The Legal Wife Of The Domineering CEO

Mr. Michael Knights was in his study room, before his door was yanked open with full force and in came his wife, who didn't look happy to see him at the moment.

"You knew about this, didn't you?" Diana asked, glaring daggers at her husband who didn't have any idea what she was talking about. 

It has not been an hour since he came back from his business trip, and she's already stressing him out.

"What are you talking about? Make your words clear before…"Micheal said, losing at his tie to curb the frustration that came with having to deal with a nagging wife everyday.

"You knew about your father registering Alexander's name in the family register, this was why you travelled to keep it all to yourself right? You think that doing that would stop me, or my sons from knowing what you and your father are planning?"Diana added, smirking at him with hateful intentions since she didn't know where his stand is anymore among their family.

"Watch your words." Micheal warned her. He might not be as verbal as she wants him to be but one thing he won't permit is her insulting him, and as well as Alexander.

This was something that he can't control and neither can she too, nor can any of them change the fact that Alexander is the first son of the family despite his background. Besides, he can't change his fathers mind even if he wanted to, so, there's nothing that he can do to help at the moment.

"Whatever father decided to do you have no right to challenge him, Alexander is part of this family and always has been. The sooner you realize that, the better for everyone." He said, attempting to leave, but she blocked his path.

"You lie." Diana laughed at his words. She definitely has gone crazy, well why won't she? It's plain clear to her what he's trying to do with his father.

Not only has the old man started doting on Alexander like he's such a perfectionist, while looking down on her own kids like all she did give birth to were nothing but servants to serve Alexander. That's not going to happen as long as she lives.

"You are nothing but a damn fucking liar, Micheal. The only sons you have are Dante, Nathan and Rocco and it's going to continue being that way. I don't care what lengths i have to go to make sure of that, even if it means Alexander dying. I will kill him!" She yelled.

"Diana!" Micheal yelled at her to bring her back to her senses. She's clearly losing it, this is what happens when you marry for business and not for love.

He has never loved her but for the sake of his marriage, he tried but she's making things tough for him. Not only was she materialistic, she's impulsive, controlling and doesn't know when to shut up, which will only bring her nothing but problems.

Her words might be used against her, because what does she mean that she's going to hurt Alexander?

He knew that he hadn't been the best father to Alexander, but that doesn't mean that he won't do anything to protect him just like he would do the same for Dante and the others.

But Diana was really digging her own grave by trying to challenge his father. The old man was stressed about finding his missing puppy and for him to find out that Alexander, has been in the hospital all long over an incident that nearly claimed his life added to his stress 

Now wasn't a good time to talk about what his plans for his grandsons are.

He sighed loudly before calming himself down. Diana has never been a reasonable someone, but she has always listened to him if he talks to her calmly.

"Babe listen to me." He said, taking her hands into his own even though she was unwilling to let him close to her, to talk more of holding her. "Whatever my father is doing is for the good of the family. He's not going to neglect Dante or the others. Have you listened to the citizens' opinions about our family issues on the internet?"

"Our family issues have nothing to do with them." Diana said harshly.

"That's quite true, but that's what you get for being the top leading business corporation in the world. We can't let the talk of Alexander being related to us or not affect the business, it won't look good for my father or either of our sons once they get the business handed over to them. So, right now is the time to settle things and get everyone off our back."

"Why does he have to live here with us? I still can't understand what's going through your fathers head? You promised to make one of our sons take over the family business, but with Alexander coming over…"

"Hey, listen to me," Micheal said, cupping her face to keep her gaze on him. "My father is still alive, neither has he said anything yet about who's going to be his successor. Rather than bothering about Alexander's share, this is the right time to get Dante more serious and dedicated in the business to show his grandfather what he can do. He's already married and has a kid. What else do you think he still needs to get his grandfather's validation of him?"

"Nothing i guess." Diana said, her tone was calm now with her husband explaining things to her. Had it been that he showed signs, of siding with his grandfather and his bastard son, all hell would have let loose this morning.

"Exactly. So, you see that you have nothing to worry about Alexander. Whatever father chooses to do with him is to calm the ongoing rumours about him. After that, he gets put back in his place."

"Promise me that you will still choose our sons over him?" Diana asked, looking him straight in the eyes.

It was a difficult task for Micheal, but just for the moment for peace to reign, he had to side with her.

"I promise you. It's our sons over him." He said, before a full grown smile appeared on her face and she hugged him.

"I have missed you, why did you take so long to come back." She said, cupping his face before she kissed him, as her hand travelled down his chest to stop at his belt.

"Babe.." He called, pulling away from her. He wasn't in the mood, he still has a lot on his hands about work and knowing who she is, she would want him to stay with her for the rest of the day once he takes that step with her.

"What?" She asked, looking at him, before pulling away in disappointment. 

"I have a lot to do, I promise i will make it up to you once I'm back." He said, coming to caress her face but she pulled away from him. The only good thing about their relationship was how understanding they both are to each other.

She knew that he doesn't love her, and knew how hard he's trying to get their relationship ongoing. Yet, the truth still remains that she had no idea, whether he's still seeing Alexander's mother behind her back.

He has always been a full time Casanova, before they got married. Also, during their first years of marriage, he had given her more reasons to show that he wasn't in consent of their marriage by constantly cheating on her.

She pushed her hair back to look at him inquisitively. "You are not cheating on me right?" 

Micheal laughed before pulling her closer to wrap his arms around her waist. "Why would I do that when i have a beautiful wife waiting for me at home?" He teased her, before pecking her lips.

"Are you sure that you are not searching for Alexander's mother behind my back?" She asked. She had been curious about it ever since she was teased about it, by her friends during the weekly women meeting that she always attends.

She heard that he had been in love with the woman, but she couldn't be together with him because of the different life they both had.

Micheal paled for a moment before he smiled at her. "Why would you think that i will be searching for her, you jealous sexy minx?" He said, and spanked her ass while she laughed at him before coming closer to his ear.

"Just so you know, if that ends up being the truth. I will kill that bitch and feed you her organs for dinner." She threatened him, before an innocent smile covered her face.

But Micheal knew too well that she meant every word, Diana was crazy.

"Babe.." He called for her.

"Have a nice day, my love." She cut him short by pecking his lips twice, before cleaning her lipstick on his lips, fixed his necktie before leaving him all alone to think about her words.

What a nice crazy family!
