an eternal world, he cannot make himself eternal."

"The great Holy Master is growing weaker, but as long as he lives, the corruption doesn't amount to much."

Zhou Baiyu then turned to Volume Thirty-Four, recorded by the God of Knowledge and Wisdom, most of the books in the library are in fact recorded by this sage; this is the general idea.

"The Saint Barn, inheritor of the God of All Things and Life, accidentally discovered some strange functions within corruption."

"He believed that corruption could bring forth the power of desire. As the inheritor of the God of All Things and Life, Barn's most powerful ability was to summon various mighty creatures."

"But Barn believed that summoning is always inconsistent; his relationship with the summoned beings is merely contractual. "

"Barn yearned for something more, a deeper resonance between himself and his summoned creatures."

"Thus, he willingly touched corruption, those worm-like things entered Barn's body, starting to corrode him, and the forbidden desires deep within Barn were revealed by the corruption."

"'I long to merge with the holy beasts. As a summoner, I believe my holy beasts and I should have a relationship like lovers, even... I can be more humble than them!' The crazed Barn began a new path of Beastwalking."

"He established... an unimaginable romantic relationship with his summoned creatures."

"And by using people's love for pets, he twisted it and gained his own power. This was an evil experiment. When Barn last met his Holy Master — the God of All Things and Life, he said the following words —"

"'Great God of All Things and Life, you will always be my master, the ultimate I strive after, but please also allow me my impertinence, to bring a new path for you and all future inheritors. I wish to call it... the Beastwalker's path.'

"'I admit, I have desecrated you, failed you. I will leave you, and I will always respect you, but one day I will try to stand at the same place as you, and that day may not be far away. I will stand on the same stage with you under the name of the God of Beast Love and Pet Affection.'"
