The lord of life and death

Rain opens his eyes and finds he has used all the resources before him, and it is still dark outside. He slowly gets out of the tent and stretches his body. Rain starts walking toward the camp's gate with a spring in his step. He is happy because he does not have to refine his bones. The weight training had sufficiently strengthened the outer part of the bone.

He stops walking as he reaches the closed gate, with two guards on either side. Seeing him, the guards look at each other, and then one guard steps forward and says," Grandmaster," and waits for Rain's reply.

But in this dense forest filled with animals and at night when most animals hunt, it is quite difficult to run fast without delays. He reaches the mountain's peak in record time as he is alone. And Rain without any hesitation enters the inner area in a direction where he hears the sound of a roar.

The Soul Chip matches similar to the roar of a tiger. In 10 minutes he stands in a tree branch from where he can see a tiger eating a deer. With more than half of the deer already missing likely in the tiger's stomach, he cannot identify the deer's species. But the eyes of the tiger give way to the tiger's species, Blood Pupil Tiger.

The same species as the first tiger he kills after coming to this world. Finding the tiger is Blood Pupil Tiger, Rain jumps down from the tree and stands there. The tiger is false without concern and unaware of his surroundings eating the deer. Anyone sneaking near the tiger thinking the tiger did not spot them, will have a rude awakening.

The Red Pupil of the tiger is not for decoration, it is like a heat-sensing camera instead of finding the heat signature. The Red Pupil sees the blood, that is the reason the tiger after every bite, the tiger looks at everything around it. And the Red Pupil can see blood behind an obstacle.

The tiger ignores him as Rain is standing behind a tree. The tiger wants to fool him, so he can sneak near the tiger instead of him sneak attacking the tiger. The tiger will surprise attack him. Rain smirks and in both hands a fireball forms and speeds toward the tiger around the tree in front of Rain.

The Tiger's attention was on Rain from the very beginning he was spotted by the tiger. So, before the fireballs land on the tiger, it jumps away and the fireballs land on the place where the tiger sat. And the half-eaten deer is set on fire by the fireballs.

Rain and tiger vanish from their spot and when they appear the tiger with his claw out and standing on its hind leg attacking anything in front of him stood like a statue for a few seconds and then flew backward crashing against a tree. Snapping the tree in two.

Before the tiger attack lands on Rain, Rain's palm lands on the tiger's chest. When the tiger stands, Rain observes blood coming from the corner of the tiger's mouth. His attack may not have broken the tiger's rib but surely damaged its internal organs.

The tiger, looking fiercely at Rain, roars toward him. The roar makes Rain's ears ring as his palm covers his ear. Noticing Rain's reaction, the tiger leaps toward him. In the air, its size triples, and demon energy bursts from the tiger's body.

Rain quickly crosses his hand in front of him, and his true energy covers his body. The tiger crashes against Rain, his true energy, and the tiger's demon, causing a shockwave and pushing him and the tiger away from each other.

After taking a step back, Rain starts running toward his left. The tiger triples in size, increasing its strength from the fifth grandmaster realm to a strength similar to Rain's. But the fighting occurs in a dense forest with trees two meters apart. 

The body length of the tiger is six meters and as it chases around Rain, it breaks each tree in half, creating an obstacle for the tiger chasing Rain. Rain always maintains a distance from the tiger not losing the tiger and runs in a circle to stay in the tiger's territory. Every demon has its territory and Rain does not want to create complications by entering another demon's territory.

Rain is running from the tiger because the tiger's temporary increase in strength is due to its innate power. The 'red pupil tiger' has two innate powers, one passive and another required to activate.

Rain runs for around 14 minutes and stops to turn to look behind and around him. Finding the surroundings strewn with broken trees the tiger returns his size and huffs away with his mouth open tongue hanging out his mouth. Rain accomplishing his goal charges at the tiger with some struggles, Rain's palm lands atop the tiger's head. 

Rain controls his strength so that his palm does not crush the tiger's head. He controls his true energy to enter the tiger's body without any resistance, without any demon energy inside. Rain's true energy destroys the tiger's brain, killing it.

Then Rain first collects the blood of the tiger and drinks the tiger's blood. As his body transforms the energy inside the tiger's blood into his energy, Rain skinned the tiger and removed bones of the tiger from its body.

He then puts the tiger's skin, bones, and internal organs inside his space bag. But after a few seconds of thinking he removes the tiger's skin from his space bag and throws it away. Tiger skin is valuable but it does not help in cultivation. 

Rain glances at the sky for a second which is still dark, he jumps on a tree branch and starts running to another prey. After the Red Pupil Tiger, Rain kills a golden strip cobra, a Double pupil Owl, a Stone Boar, a Bronze Palm Gorilla, and a shadow leopard. He also found some herbs.

Rain now standing at the peak of the same mountain where his camp, feels his body. 

" The spine is fully transformed." Rain after killing a demon consumes their blood and uses the energy he gets from the blood to transform his bone. Rain starts strolling toward the camp.

After reaching the camp, he finds it buzzing with activities, he meets with Xue Lin, Gao Li, and Old Gu and shares breakfast with them. Rain gives the resources that cannot be consumed directly to Gao Li for her to transform into any medicine and collects some medicine from Gao Li which she created using some of the resources yesterday.

After that, he planned with Xue Li and Old Gu to enter the inner region again after three or four hours. Rain returned to his tent, and after sitting comfortably, he started using the resource to transform his ribs.

As Rain is happily increasing his strength for the upcoming trip to the 'White Moon' secret realms, another place inside the White Stone Mountain is discussing the secret realm. 

Inside a large decorated room, around a rectangular table, there are 12 people with five people each on the wider side and one person each on the narrow side. Among the 12 people, 11 people were wearing animal masks and the one left was without any mask but the skin was color of metallic bronze with red pupils. 

The person wearing the Rabbit Mask looks around the table everyone is eating the food on the table. While everyone is eating cooked food, the man with bronze metallic skin is eating raw meat, not any other meat but Human meat.

After everyone finishes eating, the man with a snake mask stands up and speaks," Everyone here gathers around the meeting is held for the allocation of our 30 spots inside the secret realm."

The Bronze-skinned man says said," Anyone under 20 is okay; they will take my corpse monsters with them." The corpse monster can suppress its energy, and the portal will think of them as dead and the corpse monsters. Then we will triple their number, and the number of people will have them win.

The Snake Mask:" Yes, with the corpse monster, we will surely win but not create a circumstance where we lose. The headquarters sent these three fellows." pointing to A Cat Mask, A Sparrow, and a Tiger mask. They are experts in formation, so they are in charge of the central area inside the secret realm."

Rabbit, listening to the discussion, feels it is time to address her concern." I want to say something." Most of the people nod. She continued," Even if we sent triple the number of people than the opposition, our people may not be able to defend them."

Tiger Mask," I am second realm formation master and a fifth realm refining energy cultivator. Even with me, we are not opponents of the hypocrites."

Behind her rabbit mask, she is amazed by the tiger mask.
