The Return of the Grim Reaper

LENA'S POV

This is bad. If Erick came only to fight Raizor, we'll be in big trouble since the others will know he's THE REAPER.

But I don't understand why he's after him. I thought he was only interested in capturing or killing me. So why did he come to attack him? I don't understand what's happening.

Moreover, the army plane will come for us any minute now. Raizor, what are you going to do?

All I hope for is that Raizor doesn't get hurt. That's all I ask, please don't die, I beg you.

3RD PERSON POV

"Erick, why don't you leave me alone?" Raizor says to Erick as he assumes a fighting stance.

"I'd like to tell you, but there are people who I don't think should know," Erick says, glancing at the others, but suddenly a shot grazes his head.

"A fight between former comrades. Would you let me join?" asks a voice from the bushes behind Erick.

Erick and Raizor's faces changed to one of surprise after seeing who the person speaking was.

"I thought you were dead," Erick said, seeing the person.

"Well, this is surprising. How are you alive, John?" Raizor said, leaving Lena and the others surprised since they also knew this person.

"Wait a moment, you're John. It can't be," Lena said, surprising Raizor, but he didn't say anything since it wasn't the time to talk.

"It's been a while, Miss Lena," John said, looking at her, but then he fixed his gaze on Raizor and Erick.

They stared at each other for a few seconds until all three started fighting, something that surprised the others except Lena, who already knew that would happen.

It was consecutive attacks that Raizor received since both Erick and John knew they would have to knock him out first to fight each other.

"Lena, look up," Jack tells Lena, causing her to look up and see the army plane coming to pick them up, but Raizor hadn't seen it.

"You guys go," Lena told her friends, surprising them.

After Lena said that, they started telling her to go, which began to annoy her, but what made her angry was something Euphi said.

"Why do you care so much about Raizor? Since we've been on this mission, you haven't stopped thinking about him. After all, he's just a—" Euphi couldn't finish her sentence as Lena slapped her, leaving Emma and Jack surprised since they had never seen her react like that.

"Euphi, shut your mouth. You want to know why? Fine, then listen. I'm in love with Raizor, and besides, I owe him a lot, even my life," Lena tells Euphi, surprising her since she's known her for a long time and never saw her act like this.

"Well, did you hear that, Raizor?" John says to Raizor, who, beneath his mask, was blushing at Lena's words.

"You know, my patience is wearing thin," Raizor tells Erick and John, who felt his magical power rise.

"Affinity with the element of darkness: Eternal darkness lightning attack," Raizor said after joining his hands, causing a dark lightning bolt to shoot out and hit Erick and John.

Both Erick and John were intact, surprising the others, but a few seconds later, the two of them spat blood and fell to the ground.

"I see you're still as strong, Captain," John says as he gets up, but he couldn't fight.

"Couldn't agree more. You almost killed us, Raizor," Erick says, who also could barely stand up, but they couldn't fight anymore.

"Okay, can someone tell us what the hell is going on here?" Jack asks, although the others also wanted to know what was happening.

"In reality, this was a test for you all, although Erick went a bit too far in attacking Lena," Raizor said, leaving everyone surprised, especially Lena.

"Hey, you asked me to do it after dealing with the real killer," Erick tells Raizor as he crosses his arms.

"Raizor, what is all this?" Lena asks as she looks at him seriously.

"In short, I wanted to see how strong your friends were, so I asked the principal Sara to let me go with you on your first mission, and the truth is, you all did pretty well," Raizor replies, smiling, leaving most of them surprised.

"Well, sorry to interrupt, Captain, but we have company," John tells Raizor, pointing to the soldiers and guards coming.

"We'll continue this conversation later. For now, go to the plane," Raizor tells Lena and her friends.

"But what about you guys? What are you going to do?" Lena asks as she grabs the sleeve of Raizor's suit, making him stop and see how worried she was about him.

"How sweet she is, damn it," Raizor says in his mind as he looks at her, but then he just smiles and puts his hand on Lena's head, making her raise her head and look him in the eyes.

"Don't worry about us. After all, we're the team of death spies," Raizor tells Lena, making her surprised as she finally understood why he asked her that favor.

After that, Lena went with the others, but she told the pilot to wait for them, which he already knew since he always knew Raizor's plan.

After almost twenty years, the most dangerous spy team in the world returned, only now Erick and John would have to attend the same academy as Raizor to avoid arousing suspicion. But one thing is for sure, from today onwards, the team of death spies is back in action.
