"There are so many worlds, can your Bodhisattva convert them all? If everything relied on the Bodhisattva, then where did the first Buddha in Brahma Realm come from? It's better to rely on oneself than on a Buddha to get across." Li Yi said, realizing something, he continued, "So, Master Yulian wants to convert me, a demon, to achieve consummation, cross the last barrier, attain Bodhi, and achieve a Bodhisattva fruit status?"

Yulian, with palms joined, said, "Buddha and demon are just a thought apart, it depends on the layman's choice, I'm just unwilling to see you stray onto the Demon Path, that's why I sacrifice myself to cross you, that's it."
