The King of Black Fog

Chapter 79 Hunting

Back at the loft apartment, Li Changzhou's intelligence once again dropped to 5 points.

The original owner of "Photo Transmission," Du Hua, whether kneeling at a woman's feet, or coming over to open the door for a stranger, probably remained in a negative state of decreased intelligence.

If his intelligence was only 5 points, similar to an average person, after going out and returning home, with only 3 points left, even if he didn't encounter Li Changzhou, he would sooner or later be dealt with by someone else.

Bi's "Telekinesis" required sucking on a lollipop.

Li Changzhou's own "Mysterious Black Fog" had an even lower convenience factor. If it hadn't been for the "Twins," by sheer luck becoming a Black Card player, and having two teammates, he would have had a hard time fighting other players with the physical abilities of an ordinary person—a scenario in the game similar to a minion killing a hero. The defeated player should critically examine themselves.

Hearing Li Changzhou, whose intelligence had dropped and who had become self-pitying, finish speaking, Yang Qinglan, who was drying her hair, replied indifferently:

"Actually, there is another way."

"What way?"

"Rely on your 9-point Charm to deceive female players, then find a way to finish them off and plunder their Instinct and Skill."

"A gentleman loves money, and takes it in the right way… uh!" Before he could finish his sentence, Li Qianxia came over and smeared the excess night cream on Li Changzhou's face.

The intensity didn't quite seem like skincare, but more like taking the opportunity to play with him.

After showering and wearing Li Qianxia's T-shirt, Bi, with two smooth and slim legs crossed, held a glass of milk, drinking while watching TV.

Having applied the face cream and feeling his whole person become fragrant, Li Changzhou also drank milk (as prescribed by the doctor, a warm cup every night).

He felt it was unnecessary, but Li Qianxia, like a palace maid administering slow poison to the Emperor, brought it to him on time each day and supervised him until he finished drinking.

"Right, little princess, I have a question for you," he said as if he just remembered.

"Ask away, brat." Bi didn't take her eyes off the TV, "The Mole's Story."

"...Why is your Identity Card ID 'Is Che Ah'? It's even in Chinese."

"Switched to Chinese, just random presses."

"Right right right, I sometimes do that, too!" Li Qianxia nodded in agreement, "The Wi-Fi password on my phone is just a random string of English letters."

Yang Qinglan finished drying her hair and sat on the bed, taking the remote control and switching to the news channel.

"What are you doing! Change it back!" Bi charged at her...but before she could, she was already popping off the bed like a cork.

"Bitch! Slut! Mother…"

Bi flew back onto the bed like a cork, and Yang Qinglan lifted the blanket on the bed and covered Bi with it.

"Mmph! Mmm! Mmmph—"

Bi kicked her legs wildly, and the tidy bed became a mess.

Li Qianxia, seeing Yang Qinglan's unchanged expression, calmly watching TV while holding down the blanket, couldn't help but worry about the Li Family's safety education for the next generation.

Li Changzhou smacked his lips, suspecting he'd also ingested the night cream stuck to them.

Can you even eat night cream?

"By the way, bro," Li Qianxia came over, secretly speaking to him beside the still, corpse-like Bi, "all the other White Card players have missions, why don't you?"

Li Changzhou thought for a moment and said, "Before the game gave me a mission, had I already eliminated enough Black Card players?"

Li Qianxia felt that her brother's response was very 5-point intelligence, but it also made a lot of sense.

In the middle of the night, on the eastern bank of the Vltava River, the Hemingway Bar.

Yafeiluna stepped into the night, pushed open the door, and sat down at the bar right across from her.

"What can I get for you, beautiful redhead?" the bearded bartender asked.

Yafeiluna picked up the menu, glanced over it, closed it: "JALISCO, thank you."

She had taken a bath, changed into a sexy dress, half-revealing her ample, snow-white bust.

Her red hair hung loose, still damp from the shower at the tips, and she had dabbed on some Torushadi perfume, looking as stunning as a night Goddess emerging from the Vltava River.

The first requirement of being a mistress is to be beautiful, and the temperament can't be lacking either.

"A beauty alone in a bar at night," someone immediately came over to chat, "care for a drink together?"

"No, thank you." She verbally declined, but Yafeiluna smiled seductively.

"Why? Isn't the Charles Bridge romantic enough tonight?"

"Romantic? The Charles Bridge is soaked with water sprayed by a giant turtle, and one of the holy statues is rumored to have come to life."

"That's just a street performer's act," the man twitched his eyebrows dismissively, "Isn't there always such a thing? Covering the body with paint, standing motionless, making people think it's a statue."

"Miss, your JALISCO." The bartender approached.

"Thank you." Yafeiluna took her drink and sipped.

The man's Adam's apple moved in unison with her slender neck as she swallowed.

After finishing her drink, Yafeiluna apologized to the man, "I like special men."

"How special?" came another man's voice from the corner.

The man emerged from the shadows, his golden hair visible, not particularly tall or strong, but he walked leisurely, like a lion surveying his territory.

Yafeiluna laughed the moment she saw him.

"You," she stroked her fiery red lips, "the man drinking apple cider, are very special."

"I think so too." The blond man sipped his apple cider, eyes fixed on Yafeiluna as if a lion contemplating how to pounce on a white sheep.

The man who had started flirting twisted his mouth with slight dissatisfaction and retreated.

The blond man joined Yafeiluna for drinks. When he had finished his apple cider and Yafeiluna half her JALISCO, the two left the Hemingway bar.

"Where do you live?" Yafeiluna asked, seeming tipsy.

The hot, sweet breath of alcohol gently blew on the blond man's face, igniting the liquor in his stomach with a surge of heat.

"Here." The blond man looked ahead, reaching to encircle Yafeiluna's waist.

Yafeiluna, still acting drunk, dodged and said with a twinkle in her wet eyes, "That's an alley, how can you live there?"

"I'm rather special."

"I don't believe it."

"There are always some people in this world who are special, who do things others can't."

"Living in an alley qualifies?"

"No, it's what happens after getting into the alley."

Yafeiluna laughed heartily, "Are you really... impressive?"

"You'll see once we get there." The blond man reached for her again.

Yafeiluna still avoided his grasp, teasingly said, "Let me see how impressive first."

The two walked towards the alley, disappearing into the medieval-style streetlights, blending into the night.

The blond man, walking ahead with a body warmed by drink, suddenly felt a chill, held his breath in alarm, and the next moment his back tingled.

A tremendous force slammed into his back.

He staggered, unable to control his body, his palms pressing against the ground.

At the same time, something broke, and it seemed as if a gust of air dispersed, spreading across his back.

The blond man stood up, turned around, and grinned at Yafeiluna, "You're special too."

"That's right." Yafeiluna smiled back.

The blond man's gaze shifted toward what had struck him, a human-shaped grey mist, with mist missing from where its "right leg" should be.

"But, it seems not special enough." The blond man smirked fiercely, exuding an intense, deadly chill, "A puff of mist dares to come..."

Bang! Bang! Bang! Bang!

Nineteen puffs of grey mist filled the alley.

The sinister smile on the blond man's face instantly froze.

Two minutes later, Yafeiluna emerged from the alley, flipping a black Identity Card in her hand like a key card.

"A man who can't last two minutes doesn't deserve to hit on anyone," she said with a snide and joyous laugh.

Lifting her skirt, she placed the Identity Card in the cardholder pressed to the inside of her thigh, and continued her hunt.
