The vengeful God in another world is me?! Wasn't it just a game?!

Chapter 33: 32. Killing The Goblin Boss 2

'Uuuufff no joke, those seconds made me cold.'

I thought looking at the situation on the screen, the goblins passed the harvest field with one or the other managing to enter the barn and taking some of the food stored there, while the rest continued to fight. Now divided into two fronts they ended up in a stalemate, also with a little help from me.

The mounted goblin that had charged at the lancers did a good amount of damage, but strangely he didn't kill many himself. In comparison, the animal that the imp/goblin rode and sent as support killed as many as he could, including goblins. Considering which side was worse, I decided to focus more on him and leave the goblin and the boss to my believers, devotees and fanatics, and I punished both the animal and the goblin.

One strange thing was that the goblin didn't take as much damage as I expected, generally just -1 and 0 or -2 or 3 like the others, in comparison the hybrid creature took -7 to -10 with each click. Because of this and the fact that he has the highest HP of 180 I focused more on him while the lightning recharged, but thanks to that I ended up not noticing when the coldwon ended and I continued using punishment on the animal.

Well, I ended up getting caught for nothing and they both ended up doing more damage than I expected, but on the other hand I managed to finish off the creature with the help of the NPCs, but the goblin was still firm but not strong. As soon as I saw the notification warning that Matt was in critical condition, I immediately went to see how things were going and prepared the lightning.

I aimed when he was still a little far away from him and sent it, sending his HP straight to 50, as it was in what would possibly be about 23 seconds after the first lightning strike and his HP went from 95 to 75 and now to 50 in a few more seconds and the battle is winning. But like every game, as soon as the boss reaches less than half health he activates fury mode, and in this one it wasn't much different.

The imp/goblin screamed and was covered by a red-orange aura and two prop-ups appeared right above, increasing attack and increasing speed but decreasing defense. More chances of doing damage and more chances of my NPCs dying, it would be fair to release the punishment against him now but no, still the only things I can count on against the goblin boss are the reapago and the NPCs themselves.

Hang in there guys, just for about 21 more seconds now and we can probably win, until then dodge as much as you can!!!

'This is really bad!!'

Hannah thought, looking away from the earth and dust that the giant goblin was releasing. She was not a magician and did not dream of ever being able to see magic other than the closest being Sofi's medicines, but now she witnessed one extraordinary magical feat after another, even when it came from an enemy she could not deny the fact that be impressive.

The more the giant goblin screamed, the more energy it released and the more it grew, not simply getting bigger but becoming denser as it absorbed its own fat and seemed to gain muscle. Making it increasingly bigger at the top but smaller at the sides, in moments the figure of 1.90 increased to 2.10 and decreased at the sides from almost 3 meters to 1.5.

When his screams and the release of energy ended, in the place of the giant green goblin, there was now a mini reddish green mountain covered in bulging muscles with veins showing and drooling and growling. This sight seemed to frighten even the goblins as some tried to move away from the lancers as silently as possible, but he still heard them and turned his attention to them making them freeze in place.

One lancero brave enough endured the creature's gaze and even took out his last javelin from behind and threw it, being followed by at least two others who also threw their javelin in a more clumsy way. Obviously a javelin was heavier than an arrow so it was to be expected that if they hit the target they would be able to penetrate deeper even into a large enemy like the reddish goblin.

But no.

The javelins had the same effect, not only less the exact same effect that the arrows were giving before, being stopped in the first layers of the monster's skin. With a swing of his arm he threw the 3 javelins into the opposite wall with ease, but even though the bad attack had taken effect they still irritated him more and with another movement of his hand he sent another flying slash towards the lanceros.

With the distinct difference that this attack was not a simple impulse of wind in the form of a cut, it was a cut that broke the ground as it made its way towards the lanceros that in less than 2 seconds already reached them. And in an attempt to dodge they threw themselves anywhere they could, but that wasn't enough, as soon as the cut reached where they were it seemed to literally explode, sending a wave of energy and debris towards everyone, humans and goblins.

As much as she worried about others, she knew that now she would have to use every opportunity she had, and that's what she did as soon as the goblin lowered his sword, Hannah was already moving towards one of the creature's legs. Using all the strength she could use with one hand she made the thrust with the cut as deep as she could, luckily she was ambi right-handed and the sword that 'he' had sent was a kind of bastard sword that could be used with two or a hand.

As expected, the blow wasn't as deep as before but it caused more damage than the javelins, at least that's what she thought before the goblin counterattacked with a kick from the same leg that Hannah just attacked. Acting before thinking, Hannah positioned the sword diagonally with the blade facing both the monster's leg and the forearm of the hand that held the sword, painfully twisting the wrist.

The defense had an effect and even though she was sent through a door she still managed to open a deeper cut on the monster's leg.

Feeling the cut on his leg and worse, near the tendon the goblin roared even more angrily and went towards Hannah to finish her, but before he could take two steps he felt two stabs in his back, one dangerously close to the back of his leg. knee. Turning quickly, the goblin saw both the young human who irritated him before standing staggering with his weapon still vibrating from the arrow thrown and a little further back and to the left the other human who used the same type of weapon, already putting another arrow towards him to shoot.

Before he could do so, the goblin already made another cut that, just like with the lancers, as soon as it got close to the human it exploded, but the human was already quick to come from behind the hiding place behind the house and sent another arrow in his direction, but he was no longer there, but in front of the human with orange-brown hair. He arrived at his people and threw a strong punch upwards, causing the human to shoot into the air. He himself then jumped, as soon as he saw the other human preparing to shoot again, both to dodge more blows and to cause more damage when they both land.

At the highest point, the goblin caught the human by the base of the neck and stood in front of him, preventing the other from attacking again. When they fell, the human wrapped his legs around the monster's arm and kicked his face, making his brain rattle in his skull, forcing him to loosen his grip, allowing him to fall in a way that lessened the impact.

But the goblin still managed to hear a satisfying creaking coming from the human, before he reached the ground he threw his sword towards the trunk that supported the top of one of the houses, causing it to fall on top of the other human who was in prey. To avoid both the sword and the roof, he ended up dropping his weapon.

Standing up and making sure there would be no interruptions now, he grabbed the younger human by the neck and placed him in front of the other again before he retrieved his weapon. Now he could savor the sound of his screams and the taste of her blood without interruption.

Or it would have if a flaming glue hadn't come from far behind the older human and burned his entire right and forced his body back and open his arms for balance. Then, coming from the same place as the ball, one of the large sticks came as fast as the ball and hit the joint of his outstretched arm. Making him howl in pain and dropping his prey again.

"Now, sorry if I interrupted, friend." A voice he couldn't understand said in a visibly comfortable and even relaxed tone. "I hope you don't mind if we join in the fun." A man naked from the torso down wearing a sheet as if it were a skirt said approaching next to a blonde woman with green eyes and a very intricate wooden staff.

Sofi and the now revived Liam arrived to help finish off the goblins.
