At the moment, Aleshia was unsure how to get up from the floor. She lay sprawled on the ground, but she knew the witch hat would come to check on her in a few hours and would fix the mess. When the witch hat entered the room a few hours later, it was surprised to see Kailey sprawled on the ground. After a few moments, the hat used its magic to bring her back to the bed and continued to check on Kailey's condition as usual.

The witch hat appeared in the chamber at least once every few days to ask about Kailey's condition. Today was like any other. Aleshia responded with an emotionless face, as she still couldn't influence anything above the shoulders. "Kailey's condition has not changed." The hat drooped in apology. This had happened every time it came to check on Kailey. The hat left the room, but not before reminding Aleshia about the plans they made.
