This is just a hypothesis, but it wouldn't be possible that some development points from the game itself would be spread across the map and by collecting them not only does my character become stronger but the game itself becomes stronger as well.

Since at the beginning of the game the art was exceptional, much better than I expected from an Indie game (without wanting to offend the developers of these games, as many have great art and music), in this I want to say that the promotional arts used in other games here it was the art of the game itself, without a single frame less.

That was until I saw the NPCs that were basically asexual again, and realized that I couldn't do practically anything, clicking on animals made them disappear and nothing else, clicking on trees and bushes made them move a little and clicking on NPCs made them let go a crying emoji and my finger gets shocked.

But the atmosphere that the village created and the intentions that I could see among the NPCs caught me in a way that I didn't expect and before I knew it I had been playing for days and only stopped when my cell phone battery ran out or it forced me to take a break and not become completely sedentary.

Then, in the last few days, a lot of events happened and with each incident the game world seemed to improve more and more due to the things I did, the NPCs stopped being figures to be pixelated characters, most of them still faceless, but it was easier to make a "connection" with them like that, then came the devotees and fanatics who could then form a "connection" and now came the "special classes" that I can assign to NPCs who pass the tests.

None of these things are common in other games unless they undergo updates, or that wasn't the case with this one. That's why I thought there could be some components scattered around that would improve the game, like the additional feature of showing the status of NPCs. Something I can achieve now by purifying what was loot from a base defense event.

Why does this only appear if I purify this carcass?

I have no idea as always and as always, it's a game you can set whatever conditions you want to make it move forward in the most interesting way possible, and making it develop in this way is indeed interesting. But what's not interesting at all is that kind of thing.
