The Unicorn's Forest

Chapter 18: Chapter 15 part 3

Beth sat in the tent with Hannah and Amelia. It was crowded with three of them in a two person tent, but they were managing. The rain was pelting the tent and it, at times, almost seemed like the rain was going to tear through the top of the tent. The only light they had in the tent was being supplied by Amelia's magic. The trick she'd first tried with creating glowing orbs were very useful when they didn't have any other sources of light. It also created an almost otherworldly atmosphere that almost made Beth feel like they were camping in Petals' forest.

The door to the tent was closed, given how the occupants wanted to keep in the inside as dry as they could. Even though Beth had figured out a few new tricks with her magic in the rain. She could create what seemed like a shield against the rain, where it would still fall, but act like there was a glass window between Beth and the rain. So, aside from the rain pounding on the tent, it felt like they could very well almost be in Petals' forest.

However, it was spotty and Beth knew she'd still need to work on it, but at the moment, she was more worried about Charlie. Everyone agreed she wasn't acting like herself. Maybe it was because they'd never seen her out in the mountains like this or maybe because Shirley and her friends were doing something to Charlie, or maybe it was something else altogether. The biggest concern for Beth at the moment was that they didn't know where Charlie was and it looked like Shirley was missing as well.

Rick, Cassie, Lily, and Nick weren't worried, which made Beth suspect they somehow knew this was going to happen. Which made Beth even more apprehensive, since she couldn't do anything at the moment. After all, she didn't know if Charlie really needed help right now or not and Beth didn't want to swoop in to save her if she didn't need saving.

"Relax Beth," Hannah said. "We'll find her in the morning."

Beth nodded absently, not really comforted.

"Unless you want to go find Charlie now, you can't do anything," Amelia commented. "Besides, it's not like you'd be able to find Charlie in this dark. I mean, how would you know which way to look?"

"Actually, I gave Charlie an old friendship bracelet I used briefly as a focus," Beth admitted. "I gave it to her because I don't trust Shirley and her friends."

"Why?" Amelia asked. "What reason would they have to try something?"

"Because I don't trust Heathcliff and I'm pretty sure Charlie doesn't either."

"What could they do out here?" Hannah asked, laying on her sleeping bag, her head next to Beth.

"I don't know, but I have a feeling Shirley is going to do whatever they had planned in this storm," Beth said, hugging her knees.

Amelia put her hand on Beth's shoulder. "If you feel that way, then you should get ready in case Charlie needs you to find her now."

Beth looked at Amelia, confused. "What do you mean?"

"She means that if you're ready to go out to help Charlie now, then if she calls for help or somehow lets you know she's in serious trouble, then you'll be able to head out right then rather than having to take the time to get ready," Hannah supplied, her tone indicating Beth should have known this herself.

Beth felt her face heat up in embarrassment. "Yeah, you're right. I'll put on my swimsuit so the rain won't be as much of a problem for me if it gets through my rain shield," Beth said, opening her pack to dig around for her bikini.

"You should come up with a better name for that," Amelia said. "'Rain shield' doesn't really sound that impressive."

"Yeah, it almost sounds like the shield is made out of rain," Hannah commented.

"Doesn't matter, I like the name, so unless you have a suggestion I like better, I'll keep calling what I like," Beth replied as she started to change, putting her clothing in her pack as she removed it.

"Should we come with you?" Amelia asked. "Just in case Charlie's injured or something else?"

Beth paused as she was putting on her bikini top. "I'll let you know," she said after thinking about it for a minute. "If I need you, I'll let you know. If it's not that big of a deal, I'll ask you to help walk me through how to use my magic to heal," Beth finally said, as she continued changing.

"What if the others are involved? What'll you do if they try to stop you?" Hannah asked.

Beth smiled. "We'll just have to distract them, won't we?"

"You mean Ralph?" Hannah asked, a grin starting to form on her face.

"Who else?" Beth said as she finished changing.

–Hey, Ralph? Got a minute?– Beth asked.

–Sure, we're just playing some games over here. What's up?– Ralph replied.

–Think you could keep them distracted if I need to go look for Charlie?– Beth asked as she sat back down.

–Sure, I don't think it'll be that difficult.–

–Thanks. If I do have to go look for Charlie, I'll let you know what her status is when I get to her.–

–I'd appreciate that and I'll let the others know whatever you tell me.– Ralph replied.

"So, now what?" Beth asked, not sure what else to do while they waited.

"I guess either you go look for her now or we just wait to see if Charlie calls for help," Amelia said.

Beth sighed. "Yeah, waiting was never my-" Beth started but stopped when she heard Charlie's frantic voice in her head.

–Beth, help!–

Beth immediately moved to the tent door and put up her rain shield as she used her magic to reach out to Ralph. –I'm going for Charlie. I'll let you know how she's doing when I get to her.–

–Got it, We'll make sure you have plenty of cover.– Ralph replied.

Beth smiled as she entered the rain, at least half of the rain going right through her shield. Whatever Ralph had in mind, she was confident that it would do the trick of keeping the others focused. Or at least Nick and Rick. Beth doubted that Cassie and Lily would be in there, but she also doubted those two would just wait out in the rain, especially with how dark it was.

Beth couldn't moved very quickly in the rain, not so much because of the wind or the rain itself, but because it was so dark. The sun had gone down at least an hour ago and the moon or stars couldn't pierce through the clouds, making it pretty much pitch black out there, especially since the rain kept them from being able to start a fire.

However, at least Beth knew she could maintain her direction in relation to Charlie. That would be plenty to get where she needed to be to help her best friend. The other details just meant it was going to take longer than she'd really like.

_

Charlie was shocked. Not so much that it was happening, but more that it was happening so fast. Shirley had removed her wet clothing and hung it up, but then she'd started removing her bra.

As Shirley started to hang it up, Charlie finally was able to unfreeze herself and do something. "Actually, we don't need to remove our underwear," Charlie said, hoping this would work. "We can still warm up with it on."

"Maybe, but it'll help us start to warm up faster," Shirley said, reaching for her panties.

Charlie reached out and took hold of Shirley's bra and let a drop of her magic coat the entire article of clothing while thinking of making the piece of clothing dry. It began to steam and in a few seconds it was dry. Then as Shirley paused while she witnessed that, Charlie touched Shirley's panties where they rested on her hip and did the same thing, with identical results.

Charlie then touched the underwear she was wearing, a piece at a time and dried those out. "See?" Charlie said. "There's no need to get naked."

Charlie hoped that this would be the end of that, but the look that Shirley gave her a sinking feeling in her stomach. "But if we don't, it'll be like you're telling me 'no,'" Shirley said.

Charlie wanted to reply, but suddenly it was like her throat closed up on her. She couldn't think of what was happening.

"Sit with me, Charlie," Shirley said. "We can talk about this."

Charlie sat next to Shirley on the ground, Shirley's sleeping bag. "What do you want to talk about?" Charlie asked, dreading what the older girl was going to say.

Shirley put her arm around Charlie, pulling her into a side hug. "Why do you have little girl's underwear on?" She asked, startling Charlie for a moment out of the thoughts she was having about what Shirley was going to do to her.

"What's wrong with it?" Charlie protested. "I like them."

"It's like your mom chooses your clothing for you," Shirley commented. Then, in a quiet voice, Charlie heard her say to herself, "This would be a lot easier if she didn't have little kid underwear on."

"My mom does," Charlie admitted quietly, looking down at her lap.

"You should tell her that you want adult underwear, Not underwear for little kids. I mean, you have panties with 'Friday' on them with a smiling cloud and your bra has colored butterflies all over it."

Charlie started to get up to move away. She really didn't like the tone of this conversation. However, as she started to move, Shirley said, "If you move away, I'll have to think you're saying no. And if you don't agree to what I ask, I'll only be able to think you're saying no."

What is that supposed to mean? Charlie asked herself, but suddenly found herself unable to move away. In fact, she found that she was moving back to sit where she had been.

Then to her horror, she could see out of the corner of her eye Shirley removing her panties. While she very much wanted to look away, she couldn't. It was almost like she wasn't in control of her body anymore.

Shirley then turned to Charlie and pulled Charlie onto her lap, her breasts pressing against Charlie's shoulders. Then as Charlie felt Shirley unhook her bra, and began to remove it slowly, she blurted, "So, how big are your girls?" she asked, while mentally berating herself for calling Shirley's breasts 'girls.'

Shirley laughed. "Actually, I'm a double d. How about you, short stuff?"

"I'm an a cup," Charlie said, not sure where she was going with this line of conversation herself.

Then as her bra was taken off, Shirley tossed it across the tent. "If you go down a band size, you could wear a b cup."

"I'm good," Charlie said, finding it hard to breathe as she felt Shirley's hands begin to grope her chest. "I'm fine with the underwear I have."

"You know, I think you'd look hot in a real woman's bra," Shirley said quietly, her mouth right next to Charlie's ear.

Charlie couldn't think of anything to say as she felt her body begin to respond to being touched while her mind rebelled at what she couldn't stop. No matter what she tried, her body wouldn't move away from Shirley or say anything to go against what Shirley clearly wanted, so her frantic mind reached out for whatever help she might be able to summon.

–Beth help!– she called out with her magic, not sure if even Beth would be able to show up in time to stop what she was getting more and more terrified was going to happen to her. Beth being the first person who came to mind that she felt could help somehow while she was keenly aware of where Shirley's hands were as well as the effect her hands were having on her entire body.

Then as she felt Shirley's hand slide between her legs over her panties, she suddenly realized there was a pressure in her chest that had been building, though she wasn't sure for how long. The more Shirley did something that Charlie didn't want or when Charlie tried to do something that Shirley had said would make her feel like she was saying 'no,' or even wanting to tell the older girl to stop, the more the pressure in her chest grew. Charlie then felt herself being turned a little on Shirley's lap, so her side was pressing against the older girl.

Shirley then shifted Charlie's head and pushed her into a kiss, their lips meeting, though Charlie felt like she couldn't move her head, no matter what she wanted aside from when Shirley moved it. She couldn't even do anything as Shirley put Charlie's hand on her breasts.

"Go ahead and give them a squeeze," Shirley whispered in a break of the kiss.

Charlie felt a tear start to flow down her cheek as she felt her hand begin to squeeze Shirley's breasts and grope them. Charlie was feeling like she was observing events through someone else's eyes while the pressure in her chest began to grow painful as it increased in size. Even as she felt Shirley's hand begin to slide under her panties, it was like she was paralyzed but with something other than fear, the pressure grew.

Then as she felt Shirley's hand slide under her panties and make contact with her most private place, the pressure erupted, rocketing Shirley away from Charlie. Charlie began to lose awareness of what was going on around her, as she began to curl up, her magic calling out for help from Beth. Her mind not able to do anything to erase what had happened. She felt herself curl up into a fetal position while she waited for Beth to arrive, vaguely aware she was floating above the ground.
