Transcendent Resurgence: Regressing on an abandoned Earth

Hi folks, thanks for reading and following the book so far :) (not going on hiatus btw so please read till the end lol). It's been almost a year since I made a separate chapter for the book two announcement.

Time flies. And you know what else did? Stats!

The followers on this fic have increased by almost 10 times, we're close to 400K views, and last but not least, I wrote over a thousand pages in this year and a half journey. I'm extremely grateful to those who have supported me on Patreon, to everyone who took the time to point out my mistakes and showed their support via ratings and reviews.

I've learned a lot in the past year and I've grown as an author as well. Although I didn't manage to get a contract from publishing houses, I'm still going to edit and rewrite the fic on my own and eventually publish it on Amazon. It's going to be a long and exciting Journey!

I've also created a Discord and I would appreciate any feedback you have about the story. The main core will remain the same, but it's going to be different from before as this'll be close to a rewrite rather than a simple edit. I'm unsatisfied with some aspects of the work so I'm going to fix them and improve other aspects as well. Not going to spoil anything but these are the general changes I'm going to make. What will be improved:

Fix misplaced words, improve grammar and style

Consistent and flashed out personality of characters

Add tones to dialogues, improve flow

Improve the execution of Jokes, puns etc so they don't clash with the earlier tone

Slow down pacing(Early chapters), expand worldbuilding, less repetition(I like conquest theme but a story needs some other elements as well. If we compare it to a game, the sanctuary will be main story with focus on kingdom building, earth plotline will be open world interstellar exploration and Streit bastion will be like raid dungeons)

Overhaul of the Litrpg aspect. Make numbers more consistent and more importantly,

relevant

. I've been too focused on 13 curses of the void and lore that the system and stats aren't as impactful as before. its a common litrpg problem tbh so ill make a better and clear cut system on how skills work, their calculation formulas, final damage etc (with numbers). Most of it is already there, just needs better execution.

New skills, new shop interfaces, new classes for important side characters

Worldbuilding via quests, improved methods for skill acquiring and their upgrades (with numbers!!!)

One of the good aspects of the story is that it doesn't have filler chapters. I'm not going to change it just to even out the pacing, so there'll be more enemies, fights, and lore to improve the storytelling
