Chapter 610: I Want Revenge
"Haozi, what do you plan to do?" the Northeast Tiger asked.
"I don't know now." Song Hao shook his head, saying, "But I definitely cannot tolerate this indignation."
"I have already told you," the Northeast Tiger began, "He made you endure a pain that a man cannot bear, so you should make him endure the pain he cannot bear."
"Mr. Hu means…" Song Hao was slightly stunned, saying, "Have me kill his mother?"
"Exactly." The Northeast Tiger nodded, saying, "Everyone at Changlin Factory knows that Lin Chuan is a devoted son. You also know what happened with Long Wu before, how did Lin Chuan treat him? He even broke one of Long Wu's arms, which shows how deeply respectful Lin Chuan is towards his mother."
"But if Lin Chuan finds out, it's bound to be a matter of life and death," Song Hao hurriedly said.
"Then do it without leaving any clue," the Northeast Tiger scoffed, "Let him be unable to find the object of his vengeance, and feel even more pain."
"Hmm." Song Hao nodded, saying, "Mr. Hu, what should I do?"
"Find a few brothers and kidnap her secretly," laughed the Northeast Tiger, "Find a place, kill her, then dump the body in East River. Heh heh… let him not even find the corpse."
Although Song Hao did not agree immediately, from his eyes and expression, it was evident that he had somewhat accepted the idea.
Song Hao narrowed his eyes, a sinister smile appearing on his lips.
"What do you think?" the Northeast Tiger asked.
"I... I need to think it over!" Song Hao hesitated.
"Alright." The Northeast Tiger nodded, saying, "However, I want to warn you, those who want to achieve great things must be decisive and cannot hesitate."
"Hmm!" Song Hao nodded.
"If you decide to go through with it, I'll send a few brothers to support you," the Northeast Tiger said.
"Thank you, Mr. Hu." Song Hao nodded.
Leaving from Qinghua Pool, Chen Jianjun kept praising how great it is to be a man, not only can one enjoy different women every day, but also indulge in a variety of ways. The more excited Chen Jianjun spoke, the more suffocated Song Hao felt inside. Never would he have thought that after experiencing this incident, he would become impotent. He couldn't believe it, at such a young age, to be afflicted with such a condition was simply unacceptable to him.
"Haozi, how do you feel?" Chen Jianjun smiled.
"Great," Song Hao nodded.
"Heh, heh…" Chen Jianjun grinned, "That's good, man, without this little pleasure, I feel like I wouldn't even have the courage to continue living…"
Chen Jianjun's words felt like needles stabbing into his heart, causing him unbearable pain and agony.
After dropping Song Hao off at home, Chen Jianjun drove away.
"Mr. Hu, I guess this kid will likely agree," Chen Jianjun held his phone, laughing. "So, our plan will soon succeed."
"That's good," the Northeast Tiger nodded, saying, "Try to make the kid act sooner."
"Don't worry, I'll talk to him again tomorrow, he will definitely agree," Chen Jianjun chuckled.
Song Hao returned home, drank a lot of alcohol, and thought a lot. At this critical moment, he tried to numb himself with alcohol, but he found he was wrong, terribly wrong that alcohol could not numb him. Instead, it made his consciousness even clearer, his mind constantly echoing that scenario, no matter how hard the girl tried to stir him, he remained as impotent as a castrated dog.
This pain, for any man, is fatal. The harshest insult to throw at a man is not "fuck your ancestors," but "you're impotent, you're a eunuch…" Now, Song Hao felt this piercing pain of his masculine dignity, experiencing a profound, silent agony.
"What should I do?"
Song Hao was in great pain, and he was very sad. He drank a lot of alcohol, which only incapacitated his body, but did not numb his consciousness. As the alcohol's effects wore off, he felt his consciousness grow even clearer.
After a long time, Song Hao picked up his phone, dialing a familiar number.
"Haozi, what's up this late?" came the deep voice of the Northeast Tiger.
"Mr. Hu!" Song Hao spoke up, "I've thought it through, I want revenge!"
"Hahaha..." The Northeast Tiger laughed heartily and said, "You've finally figured it out, which shows you've made a man's decision. Since you've thought it through, I will send a few brothers to assist you. Let's get you your revenge quickly and let you see Lin Chuan's pain with your own eyes."
"Hmm!" Song Hao nodded.
After hanging up the phone, Song Hao felt much more relaxed, and his consciousness finally began to blur. Soon, he fell into a heavy sleep. Song Hao felt incredibly comfortable, as if he were lying on cotton or even in his mother's embrace. That childhood warmth gave him a long-lost feeling.
......
At the Sanitation Bureau, the workers had finished their day's work early. They started working at 4 a.m., sweeping the streets, and worked until 4 p.m., a total of twelve grueling hours. However, the leaders of the Sanitation Bureau frequently bossed these sanitation workers around, never treating them like human beings, always like pigs or dogs.
Mrs. Lin, as usual, changed out of her sanitation worker's uniform after work and into clean, neat clothes to go to the market. Nuo Xiaoxi would be reporting to Jiang Province University in a month, so Mrs. Lin planned to use this month to nourish her daughter, who, though beautiful, always seemed frail in her eyes, as if a gust of wind could knock her over.
She spent sixteen yuan on beef at the market, bought some celery, a fish head for soup, and some fresh vegetables. After all the shopping, she had spent over fifty yuan. These days, prices were rising, but salaries had never increased.
With a monthly salary of two thousand yuan, it was just enough for a family of three to get by for the month.
Mrs. Lin never asked Lin Chuan for any money. Although she knew her son was earning now, she never asked. She always used her own money for expenses. Her son's money was his own, earned by him for his own use. He could save it for getting married and having children later.
After buying groceries, Mrs. Lin took the bus back to Changlin Factory.
The factory's bus stop wasn't exactly at the factory gates but at the intersection of Huai Mountain South Road, about two hundred meters away from her home. Grocery shopping, taking the bus… time had flown, and it was already 5:30 p.m., the usual time she got home.
Once off the bus, Mrs. Lin walked slowly towards the factory gates.
At an intersection about twenty meters away, a silver Jinbei van was parked with two tattooed, bare-chested men standing behind it, each with a cigarette in his mouth, spotting Mrs. Lin approaching from afar.
"Here she comes," said the crew-cut man.
"Hmm!" The other man nodded, his expression grim. He threw his cigarette butt on the ground and stomped on it with his foot.
The crew-cut man slid open the van door. The other man walked slowly towards Mrs. Lin.
Mrs. Lin, with a smile on her face, glanced at the groceries in her hand, satisfied with the evening's provisions, wondering if her son would come home for dinner. After thinking it over, she decided to call her son, this rascal, who hadn't been home for meals in days. Mrs. Lin felt she had almost not seen her son in a week, besides noticing a pair of shoes at the door every morning; she hardly ever saw him.
Their schedules were nearly opposite. Mrs. Lin had to leave the house early every day, while Lin Chuan would not wake up until eight or nine in the morning to start his work. Mrs. Lin was off work by four in the afternoon and asleep by eight or nine in the evening, while Lin Chuan wouldn't return home before eleven at night. Plus, Lin Chuan rarely ate dinner at home, so the two barely encountered each other, mostly just Mrs. Lin and Nuo Xiaoxi eating at home.
Though only the two of them, it was much better than being alone as before.
Sensing two unfriendly gazes ahead, Mrs. Lin deliberately bypassed the two men, walking past the side of the van. Unexpectedly, the tattooed man rushed up in a flash, hooking one arm around Mrs. Lin's neck and covering her mouth with his other hand, quickly pushing her into the already-opened van door.
Bang...
The crew-cut man quickly shut the van door and sped away.
The two men's method of abducting was highly skilled and swift. The entire action took less than thirty seconds, and a living person just disappeared from the spot.
A fruit vendor across the street stared blankly at the place, clearly having seen a middle-aged woman carrying groceries just moment replacement. How could she suddenly disappear from the spot? He looked astonished, dumbfounded.
"Strange, where did she go?" The man said in astonishment, "I just saw a living person, how could she suddenly disappear?"
No one would notice, on the nearby lawn, a few white plastic bags were left behind, inside which were the groceries Mrs. Lin had just bought today.
......
By seven in the evening.
Nuo Xiaoxi was anxiously waiting at home, but even after more than an hour, Mrs. Lin had not returned. She had called earlier to say she would be off work early to buy groceries, so why hadn't she shown up yet? If it weren't for Mrs. Lin's call about leaving work early and going grocery shopping herself, Nuo Xiaoxi would have gone to the market. But after waiting so long, there was still no sign of Mrs. Lin at home.
Nuo Xiaoxi was getting anxious, worrying that something might have happened to Mrs. Lin on the way. After all, she was elderly, and in today's indifferent society, there were frequent reports on TV of elderly people falling without anyone helping. If Mrs. Lin had fallen…
