Chapter 103: Magic Scrolls
Heinald spent the next few weeks trying to heal the internal injuries caused by his ordeal and calming his Spiritual Surges. In the process, he got rid of the side effects of the very harmful materials he used to initiate mutations.
"I'd better go talk to that skeleton again." Heinald could now use Dark Energy, but he couldn't because he didn't know the basics.
While being trained by his grandfather, he had learned the basics of the elements. Thanks to this, he had no trouble understanding the basic of the elements.
However, he had no knowledge of the basics and transformation of Dark Energy.
Since that skeleton was the only person he knew who was interested in Dark Magic, he naturally decided to go for it.
A-fter a quick travel, he arrived in front of the skeleton's house.
*Crack* With Heinald's hand, the wooden door shattered into pieces.
When he stepped into the corridor, he saw a thin man. His skin was very pale. His hair was sparse and long. An Apprentice Ainsar's energy waves were emanating from him.
"M-My Lord!" Seeing Heinald, he immediately bowed and greeted him.
"Did he have a body?" Heinald asked himself. He had naturally realized who this skinny man was.
It was none other than that damned skeleton.
Heinald said, "You've managed to get a body, but it seems like it has come at a cost."
"Y-Yes my lord."
Heinald shook his head and said, "I have some questions I want to ask you."
"Please ask, my lord."
"Where can I get resources that provide information about Dark Energy basics and Dark Energy transformation theories?" Heinald asked.
"I own a few books that give information about Dark Energy Fundamentals. However, the leader of the sect that I am a member of has the resources that contain theoretical information about Dark Energy transformation."
"Your sect?" Heinald's brows furrowed.
"I am a member of the Uldem Sect. People who are interested in Dark Magic like me join this sect. As Ainsars who practice Dark Magic are not tolerated in society, our sect's headquarters is far from cities.
"Who is your sect leader?" Heinald asked.
"Our sect leader is a Level 2 Ainsar, Kiel Vols."
Heinald chuckled lightly and said, "Show me where your headquarters is on the map!"
"As you command, my lord!"
Heinald soon emerged from the skeleton's house expressionless.
He was supposed to travel to the Danfall Plains, located on the southern border of the Neuor Theocracy. The headquarters of the Uldem Sect was on a hill in those plains.
He hurried to Albin and made great efforts to obtain permission for his journey. He had to go on a long journey after all, and he couldn't say for sure when he'd be back. Finally, he was able to get permission in exchange for helping Albin brew the potion every day for a month, when he returned.
After Heinald got permission, he took the Revakender with him and started his long journey. If the Spirit Companion wasn't with him, he would prefer to travel in an airship, but in the current situation he didn't have such a chance.
No one would let a dragon into the Airship.
So Heinald decided to travel in a horse carriage. The journey in the horse carriage would take a long time, but he would be able to both hide the Revakender and deal with a subject that had been in the back of his mind for a while while traveling.
Heinald took one of Albin's large horse carriages and hid the Revakender behind him. This horse carriage was pulled by four strong genetically modified horses, so even if their speed was n't as fast as his running, it would n't be bad at all.

"It's finally done!" Heinald was looking excitedly at the scroll in his hand. Various seals and symbols were engraved on this scroll, the Elemental Energy emanating from it was very dense. It was a Magic Scroll and contained the power of a spell.
Heinald had managed to engrave his magic called Divine Chaos into this scroll. When he sent a small amount of Magic Energy to this scroll in a combat situation, he could instantly use his magic called Divine Chaos because he had already used the Magic Energy required for the spell while building seals.
This Magic Scroll technique was known among the Ainsar as a very high level of magic art. He had learned of its existence long ago in a book he had read, and he had to gather a lot of information resources to make a Magic Scroll.
Since he had read all the books in Albin Redsand's library, his knowledge had greatly increased. In the end, he used the information he gathered to study well and achieved a good result.
Heinald had been traveling for over a month and had spent that time crafting Magic Scroll. He had entered into Danfall Plains a few days ago. He was heading towards his final destination, Ruined Hill.
Since the beginning of the journey, the carriage had only stopped when the Revakender was hunting for prey. The journey continued when the baby dragon found some prey and ate it. This baby dragon was always hungry and always wanted something to eat.
Heinald had stored hundreds of pounds of meat for him in the dimensional pocket of his robe before he set off on the journey, but it was all gone in a few days. So the baby dragon had to find its own food and flew over the wide plains for hunting, sometimes for hours.
After two days' journey across the plains, he finally reached Ruined Hill. There was a small castle at the top of the hill. He followed the path leading up the hill. When he came to the front of the castle, he saw two Apprentice Ainsar waiting in front of the castle's great gate.
The two Apprentice Ainsar bowed in fear when they realized that he was a Level 2 Ainsar.
"Please allow us to assist you, Lord Ainsar!"
"If I'm not mistaken, this must be the Ulden Sect's headquarters, right?" Heinald took a glance around.
At that moment, the huge gates of the castle opened and a rather old man came out. This old man had many wrinkles on his face and had no hair. He had a slight hump and carried a chain in his right hand that radiated intense Dark Energy. The energy emanating from him showed that he was a Level 2 Ainsar.
"I haven't seen a Level 2 Ainsar with Dark Energy in this land in a long time." A strange smile appeared on the old man's face.
Heinald gave a nod to Ainar in front of him, "Kiel Vols?"
Elder Ainar nodded, "I am…and you?"
"My name is Heinald. I'm here to talk to you about an important matter."
"Please come inside!" Kiel Vols invited him inside the castle.
While walking inside the castle, Heinald saw several Level 1 Ainsars and dozens of Apprentice Ainsars. The castle was made entirely of Kostruvn Stone. Therefore, although the inside and outside of the castle looked very ordinary, its solidity was definitely not ordinary.
Kiel Vols looked at Heinald, who was walking beside him, and said, "I will order the servants to prepare a feast for you. In the meantime, we can talk freely in the hall."
"I'm grateful!" Heinald gave a light nod.
"What is it you want to talk to me about?" Kiel Vols asked when they got to the living room where there were comfortable and big armchairs. Meanwhile, the servants immediately served them wine.
Heinald said, "I need resources that provide information on Dark Energy basics and Dark Energy transformation theories."
Kiel Vols nodded lightly, "And what will you offer in return?"
Heinald said, "Arkana Stones or potions."
Kiel Vols' eyebrows rose slightly, "Can you be a Potions Master?"
Heinald smiled faintly and nodded.
After a short bargain, Heinald gave him 120,000 Arcana Stones and obtained copies of several books containing information on Dark Energy basics and Dark Energy transformation theories.
Both sides were quite satisfied with this trade. In the following hours, the two of them sat at the feast, and during this time, they opened various topics and tried to gain some inferences about each other. Kiel was particularly interested in Revakender and admired him.
"Have you ever heard of the Shadow Island Ruins?" Kiel Vols asked.
"No." Heinald shook his head.
"Shadow Island Ruins is the place where the remains of an ancient sect are hidden. However, no one wants to go there because it is a very dangerous place. Soon we will gather with people from various kingdoms who are interested in Dark Magic and organized an expedition there. The place where the remnants are hidden is still undiscovered, very valuable resources can be obtained if discovered. It is assumed that important information can be obtained about Dark Magic and Dark Energy as it is a sect from ancient times. Would you consider coming as my ally?"
Kiel Vols quickly realized the potential of the youth in front of him. His age was quite young and he was a Potions Master. Moreover, he had somehow managed to obtain Dark Energy. He would feel much safer in the Shadow Isle Ruins if he had an ally like him by his side.
"Remnants from ancient times?" Heinald's eyes lit up.
He was quite confident in his own strength, especially after becoming a Level 2 Ainsar. There were many spells he knew, and as a potion master himself, he had many potions. That's why he decided to consider this offer. But he still wouldn't just accept it without knowing the details, after all, recklessness always brought trouble.
