"Damn, my head hurts" Flynn said getting up
"Gee, did I sleep on the floor, wow I must've been tired" He said rubbing his head
"And where is Caden, he never came in" Flynn said opening the guest bed room's door
"Must be out visiting different cities" Flynn said walking to the kitchen
Flynn turned on the sink and washed his hands

"oh sh- Uhh What the heck is going on" Flynn said running to get towels
The water in the faucet immediately flew out of the sink when Flynn washed his hands
Flynn taped the towels and quickly got tools
Ring Ring
"Hello" Alder said
"Hey, Alder uhm, I'm sorry but I won't be able to make it, uhm my sink broke and I gotta fix it, before my dad gets home" Flynn said
"Yeah that sounds terrible, you'd better get that fixed, man" Alder said
"Sorry, Sir I'll make it tomorrow" Flynn said
"No problem kid, everyone has unexpected twists and turns every now and then" Alder said
"I'll tell the guys when they get here" He said
"Yawwwwwn" August stretched his arms and got out of bed
"I don't wanna be late again" He said
He walked to the bathroom and brushed his teeth
"I gotta wash some clothes today" He said taking his bathroom trash out
"Let's see" He grabbed the detergent
"Seriously" He said looking in the bottle
"Guess I gotta pick some up after training" He said throwing the bottle
"This is tiring" He said putting on a pair of shorts
"Why is Alder making me show up for this training and work" Rai said getting in his car
"Damn it's hot, the hell is the degrees" He said drinking water
"Woah what's all this, Issra?" Rai said
"Why was Issra calling me" Rai said going through the voicemails
"Alright guess I can't show up for training today" Rai said
"Yo, Alder" Rai said
"Rai, wow you're the second one who has called me, what you can't come in either" Alder said smirking
"Uh, how'd you guess" Rai said
"What, what the hell are you boys avoiding training" Alder said
"No, someone else called" Rai said
"Yeah, Flynn his sink broke, what's your deal" Alder said
"Well, my sister has been calling me yesterday since night time, I was sleeping, I'm gonna see what's up with her" Rai said
"I see, so that only leaves, August" Alder said
"Good luck with that" Rai said laughing
Ring Ring
"Hello" August said
"Hey, son I'm at the convention and I just got offered another job, I'll be traveling and going remote" Nicholas said
"That's awesome dad" August said
"Are you going to accept it" He asked
"See it's amazing the pay, and everything, but I don't want to, I'll always be away from you son" He said
"Dad you were away my entire life, plus it's not like you'll be gone everyday" August said
"Alright son, you encouraged me and I'm going to do it" He said happily
"Well, congratulations dad" August said
"Where's your mom" Nicholas asked
"She's in Germany" August said
"No way she left you all alone" Nicholas asked
"Dad I wanted to be, Germany is boring, I've been there a hundred times" He said
"Well as long as you're keeping up every thing son you should, be fine, you're a man now, I guess it is time you have some responsibilities" Nicholas said
"Yeah dad, thanks congratulations again" August said parking the car
"Bye son"
"Bye dad" August hung up the phone and walked in the building
"Wassup, Alder where's Flynn and Rai" August asked
"Oh Flynn's sink broke and Rai's sister has something going on, so it's just you" Alder said hitting August's back
"As you already know we need to work on your timing" He said surprising August
"Ooof, man you gotta stop doing that" August said falling over
"You gotta start paying attention, when you are fighting someone who wants you dead, there's no time for waiting" Alder said
"You gotta be able to have a quick response time and delivery" Alder said
"The best attack is by surprise" Alder said
"Though we can work on your attacks later, your response time is important" He said
"Well teach me, you're the teacher" August said frustrated
"You're right, I am the teacher but I'm also not you" Alder said
"What the hell is that supposed to mean" August said
"Just figure out what works for you, August, what you feel comfortable with" Alder said
"Alright I'll focus on what I think is comfortable and maybe I can"

"It's been what 2 hours, well since the boys aren't here, I'll let you go" Alder said
"Thanks man" August said grabbing his bag
"Oh, wait, August how's your mom doing" Alder said
"She's doing really, well, she's currently in Germany I opted out, too boring, now I kinda regret it though" August said
"Oh, that is nice to hear, about your mom, not you regretting staying of course, have a nice day, August" Alder said laughing
"I miss her a lot" August said putting his hands on his face
"Your mom, she'll be back" Alder sais
"Noo, not my mom" August said
"Woahh, this is about a girl, isn't it, is it Elysia" Alder said removing August's hands
"Yes, I miss her, don't tell the guys I said that, don't do that, it's just she always is a light when I'm feeling down, just looking at her smiling face, makes me proud" August said smiling

"But my advice would be to not let it control you, your emotions for us, you know for some men my age, even young men, like you, well some of their weaknesses can he things like alcohol, gambling, but even humans, preferably women" Alder said
"Oh, come on Alder don't give me this talk" August said scowling and looking away
"No, August I'm serious, you know I had a friend, coolest guy you could ever meet, he was just joining the army" Alder said
"They have strict deadlines for things, and he was supposed to he in this particular night at 9 pm, but young men you know you guys want to stay out" Alder said
"And he stayed out till 5 am, he met a young lady, he thought she was so valuable that he didn't care what happened to him, he just wanted to be by this girl, no matter what" Alder said
"And of course he got kicked out the army" Alder said
"Over a girl?" August asked
"Over a girl" Alder responded
"Damn, I don't want my life to end like that" August said
"Yeah, and you should also be kind to her too" Alder said
"But here's the thing though, we actually did do something" August said
"You mean you guys
"No, we sort of like hugged each other, I have to admit I only did that because I thought she'd fuck me, uhh excuse my language, have sex with me" August said
"Alright, well this is a conversation that you should have with your father" Alder said
"But I'll tell you this, you should not try and hang out with a young lady, just to get her in your bed, you should be willing to hang with her because you love her" Alder said
"But it's because I love her that I want to do everything with her" August said
"Alright, August you know what to do, you're a big boy now" Alder said patting August on the back and leaving

"And he just got up and left" Issra said beginning to cry again
"Wow, I'm sorry, Iss" Rai said holding a tissue box out
"Damn I missed training for this" Rai said under his breath
"I don't understand, Issra this is like the 20th guy that you have broken up with, why are you so distraught over this guy, he's nothing special" Rai said
"He was tall, and strong and he was adorable at times, he carried me to my car when it rained, gave me rides and surprise dates and PAYED FOR EVERYTHING, AHHHHHHHH" Issra screamed and through the tissue box
"What the" Rai sat up in his chair
"Do you need money heading back to Washington" Rai said getting his wallet out
"I have money, Rai why are little brothers so stupid, you're literally 20 something, she yelled, are you trying to get me out of here, Rai is that it, am I too much" She yelled
"Listen, Issra I didn't even know who that guy was, but I'm not going to sit here and be berated by you, just because that man left you" Rai said getting up
"Why did you even call me over, do you just need someone to yell at, or something" Rai said
"LEAVE!!!! Get OUT, RAI I DON'T WANT YOU IN HERE ANYMORE, GET OUT YOU LITTLE PIECE OF- Rai slammed the door and took his phone out
"How the hell do you call someone over to yell at them" Rai said
Ring Ring
"Rai, baby what are you calling me for" Rai's mom asked
"Can you send a plane ticket for, Issra" Rai said
"Issra is in Connorida" Rai's mom asked
"Yeah, I was surprised too, she called me over because her boyfriend broke up with her" Rai said
"I'm worried about her, is all" Rai said
"Well alright, you have always been a good baby brother, to your siblings, I'm proud to have you, Rai" Rai's mom said
"Yeah thanks mom, I gotta go" Rai said hanging up the phone
"Nerve of these people" Rai said starting his car
"Time is it, I'll stop by McDonalds, get a fry maybe" Rai said
"I gotta clean and get more bread, I'm almost out" Rai said thinking about a burger

Rai swerved off of the road, into the grass and immediately got out of the car
"Hey hey, stop" Rai halted the other cars to go around
A child was playing in the road
"Little kid, where are your parents" Rai said grabbing the boy
"Do you have a number, phone, are you ok" He said taking the child with him
"I'm fine, I was playing with this" The boy said taking out a shiny ball
"Where'd you get this from" Rai said grabbing it and quickly examining it
"I found it in a hole in the grass, over there" The boy said pointing
"Right there" Rai said pointing
"No, follow me" The boy said
"Well, if this kid leads me into an ambush, I am equipped to handle this situation" Rai said to himself
"In there" The boy said at the entrance of the forest
"What's your name, little boy" Rai asked
"My name is Ellis, I have a little sister named Ellie, mommy disappeared with her" The boy said
"What do you mean, she left" Rai said
"I don't know" The boy said
"Come on, we're not going in that forest" Rai said looking around
"Do you like ice cream" Rai asked
"My mommy told me not to talk to strangers, and never accept offers" Ellis said
"Well that's true, but your mommy is also not around, and I'm not a stranger, well I am but I'm not" Rai said
"You seem trustworthy" the boy said hugging Rai
"And One ice cream" Rai said

"And here's your ice cream" Rai said giving the boy his ice cream
"Thank you" Ellis said kicking his feet and licking it
"Look at that car" Ellis said looking out of the McDonald's window
"Eat your Happy meal, first, Ellis" Rai said

"Let me take this, stay here, Ellis" Rai said
"Yo, you still at your sister's place" August said
"Nah, I'm gone, actually I'm watching a kid I found playing in the road, mom dad no where in sight, I don't know what to do" Rai said
"Turn him in at lost and found" August said
"How the hell did you get accepted into college" Rai said
"I gotta get back I don't want to be gone too long or this boy might go off" Rai said
"Alright see ya" August said
"Alright, are you done eating your meal, Ellis, Ellis??? Ellis??
"How the hell does this kid manage to run off like this" Rai said looking around
"Excuse have you seen a boy about this tall, red and black shoes" Rai said to a couple
"I'm loo- Hey HEY HEY, HEY YOU GET BACK HERE" Rai said looking out the window and running out to a man who was taking Ellis
Rai tackled the man,
"ELLIS RUN" Rai said putting the man in a headlock
The boy stood and watched
"Ellis Run!!! Why aren't you running" Rai said confused
The man pushed Rai off of him
"Ooof" Rai said
"This is my daddy" Ellis said
"Oh, I'm I'm sorry, Sir" Rai said
"Actually I'm not sorry, your child was playing in the road" Rai said
"That's because his damn mom was watching him, I'm taking Ellis and going" The man said
"But daddy, my happy meal and ice cream" The boy said beginning to cry
"I'll get it for you" Rai said
Rai ran in and ran out
"Here you go El- Ellis? " Rai said confused
"Why do people have kids just to hate them" Rai said sadly drinking his soda
"Kid forgot his little toy too, sort of an odd toy, looks metallic-y and heavy" Rai said playing with it
