The temptation behind gentleness

Under everyone's gaze, He Ming had a brief one-minute, during which he downed a bottle of wine in one go.

He had clearly underestimated the alcohol content and intensity of these aged white wines.

You get what you pay for.

After one bottle, his stomach was scorching hot, and his face turned incredibly red.

Yet, unwilling to show weakness, he could only feign nonchalance, holding up the wine bottle high.

He said with smug satisfaction,

"This is nothing, just a trifle."

"Young man, it's your turn,"

The surrounding people looked at He Ming with astonishment.

To guzzle a bottle of strong white wine and still appear so at ease was indeed remarkable.

Yet Su Fan, as a doctor with divine insight, had already spotted He Ming's flaw.

Tough on the outside but hollow on the inside.

Su Fan didn't speak; he just smiled faintly and picked up a bottle of wine himself, and under everyone's watchful eyes, he began to drink.

"I'm done,"

A moment later, Su Fan inverted the bottle, clean and empty.

Cleary, He Ming's face was somewhat red while Su Fan remained as usual, showing no signs of having drunk any alcohol.
